Healthy Pancakes! No guilt! ♥

Good morning loves! Okay, so do you ever wake up in the mood for pancakes, but don’t want to eat them because it will start your day off feeling “guilty”? Well, that’s what these are for! You should never have to feel deprived like that- there are always modifications you can make to any food 🙂

Here are the ingredients

If you don’t have little packets of oatmeal, just use 1/3 cup *quick cooking* oats

I chose the apples & cinnamon flavor today. You can use whichever you feel like.

Put all the ingredients into a mixing bowl

Wisk them together

Get out a medium pan and coat it with butter, just enough so the pancake doesn’t stick

Form the pancake evenly throughout the pan into a circle shape

Shake as much cinnamon as you would prefer, before you flip the pancake

Once the pancake easily moves when you shake the pan, it’s ready to flip 🙂

Put a little bit of butter to flavor, put the pancake into your plate, and add the toppings of your choice

I put banana, walnuts, coconut, and maple agave syrup. It’s also super yummy with sauteéd apples- mmm! We will have to do that another time!

See that little slit in my pancake? That’s where I started digging in before I took a picture! Ah! At least I caught myself- I was a little too excited 😉
