Hi all! So, since you all know I am having Overnight Oats this morning (the same as yesterday’s recipe) I am going to post some Oatmeals that are inspiring me right now! I would love to make each of these! If you have another recipe, please do share!

Kath Eat’s Real Food (the Queen of Oatmeal if I must say so myself)

{All of the Oatmeal’s in her Tribute to Oatmeal Page! Oh my word! Heaven on Earth Internet!}

The Overnight Oats I am having this morning (Kath’s Overnight Oats Recipe)-

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/3 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 shakes cinnamon

On top, I am putting some soy nuts, cranberries, granola, and coconut 🙂

Hope you all enjoy the day! San Diego did not work out today. Sad! My friend got the stomach flu (send prayers her way) and is now in bed for the day. We had to switch the date to next Thursday. I guess I will set my suitcase aside 😉
