Breakfast: Eat More Kale

Happy Sunday!
Breakfast: 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 egg + 1 white, kale, 1/4 cup Daiya Cheddar Cheese, and homemade salsa (our own tomatoes and peppers too! Thanks Dad!)
You must try this breakfast, this will be repeated this week!
+ I made the Brown Rice + Quinoa in the rice cooker yesterday and separated them into half cup servings
++ Trader Joe’s now has frozen Kale, so you don’t have to worry about using it RIGHT away!
I started feeling a little sickly yesterday, so I’m loading up on Echinacea, whole grains (brown rice + Quinoa), broth, water, and kale!
Last night, after I went to Lassens, I came home and cut recipes out of the Lassens Health Food Mag… how good does that look!? I put them on the fridge to make

Last but not least. I was laughing this morning when Marco picked this up and said “why didn’t I ever think about this before?! I always thought I had to plug my Nano into my computer!” Haha, oh Marco 😉
