Safer than the mess.

Clear.

Focus can help you to crowd out what’s not important.*

Focus that produces the results that you actually want to create.

Pointless or random focus looks like a life filled with to-do’s you think you “should” do, but that aren’t taking you any closer to where you want to be.

Rules that you pick up and wonder 15-minutes later why you’re doing them.

Intentional focus looks like steadfast progress toward the life you WANT to be creating.

How to spot Excess…

Excess is that pit in your stomach when another package arrives and you can’t remember what you ordered.

Excess is eating way past fullness because it is so good you just can’t stop.

Excess is drinking more because if one felt good, more would feel better.

She leaves you exhausted. Tired. Overrun. Wondering what you should do to “fix” yourself.

Excess can also manifest herself in more of nothing. Inaction.

More TV because it’s easier than turning it off.

More to eat because it’s easier than stopping.

More mess because it’s easier than cleaning.

Excess often assumes that if some was good, more is better or okay.

Excess is clutter. It’s the heavy load that is weighing you down. Keeping you from what you want.

It’s that thing you want to get rid of, but until now haven’t been able to name it.

It’s time to trim the excess.

To get focused on creating the life you actually want to create for yourself.

Getting to where you want to be takes effort. But Excess takes more.
