Daily Eats: What I Eat On a Busy Day (No Time for Cooking!)
Good-morning!
I’m here with a daily eats post today. Wahoozie! (I am so lame that I just said that but I can’t find it in me to delete it, it’s just how I feel.)
Before we dive in, I want to remind us all that these posts are not for comparison. Rather, these posts are here to provide you with inspiration for food ideas and to give YOU the freedom and permission to listen to YOUR BODY as I listen to mine, apart from food rules or dieting.
Thank you so much for being here and I hope you enjoy! Leave a comment when you finish reading!
Tuesday
The morning started off with a bit of solo quiet time before heading over to my friend Asia’s house for bible study with a few girl friends. At Asia’s house I had a cappuccino and a GoMacro bar (these bars and coffee are my FAVORITE – I’ll do a giveaway soon!).
After Asia’s house I headed to the gym. I planned to do weights but yesterday was a back to back non-stop day and so when I asked myself what would really feel good it was walking on the treadmill while I shared a few things with you all on Instagram about my newest group program!
If you check out my last two Instagram @paigeschmidt posts, circled above, you’ll get to read about it! If you have questions, post them below. I’m planning to answer ALL of your Q’s in a post or Instagram live this week.
After the gym I headed over to Trader Joe’s to do our grocery shopping (I also made our grocery list while on the treadmill – the treadmill is very effective, ha!). I knew that we’d be eating out most nights this week with friends so I got ingredients for a CrockPot meal, breakfasts, and a few pre-made things to feed me during the busy day yesterday. It was perfect!
When I got home, before my first client I had this pesto chicken wrap. Yum! So good.
A couple hours later I had this salad between clients to keep my energy up and my focus good. Yum, so good!
Then a couple of hours later, right before my last client I ate these tofu spring rolls. Always a favorite!
When I was finished with my last session Asia was waiting for me outside with coffee and we headed straight to Chamisal Winery for our BYOB event (Build Your Own Business). It’s a networking event we’ve put on once a month for the past year with our friend Natalie – it’s the BEST!
We forgot to take a group photo – whoops – but had a blast! The last two BYOB’s have been our biggest events yet. It’s growing quickly because you guys… it’s all about community and building each other up. There’s no room for comparison there. It’s ALL about sharing ideas and building each other up. I love it!
When I got home I was SO hungry so I had a bowl of cereal. It was super satisfying at the end of a long (but great) day. After this cereal I made some tea, climbed in bed, decompressed a bit, and then fell asleep. Ah, accomplished great day – check!
Before I go, I wanted to let you know about openings for coaching. February is full and March has just ONE coaching space left to work with me one on one. If you’re interested in this coaching space, fill in the form below or email me directly at paige@paigeschmidt.com.
Free Discovery Session
Otherwise, like I mentioned, my 10-day DEEP DIVE group coaching program is open. I’m hosting it 100% through Instagram. We have a private account that is for members only, we’ll do two group coaching calls through private Instagram lives, there’s discussion happening in the comments.
This weekend I’ll be pairing up the community into small groups. I would LOVE for you to be apart of it! To read what it’s about, hop on over to my Instagram @paigeschmidt. Check out my story and my last TWO Instagram posts. I’m so excited for this program!
Thank you for being here! Share any comments, questions, or thoughts with me below. I love hearing from you! If you have any Trader Joe’s to-go favorites, deffffffinitely share them with me below!
