Fresh salad with my Turkey-Day leftovers

Goodmorning world! I hope you’re all doing fabulous and slept so great!

Yesterday for lunch, I threw a salad together with a couple of our Thanksgiving leftovers. It was so good!

I used Organic Spring Mix, turkey, some Pepita trail-mix, cranberry, and an organic little baby strawberry from our backyard- these strawberries don’t even compare to anything else!

I love this salad dressing. It’s really low calorie, and totally delicious. You can buy it from any grocery store, but not Trader Joes (I know- this is way not normal for me, haha)

The strawberry on top was the perfect pop of color (yes, I feed my eyes too) and was so tasty

I also loved the added cranberry sauce! I have never put it on a salad before, but I knew that I love turkey and cranberry on Thanksgiving, so I decided to give it a try.

What do you guys do with your Thanksgiving leftovers?
