Good morning beauties!
I’m here with yesterday’s eats.
Plain yogurt with honey and sprinkle of TJ’s gluten-free granola.
Leftover pesto tortellini’s with asparagus.
After lunch I ran ran errands for work, dropped off more Health Coaching Binders at the post office and stopped at the Gym.
Yesterday was one of those days where I thought I wouldn’t have time for a workout. But hey, I made it there for a proud 30 minute workout.
“Paige’s Favorite Green Smoothie!” with slivered almonds on top. Oh, and I also added PB & Cacao to this mix. So yummy!
After the pool we had Chicken Quesadilla’s (inspired by Cait’s Plate) & leftover Veg Chili. Inside of mine: chicken, mozzarella cheese, grilled onion, avocado, cilantro, and on the side… cherry tomatoes, greek yogurt and my Dad’s homemade salsa. Oh, and I sipped on a beer while I was cooking – once you’re full it’s not so appealing anymore.
