Fitting It In – {Daily Eats}

Good morning all!

Man, today has been so productive. I tried something new with my schedule to re-prioritize the things that are important to me. I woke up at 5am and have already done:

  • Quiet time
  • Gym
  • Breakfast
  • Got ready for the day

If I start working (blogging included) before I do these things, at least one always gets pushed under the mat, so I’m going to practice doing them at the start of each day and see how that goes 😉

Here are your Daily Eats for the past two days:




Green Smoothie for Breakfast


Lunch was soup with a few chips & salsa on the side. I realize that I crave crunch chips often when I’m eating/drinking a lot of soups, smoothies, teas, and water. Plus, the other food that I eat typically doesn’t have much crunch. Chips do it for me 🙂

I had a little afternoon dessert of an Organic Green Apple. Yum, this was good!


Dinner was a burrito, plus I snacked on some more tortilla chips for crunch. This burrito was dairy-free, but full of other good things like avocado, black beans, cabbage, tomato, onion, salsa, and ground beef.




Tuesday night I made two extra burritos after dinner because they were so good. One for Marco to take in his lunch, and one for me to enjoy the next day. I actually woke up craving it, so I had half for breakfast. Odd breakfast, eh?


Lunch was a Green Smoothie


Dinner was this entire meal.

Kidding 🙂

Dinner was the other half of my burrito, plus a small bowl of soup that my Dad had just made – 16 Bean Soup. Woah!


After dinner Marco and I went to our Small Group. On the way home, I got a rumbling hungry tummy, so I ate a Petite Treat sized bowl of soup before bed.
