Good morning all! Happy Sunday!
I have a morning to catch you up on, and some a News Update to share.
This morning I woke up at 7am, rolled out of bed, grabbed some tea, threw on some clothes, and headed off to Church. The message was great this morning. One of the things our pastor talked about was love and the definition of it. Are we really loving?
I know when he mentioned 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 I was thinking “I could sure use some help in this department!”
Since I was in a hurry to get to church, I didn’t have time to eat. By the time we were out, I was starving! I ate this LARABAR which ended up keeping me full for a couple hours. We will call this breakfast.
When I got to my car I saw an orange piece of paper. At first glance I thought I had gotten a ticket.
At second glance I realized it was actually a sweet note from my friend Kristen! Thanks Kristen! I love & miss you too 🙂
When I got home I had another cup of Yerba Mate tea with honey… Mmm mm! After my cup of tea, I went shopping with Marco.
We were trying to find him a shirt to wear to my cousins wedding this coming weekend. We found shirts alright, but none in his size! He’s too freakin’ tall! Not really though, because I love his height! 😉
When we came home, I made an Omelette. My Dad had made some earlier for breakfast and saved the leftover insides for me. I used 1 egg, 2 whites, and sauteed spinach, onion, bell pepper and mushroom.
And absofrigginlutelyofcourse I put The Pepper Plant hot sauce on top. Can’t eat an Omelette without it! Or Avo…!
Now, I am in my room blogging away and finishing the last of my school work for the week…
Look who I spotted! Someone was sleepy from waking up too early for Church. Nap time 😉
I on the other hand am just as tired, but I have Caffeine pumping through my veins so I can get my work done! Can anyone relate? Haha, must be nice Marco… must be nice!

Okay, and now for the “News Update.”
So, November 3rd is my birthday, and it’s my biggest one yet. Yep, 21, I am a baby- I know this! I bet some of you didn’t know I was so young 😉
Well, I decided that I wanted to gift myself the gift of HEALTH for my big day. I am going to do a “Cleanse” before my B-day! Anyone who wants to join me is sure welcome. It’s nothing that you guys haven’t seen before! It’s the same Cleanse I’ve done 3 times prior (only blogged through it once).
No Grains, No Sugar, No Cheese.
6 weeks of this Cleanse seems to be perfect for me. Then I start needing some grains.
What I love about this way of eating, is that it resets my mind, my body, and my taste-buds. It makes me motivated, happy, and it kicks my PMS right out the window, along with all those sugar cravings. I can actually taste the real flavors or fruits and veggies at the end of this, if you can believe it! 😉
Anyways, if you want to join, don’t feel like you have to do the exact same thing as me, because you sooo don’t! You can do whatever feels right to YOU. For example, I just had someone write me and say that her homeopathic doctor recommended that she do a 6-8 Week Cleanse without the following: Caffeine, Vinegar, and Alcohol. See, we all need something different. This is just something that works for me, that I want to share with you all since I’ve been getting a ton of emails about it lately anyway. My Mom loves this cleanse too, and does it just the same as me. She will be joining me just like she did last time 🙂
I feel like this is the perfect time to start. In exactly 6 weeks, I will have my Birthday, and I can just see myself waking up that day feeling brand new and extra healthy. (Hopefully that night doesn’t kill me!) Just kidding 😉
Question of the Day:
What is YOUR favorite cleanse for YOUR body? Will you join me for 6 Weeks?
If you want more info, I have have a Category to the left side of my blog titled “6-8 Week Challenge.” You can look through posts that I’ve done before through the Challenge. I will also be added more each day.
I started today, and will be posting more about it each day, so stay tuned! 🙂
Here is info on getting started! (A post I did last time the challenge started)
