Good morning all! I hope you slept well.
6:45 was breakfast with Marco. Three corn tortillas with two eggs, salsa, and coffee on the side.
8:00 I headed out for the Gym. This was my first time at the Gym in a week because I was letting my knees take a break. I did the elliptical, stretching, and abs. I didn’t push myself at all, and my knees felt pretty good.
9:45 I ate my lunch early before starting work because I was already hungry. It was gluten-free pasta with Organic spaghetti sauce & ground beef. I had made this earlier in the week because I knew we’d need food for lunches & quicker dinners with all of our plans.
3:00 around this time I was hungry for something cooling, and just a bit more than a smoothie. So, I made a slightly smaller smoothie than normal and had some quinoa/black bean chips with guacamole on the side. This did the trick!
5:45 I took a quick 15-minute break for dinner. I had packed these away for Thursday night specifically earlier in the week because I knew we’d be really busy. This is homemade fried-rice, shrimp stir-fry, tamari, and sriracha. Mmm!
7:00 we left for our Small Group which just started up again last night. We’d been on break through the summer. This is such a great group of people that we get together with on Thursday nights to talk about the service with (plus, just hang out!).
8:45 when I got home from group both Marco and I were super hungry. I was about to go to bed, so I had a small bowl of leftover pasta to take the edge off.
Guess what I’m doing today? Taking my hair darker! Not brown, just a darker blonde. Wish me luck! I have done some crazy bad things to my hair before, so hopefully this is a good choice! Haha!
