Changes to the Group Program have been made! I received an email from a few ladies saying that Monday nights did not work, but that they really wanted to join my Group Program. So, we changed it to Tuesday nights at 5:30 PST. YAY!
Because of this change, and putting the group BACK up for a few days. We have a GREAT group of women so far, and I’d love to add a couple more :). Email me firstname.lastname@example.org to join & I’ll give you all the info you need!

Breakfast – eggs & toast
Lunch – yummy, yummy turkey burger with sprouts, mayo & mustard, tomato, onion, and havarti cheese on a gluten free bun [more sandwich ideas here].
Sides were: grapes, salad with balsamic, and cucumbers.
Smoothie – I’ll be making you a free smoothie recipe handout soon, and next Friday, I’ll be emailing my Green Smoothie Recipe. YUPPPP! It’s gon’ be allllll yours 🙂

Dinner – brown rice, chicken, avocado, broccoli, sliced tomato, and soy sauce. Seriously. Such a simple meal that you can eat over so many times and it tastes even better the next time.
