Breakfast for dinner, anyone?

Hey guys! Hope your Sunday is going well! Today has been a really good day for me. I’ll tell you more a little down the road 🙂

I had this snack today after I went for a walk with my mom at the Park.

I love that we have a park so close by, because it’s so fun just to get out and walk n’ talk for a little while. And plus, when I don’t have time, or just don’t feel like going to the gym, this is a great alternative 🙂

After my orange, I got to cookin’ dinner because I am going to a babysitting job in just a few. I really wanted breakfast for dinner, so that’s what I made! I made 1 egg, 2 whites, and one whole potato cooking in olive oil with grilled onions. I seasoned the potatoes with a little sea-salt and some pepper, and added pepper plant (of course!) while I ate them. Who else loves Pepper Plant?!

Anyways, I am off to go babysit, and I’ll see you back here later because I’m sure I’ll have some snacks before bed tonight! Hope you all enjoy your evenings 🙂
