Hi all! Here’s some eats from yesterday
Breakfast was supppper yummy! I had more of the egg & brussel sprouts + potatoes… I seriously love potatoes. I could eat them three times a week… oh wait, I think I did this past week 😉
Marco doesn’t like brussel sprouts, so I just made him eggs & potatoes
Around lunch time, I had a green smoothie. I was still pretty full from my late breakfast
As an afternoon snack, I had a nectarine, and about 1/4 cup almonds that are not pictured.
After the nectarine and almonds, I worked until 8pm. I ate dinner right when I got off, which was my salad + trek mix added in. Such a good salad. I’m obsessed, and I’m going through my bags of lettuce so fast!
