Back To Real Life
Good morning all!
Yesterday was our first day back to our everyday lifestyle (which I do still love).
I made a Meal Plan for this week, so first, let me share that with you:
- Vegetarian Chili and Potatoes
- Kale & Chicken Sausage
- Salmon & Blue Potatoes
- Black Beans, Tofu Scramble, and Broccoli Bowls
- Zucchini & Ravioli
Sunday
I’m sharing Sunday’s dinner because I made #5. My Cousin and Maid of Honor, Haley, brought us a gigantic Zucchini (huge!) from her garden in Humboldt. So, this week I’ll be including Zucc’s in meals 😉 Thanks Hayz!

Monday
Breakfast
We missed our eggs & toast while we were Honeymooning, so that’s what’s for breakfast this week! See that pretty platter?
My friend Kelsey bought this for us for our Wedding gift. I love it! And the cute succulent set-up on top?
My cousin Jake and his girlfriend Stephanie gifted this to us for the Wedding. In love!
After breakfast I went to a 9:45 Step Class and then Marco and I ran some errands.
Lunch
For lunch Marco had leftovers from Sunday + chips and dip and I had a Cruciferous Blend salad with Goddess dressing and garbanzo beans + a side of quinoa & zucc (with Sriracha).
Afternoon Snack
At about 5:15 I snacked on trail mix since I wouldn’t be off work until 7:00 to have dinner.
Dinner
Vegetarian Chili! Recipe here. This has become one of my favorite things to make. We had this yummy chili topped with Cilantro and small blue and golden potatoes on the side.
Petite Treat
I made a very intuitive Petite Treat. I knew I wanted something sweet, but a little bit more than just dark chocolate. So, I mixed together some granola, almond butter (tsp.) and 3 small squares of cut up dark chocolate and added almond milk. This did the trick!
Alrighty everyone. I’m off to meet my Mom for a walk, and then I’ll be starting work with my sweet Clients. I hope you all have a great day! See you back here tomorrow. Dinner tonight is Kale & Chicken Sausage — also one of my favorites 🙂
