Day 3: In July 2013 I will be _____

Good evening! This afternoon, after I hit the Gym with my cousin, I went to Urbane Cafe with my friend Tiffany. Yep, this is a picture of my phone. Haha. I left my camera at home, and this was more convenient then sending the picture to myself. Wow. How lazy!

I got a salad that included Spring Mix, Chicken, Pecans, Avocado, Mandarine Oranges, and Balsamic Vinaigrette. Mmm!

A short while after I had some sliced kiwi and blackberries.

A couple hours after that I snacked on some Watermelon while helping Griffin with homework. He had Science homework today, so got to do Anatomy! It was fun! I felt like I knew a lot of the information from my prior classes, so it was interesting!

For dinner, I had a salad with balsamic and olive oil, cauliflower cooked in coconut oil seasoned with cumin, and lentil soup. Good. Not my favorite… I felt like fresh, cool food… I should have eaten that! To make up for it, I snacked on a green apple!

Now I am babysitting, and I have some exciting news to share!

Yep! Institute for Integrative Nutrition!

I am officially a student, and as of July 2013 I will be a Certified Holistic Health Coach! Woohooo! I am so excited about this, and I can’t wait to start my classes. Never before have I been so excited to go to school!
