A Delicious, Practical Gluten-Free Pesto Pasta Recipe

Gluten-Free Pesto & Goat Cheese Pasta


  • Gluten-free Corn Fusilli Pasta
  • Organic Garbanzo Beans
  • Pesto
  • Sun-dried tomatoes (or regular tomatoes)
  • Goat Cheese

You can buy all of these ingredients at Trader Joes

To make this delicious pasta for two, here are some super practical directions:

  • Bring about 2 cups of water to a boil
  • Put two servings of pasta in the pot
  • Reduce to medium heat (cook for about 10 minutes- taste for texture)
  • Drain noodles
  • Once they’re back home in the pot:

    • add in 2 tbsp pesto, and garbanzo beans (to your liking)
    • I put quite a few garbanzo beans (and snacked on some while cooking- I love them!)
  • Once those are mixed in, and you have heated it all up…
  • Place into your very favorite dish, top with crumbled goat cheese…
  • …and if you like sun-dried tomatoes, add a few right on top to finish it off


Feel free to make any modifications you would like! For example, if you don’t like sun-dried tomatoes, but you do like fresh tomatoes, go for it!
