Day 2: 7 Day Slim Down (Meal 1)
Good morning tumblies and Tone It Up girls! Hope you all slept great!
I woke up at 6am for my BootyCall this morning (took Noah for a nice long 40 minute walk). When I came home, I planned out my day, and make my Slim Down Pancake!
This pancake has-
1/4 cup egg whites (2)
1/2 mashed banana
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 tbs. ground flaxseed
1 scoop of protein powder
It’s delicious, and can you believe this is on a 7 Day Slim Down Diet?! I feel so treated!
A few of the blueberries fell out, so I just threw them on top 🙂
Okay y’all! I’m done with breakfast, and heading out to the gym for a Body Works Class! I’m gonna be sore today! That class is all strength training! Ah!
When I come back, I’m going to be posting on 3 things that keep me motivated! 🙂
