Today is an EXCITING day because I get to share my newest project with you!
BUT before I do… daily eats!
Before we dive in, I want to remind you that these posts are NOT for comparison (if these posts are triggering for you in anyway, scroll THESE posts instead).
I share my eats in hopes that you’d leave here today feeling inspired and full of PERMISSION to listen to YOUR BODY, as I listen to mine. I hope these posts fill you with the FAITH you need to let go of ALL food rules/control (just as I have!).
Monday morning started off with two eggs, toast and coffee. Coffee was accompanied by work for the first part of the morning. After work I went with my aunties to Lowes for tree and plant shopping for the backyard.
Mid-day we stopped at Paisan’s Old World Deli and got turkey subs on dutch crunch bread. Yum! I ordered everything (all the toppings) on mine. So good! After lunch I came home, took Abby for a walk and worked more.
Later on, while I prepped dinner, I snacked on these berries: blueberries, raspberries, and blueberries.
For dinner I made arugula raviolis from TJ’s that were super simple and delicious! I topped them with cherry tomato’s, basil, balsamic and leftover salmon from a couple days earlier. Yum!
I topped off dinner with a few strips of dried mango and later in the evening had a super small slice of BBQ chicken pizza at a friends house.
Tuesday morning started off with eggs, half a jalapeño cheese bagel (plus another half, of a half) and coffee. My aunts came over and helped me to set up the plants/trees in the backyard before the landscaper came to dig them in.
After we were done with the plants/trees, Abby and I relaxed on the balcony with coffee before I started work for the day (I was meeting with clients all day, so I wanted to re-energize myself). This did the trick!
Throughout my client day I grabbed small snacks between sessions to tide me over. Dried mango and berries seemed to do the trick! I love buying several different berries, rinsing them and throwing them in a large container I grab from. Easy!
In between my last couple clients I quickly heated up these leftover raviolis from the night before. Easy, delicious! Works for me!
Tuesday night I ended work at 5:30. We had dinner plans for 7:30 but I was already hungry. So to honor my hunger and not let myself get ravenous I had a slice of sourdough with mayo and turkey. Again, simple!
(You think Abby wants some?)
We went to Hinoki Sushi for dinner with a big group of us. It’s all you can eat sushi. SO good. I get ALL of the appetizers and have learned that I like nigiri so much more than traditional rolls. Yum!
Ordered: yakitan (like a cream cheese egg roll), cucumber salad, seaweed salad, miso, and allll of the nigiri. Salmon, tuna and separately, upside down shrimp. So good. So satisfying. Sushi all day everyday, yes… please!
Wednesday was another coaching day. I started the day off at the gym with Marco. When we got home I made us eggs on toast and had another cup of coffee.
For lunch I was CRAVING an open faced sandwich with toasted sourdough, hummus, avocado and turkey. That’s smoked paprika sprinkled on top. I love to add smoked paprika when I’m having hummus. Yum! I had hummus and brown rice crackers on the side as well.
Between my next sessions I needed a little something so I had cauliflower and leek stew from Daily Harvest. This is one of my favorites! If you want 3 free cups like I got, click here. (Not sponsored – you will have a link to share with friends too once you sign up.)
Annnnd I topped that off with a little bit of Haggen Diaz peanut butter chocolate because YUM. Just the scoop I needed to keep me going.
When I got off at 6:00 PM I was super hungry so I sipped on half of this probiotic yogurt smoothie while I cooked dinner.
For dinner I made Marco, my friend Shannon and myself chicken fajitas that I ate more like taco’s. Yum! I ate two, let my stomach rest, hung out, and then finished the third a little later on. SO good.
Thursday morning started out with coffee and a GoMacro bar followed by the gym. I went to our neighborhood gym for a quick workout before I started my final day this week with clients.
When I got home I had a piece of sourdough toast with scrambled eggs on top. Yum! I could eat more of this right now 😉
Mid-day with clients I grabbed some dried mango, coffee, and water to keep me going. I am SUCH a drinks person. I always need something to sip on. Anyone else like this?
For lunch I heated up leftovers for Marco and I. Yum! Even better the next day. I love creating intentional leftovers so that all of our lunches are taken care of. So convenient and satisfying!
A bit later in between my final sessions I had half a GoMacro bar with a cup of decaf black coffee. I had more water through my session as well. Have to make sure I’m drinking water with all of the coffee, ha!
For dinner I made myself (Marco worked) noodles dressed in olive oil, sea salt and loads of garlic with grilled chicken and a mixture of tomatoes, cucumber, basil, red wine vinegar, and olive oil. Balsamic glaze drizzle on top. Yummm! More of this for lunch today!
To end the night I had the last 1/4th of this Haagen-Dazs that Marco and I have been sharing the last couple weeks. I also had a glass of wine, turned on New Girl (from season one) and worked on finalizing my new project!
It. IS. HERE! This morning we’ve been making the FINAL edits to make sure logging in is completely seamless for you!
I could cry. The program I am about to introduce to you has been FIVE MONTHS in the making now!

My full support, every single month, for as long as you need it.
Each month, you’ll have live access to me on a powerful group Coaching Call structured to help you transform your relationship with topics like body image, career challenges and debt — plus many, many more.
Never again will you feel alone in your challenges — because you’ll always have me in your corner, ready to guide you through anything you’re stuck on and help you break through the issues you didn’t even realize were holding you back.
Whether you choose to be coached live, submit questions in advance or watch the recording in your members’ area, on every call, you’ll:
- Hear the perspectives and reframes that have helped my one-on-one clients the most, for the topic we’re exploring
- Receive my personalized guidance on your specific challenges (if you want it) — even if what you’re struggling with has nothing to do with the theme we’re exploring that month
- Hear other women’s challenges and my responses to them (so you know you’re not alone, and you can learn from other women’s experiences)
- Leave the call armed with growth-focused action items to practice over the following month, so you’re empowered to make consistent progress and deepen your trust in yourself, between sessions
Trust me when I say these calls will change everything for you, and the insights you’ll gain from them will be priceless.
The best part? You’ll pay less for these calls (not to mention everything else that’s included in your membership) than you’re currently paying for your monthly phone bill.
By finding food freedom through the Guided Self Coaching Method you will also:
- Learn to nurture and care for yourself in a way that makes food fall naturally to the back burner (this is what helps you shift away from fighting against yourself to simply doing what feels good, all the time)
- Develop deep trust in yourself and confidence in your own inner guidance, in every area of your life, from food to your career to your relationships
- Feel content in your body, secure in your sense of self and completely calm around food — no matter what’s in your fridge
- Hit ‘mute’ on constant, food-related brain babbling and reclaim 100% of your mental and emotional energy — so you’re able to devote yourself completely to the things that really matter in your life (and finally feel “normal” around food)
- Start feeling way more comfortable, even downright joyful, in your relationship with money (because how you do one thing is how you do everything — you’ll be amazed how much improving your relationship with food helps you with money, and vice versa)
- Walk into any restaurant in town and quickly, confidently order whatever your body asks for without so much as a hint of anxiety
- Learn to treat yourself with unconditional, relaxed love and acceptance, even when you “fail”
YES, all of those things are totally possible for you — whether you’ve just ditched diets for the first time, or you’ve been trying (and struggling) to embrace intuitive eating for years…
…but they DO depend on taking an approach that systematically rebuilds your trust in yourself.
I promise, I fully believe that I have that solution for you. And it’s what I’ve been waiting to share with you for the past FIVE months.
