Cherries for a Petite Treat? Yes Please!

Good morning everyone! Today I am feeling much better in my belly! Started the morning with Almond Milk in my Coffee instead of the Organic Half + Half I’ve had the last couple days. Much better 🙂

For Breakfast yesterday I had Bran Flakes with Almond Milk, Organic Raisins, and Agave

For a mid-morning snack I had a Peach

For lunch, a Banana and PB+J on Ezekiel bread

After work, I went to the Gym and ran for 30 minutes and did floor exercises. On the way home, I snacked on some Almonds.

When I got home, the apartment manager did a walk through on my Studio, which I spent 2 hours cleaning, and said I was getting 100% of my deposit back. Yes!

For dinner, leftover Brown Rice Pasta with Marinara + Broccoli that cooked in Olive Oil + Soy Sauce. It was so good! Marco and I each had 2 more pieces.

Hope you all have a wonderful day! I’m off to get ready for work, and then spend some time with my friend Jade, who is also attending IIN. I am going to practice Health Histories with her 🙂
