I don’t think there has ever been a more simple recipe. And I love simple!
I got this one from Prevention.com, and twisted it just a little bit
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk (Original)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. maple agave syrup
- 1/2 cup ice
Blend it all up until it’s super smooth!
This is the Maple Agave Syrup Blend I use from Trader Joes! You can use honey if you don’t have this 🙂
Super mild and delicious! Add more pumpkin if you want more flavor 🙂
I find that if something is too pumpkin-y I can’t finish it.
