Chocolate Overnight Oats!

Yes, you heard that right. I experimented this weekend, and came up with a Chocolate Overnight Oats recipe that tastes divine!

It’s not the sugary, bad for you Chocolate either! It’s raw Cacao!

Breakfast Today

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Oats
  • 1/3 cup Organic Rice Milk
  • 1 tbsp. Raw Cacao
  • 1 tsp. Raw Agave Nectar
  • 1 tbsp. Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1 tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter

I couldn’t help but laugh at the angels while I was sitting down to my breakfast…

I know I’m weird, but can you just picture them saying Overrrrrrnight Ooooats! Haha! These are the things that go through my head….

Speaking of weird things that go through my head… do you ever play mind games with yourself? Like this morning at the Gym while I was doing Cardio, I told myself that I would turn on my Pandora and listen to the last station I played, not knowing what it was.

Anyway, back to the Oats (woah, totally off subject there…)

Raw “Cacao” Power is different that “Hot Cocoa.” See the spelling?

Don’t switch the two around, because you be exchanging a Superfood (Cacao) with a Sugar laden junk food!

But seriously, make these Oats tonight! Just mix the ingredients together, cover, and refridgerate. In the morning, pour some more Rice Milk over the top, stir together, and add some chopped nuts on top. DELICIOUS, and dairy-free too!
