DAY 20: Try this for dinner!

Good morning everyone 🙂 Here is the rest of the day yesterday, since I posted the first half earlier in the afternoon!

One kiwifruit. Love these! Have you guys seen the nutrition facts of a kiwi?

All protein and fiber. Now that’s my kinda fruit!

For a snack I had one small green apple with 1 tbsp. of organic peanut butter. This peanut butter really helped satisfy me for the rest of the day. I love that about PB! You’ve got all these cravings, you eat a little PB, and 30 minutes later you forget you ever had the cravings.

For dinner, I had sweet potato fries and chili. This was SO good, and I really, really recommend it to you guys! Instead of buying the sweet potato fries covered in grain, and frying them, I bought 100% JUST SWEET POTATO spears from Trader Joes, and BAKED them. To bake them you turn your oven to 400, toss the spears (whole bag) in one tbsp. olive oil, add garlic powder and pepper, bake for 20 minutes, toss, and bake for 10 more minutes.

This will serve 4, and each serving has about 90 calories (30 of the calories from the olive oil). What a way to enjoy a healthy treat! Feels bad, but really its SO good for you! The whole meal only has 300. This is 99% fat-free chili! My favorite kind.

After dinner I went to the gym for about an hour n’ a half, burned about 700 calories with cardio, stretched, did push ups/planks/sit ups- all that good stuff, and then went over to Trader Joes. I picked up this tea to try before bed! I LOVE IT! I’ve never had a sleepy time tea, and I truly slept so well last night, and it really did get me ready to sleep. I was so relaxed and rested by the time I hit the sheets.

Try it! Anyways, I’ll be back probably very soon to post breakfast and a couple pictures of another relaxing morning. I love quiet mornings like these… so peaceful!

See you all soon. Love ♥

Love, Paige
