A Couple New Ideas
November 29, 2012
Good morning everyone! Man, it’s so weird going from camera to camera… I have two cameras:
- Canon Rebel XSI
- Canon PowerShot S95
Going from using the Rebel to the PowerShot kills me! But, that’s what I have to do unless I want to lug around a big ol’ camera all day… Sorry the pictures aren’t as pretty 🙁
Yesterday for breakfast I had 1 egg, two whites, + 1 tbsp. of mozzarella cheese wrapped in corn tortillas
And of course, I added Pepper Plant!
Here they are, all rolled up 🙂
When I was in high school I would eat these nearly everyday for breakfast. They were so quick, so filling, and a healthy way for me to always eat breakfast. I would dip them in salsa 🙂
I also had Coffee with breakfast, but I had it a new way that Kayla told me to try
To your black Coffee, add 1 tsp. of coconut oil, and throw it in the blender
The picture above is only one cup of coffee in the blender, it’s just goin nuts in there! It looks like I put a whole gallon ha!
I was amazed at how the coffee turned colors like I had put milk in it! What?!
Anyways, for you Coconut lovers, you would probably really like this! I think I’d like it more with some Almond Milk inside too, but try this first. Let me know what you think 🙂
After breakfast I worked on Health Coaching. I’m prepping an entire plan of my 6-month program. It’s soo fun for me! I love seeing everything come together because I have several people I will be working with coming January. Now that I’m putting it all together I am so excited to start. These people are all going to do so good and I know it! The program is set up awesomely!

PS, who else uses Mrs. Myers? So many people that I babysit for use it, and I always wish I had it! Yesterday, I found some on Sale at Target! 🙂 New bathroom hand soap. Yay!
For lunch, I had a Vegan Black Bean Enchilada with 1/2 cup of brown rice + soy sauce
These enchiladas are from Trader Joe’s and I love them for when I don’t have time to prep an entire meal
While babysitting, I snacked on some of this LARABAR, and shared some with the little ones. They love LARABARS!
And for dinner I rushed home and threw together this delicious sandwich + lentil soup!
- toasted multigrain bread
- 1 slice havarti cheese
- 2 slices tomato
- 4 big basil leaves
- 1/2 tbsp. mustard
Deeeelish!
My Dad had made the soup during the day, so i just threw some in a bowl 🙂
At my next sitting job, I wasn’t hungry, but was craving protein. I went home for dinner expecting and excited to make a turkey sandwich, and we were out of turkey! 🙁 My dinner was still great, but I was still set on having that protein. So, I made 2 eggs 🙂 Simple!
Oh, and that’s Chloe in the background eating her Mac N’ Cheese 😉
I so wish I could shoe you all the video of her! Oh my gosh… she was being so cute last night with her little Guitar! I told her she was a Rockstar and she just goes “Yes, I am!” in her cute little voice. Agh, I love her!
