I feel like a crazy woman right now running around before I have to get to work. Blog, emails, work hours, texting people, following-up, making the bed, doing the dishes, putting away laundry, straightening up, packing my lunch, taking notes… everything at once! This is going to be a quick post, because I’ve got to be out of the house in 15 minutes.
Yesterday for breakfast I had a green smoothie!
After my green smoothie I went for another run. SUCH a good one. I realized that I’ve actually been running my 3 mi runs in 24:00 the past two days because theres a light I stop at for 2 minutes. Yay! That was exciting to figure.
When I got back from my run I had the other half of my green smoothie. They come out huge because of how much water I add.
For lunch, I had leftovers from the night before. Side salad with cilantro dressing, walnuts, and garbanzo beans.
WITH sweet potato, yellow squash, hemp hearts, and tofu. So yumm!
For snacks, I had trail mix, apple, and a Kind bar throughout the afternoon.
Dinner was a quick delicious throw together! Marco and I each had quinoa with broccoli, sauteed bell pepper, and half an avo. Then for him: chicken lime patty, and for me: veggie patty. So good! Soy sauce on top, and you’re good to go!
While watching Parenthood to end the night, I had strawberries and pistachios.
Okay guys, onto the next thing. Today is a crazy busy day (working late tonight), but tomorrow is the start of a 3 day weekend. Woohoo!
