Hi everyone! I hope you have all had a great day! It’s 11pm and this is the first chance I have had to blog today. Needless to say… it’s been a busy one! But it’s good 🙂
For breakfast I made an egg white frittata
I used 4 egg whites, tons of veggies, and about 1 tsp. of pesto
It was absolutely delicious! It’s basically an open faced omelet 🙂
Around noon as I was shopping (I know I’ve been shopping way too much, haha) I snacked on this LARABAR. Shopping break starts now… for reals 😉
Around 2:30 after I picked up Griffin and his friends I ran home to make this while they got ready for Sky High. It’s a place that’s basically 100% trampoline. It’s HUGE! They have soo much fun!
I went to Coffee Bean and studied with an NSA Vanilla Latte while they played
This snack included less than 1 serv. of low-fat cottage cheese, and 1 serv. dried mangos. Mmm mmm! Perfect!
At about 9pm I ate dinner. I had tons of veggies with about 1/2 cup spicy chickpeas on top. You can buy these chickpeas at Trader Joes in a little blue bag (2 servings per bag) for only $.99!
This was such a yummy dinner and instead of using the sugary sauce it came with, soy sauce, or salt, I used hot sauce, pepper, and garlic powder. Make everything just right, with WAYYY less salt! I haven’t added salt to anything for about 5 days and I feel GREAT!

I’d just like to report that this is DAY 9 on my diet and I haven’t felt even once like I have been deprived or on a diet. I feel so good, so happy, so healthy, and so lite! I’m loving it and I see it as a lifestyle change and learning opportunity! I’m only calling it a diet for the lack of better words (or I’m just too lazy to write lifestyle change) 😉
