Happy Moment

This morning I woke up and had quiet time with Aubrey

After her & Tyeson left, I had some Shredded Spoonfuls Cereal with Almond Milk, Banana, and 1 tbsp. of flaxseed

About two hours later, after cleaning and doing laundry, I was hungry again

I made Baked Oatmeal!

  • First I cooked a basic bowl of Oats
    • 1/3 cup Oats
    • About 1/3 cup water
    • About 1/4 cup almond milk
    • 1 tbsp. of Chia Seeds
    • 1 shake of cinnamon
  • After that, I took out my extra Pie Topping from my Apple Crisp, sprinkled it over the top, and put it in the oven at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  • Took it out, and Viola! It was really tasty!

I love getting creative with my Oats 🙂

Look what we put in our Kitchen today! So sweet, right?

We are also going to put our rice, flour, sugar, oats, etc… in Mason Jars next to this. I’m so excited!

For lunch today, my friend Kurt called me and asked if I could meet up for Urbane Cafe. I sure could! I was happy to catch up and get Urbane. It’s been forever it seems like! (Really it’s only been two weeks, but before that it had been over a Month)

After that, I went to the Gym, visited my Dad and Noah, and then took Griffin to practice. When I got home, we had dinner. My Dad made us homemade pizza FILLED with Veggies! I had three pieces of pizza. I had two to start with, and decided I wanted one more. It was so so good! I had to ask myself the question that I always ask myself when I go back for seconds. Is more really going to satisfy you more than what you already ate? Most of the time the answer is no, and I either stop of have a little bit of something different, but tonight the answer was yes. I am glad I did because now I am feeling super satisfied, perfectly filled, and not deprived. Yes, this little rambling is meant to encourage you all to be nice to yourselves and not deprive yourselves! 🙂

Now, I am watching my sweet Chloe!

Cutest thing ever- It made me so happy! Tonight as I was handing her dinner, she takes the plate and says, “I am going to take a picture first.” I bet you can only imagine the smile that I got on my face! She’s learning from me! It’s so exciting! And it really motivates me to teach her good things 🙂

Love, Paige
