Great Salad Recipe!
Mmmmmm Mmmmmm good Dinner Salad!!!
No grain, No sugar, No cheese ✔
First, I made a bean salad. I just started throwing things together that sounded good
Ingredients:
1 can (rinsed) black beans
1 can (rinsed) garbanzo beans
1/2 (small) squeezed lemon
About 2 tbsp. diced onions
Small handful cilantro sliced up really small
{toss together}
Make your dressing!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. (give or take) soy sauce
1 tsp. fresh squeezed lemon
{mix together with a fork until fully blended}
Mix spring mix + spinach in a bowl (cup up for smaller pieces) and toss with dressing
Add tofu on top + something sweet like mandarin oranges
I warmed mine up over low heat with butter + fresh lemon juice (just a little)
{you can use whatever amounts you would like in any of these recipes- adjust to your liking}
This salad was soooo good!
I had this asian pear as a snack an hour or so before my salad 🙂
Look who I found laying in my bed next to the fan when I came upstairs 🙂
