The next really awesome thing: a former client and now friend of mine, Ginny, started a blog! If you like my blog, you’ll enjoy Ginny’s blog too! She wrote about her experience with me in her story.

“The last piece of this puzzle is when I stumbled upon a blog a few years ago. It was called “Healthy Hits The Spot” and the writer was a girl named Paige who had a very similar story to myself. I remember reading her “about page” and being in tears because her story struck so close to home for me. Paige is a holistic health coach and works one-on-one with women to help them heal their relationships with food through intuitive eating. I followed her blog religiously for a year before I finally mustered up the courage to email her. After talking to her over the phone, I knew that the last piece of my puzzle was going to be working with her. I signed up for her 6-month program and I just finished my last month with her. If I could give one piece of advice for this whole entire blog it is to work with a holistic health coach! It has changed my life and I can honestly say that I have finally made peace with my body. Paige has taught me to listen to and trust my body, to let go of fears about gaining weight by recognizing that my only job is to treat my body well, and most importantly she has taught me that it is absolutely ok to enjoy food. She’s also my main inspiration for starting this blog!”
