Breakfast sandwich/panini

Goodmorning everyone 🙂 Hope you have all had a great night and start to your day!

I started off my day by cutting out pictures from magazines that inspired me. These are going on my vision board in my room 🙂 How did you start your day?


For breakfast, I made a super yummy panini, breakfast style (used the George Forman Grill and non-stick extra virgin olive oil cooking spray)! This is a favorite for sure!

I used fresh, whole wheat bread, 1 egg & 1 white, small portion of avocado, spinach, thinly sliced tomato, and 1/2 piece of havarti cheese. Havarti is the best when melted!

This breakfast sandwich for sure hit the spot, and I am completely satisfied!

See, when you don’t deprive yourself, but you make the things that you crave in the healthiest way, you will feel more satisfied and less likely to eat too much later in the day 🙂
