DAY 13: Thinking positive about homework! :)

Good evening everyone! Hope you have all had a great day! Sorry if it’s been weird having me only post at night. I do prefer posting throughout the day, but with school its really just too hard sometimes. The weekends are a little different. Here’s my food for the day:

For breakfast I had this probiotic smoothie from Trader Joes, which was actually great brain food! I felt so comfortable and able to focus in class today. Maybe I’ll have this again tomorrow 😉

For lunch I had an egg white omelet with spinach, bacon, and onions. It was so little, so filling, and SO tasteful! And not to mention, only 100 cal for the entire thing!

For a snack I had non-fat plain greek yogurt with fresh strawberries from my backyard. So fresh and delicious!

For dinner, I ate salmon, salad, and bbq’d veggies! This was SUCH A GOOD dinner. My Dad cooked tonight since I was busy taking a test, studying 25 pages of notes, and writing 12 pages in essays. Ah! Haha, I’m not complaining though. It’s only going to make me a better nurse!

The salmon was cooked so perfectly, and all the seasonings on top were to die for. He used 21 seasoning salute from Trader Joes. Pick some up if you’re there. It’s so good on so many different things!

The veggies were my favorite part. They were tossed in olive oil and then thrown on the grill in a veggies pan thing. Bad- I don’t know what else to call it. Haha, my brain is not into dishes right now, only bones.

Anyways, that’s all I have for today! There are a few things I really want to mention to y’all, and I’ll do that before the weekend is over. I’m sure some of you are already wondering what I am going to tell ya anyways… It’s a little something new that I’m doing. I’ll bring it up soon!

For now, have a great night sleep and I’ll see you all here tomorrow!
