Good afternoon! So, this morning about an hour after my Polenta Pancake breakfast, I took off to the gym for a Step Class. I used two risers again, and got a butt-kicking workout. My legs are going to be sore tonight!
On my way to the gym I snacked on this Blueberry LARABAR. I was seriously craving this!
I must just be in a blueberry mood lately 😉
After the gym, I headed to my Moms work to pick up her schedule. We are planning a day to go down to SD with my roommates Mom so we can show them around 🙂
On my way to the hospital a girl pulled up behind me and was honking and waving! I have nooo idea who it was! I couldn’t see! If you’re reading this and it was you, let me know 😉
When I got home from the hospital, I made breakfast for lunch! Two things I was craving on my way home, starving from my workout: Eggs n’ Sourdough Toast & Oatmeal. The eggs sounded better for lunch, so I’m saving the Oatmeal for later 🙂
This breakfast was soo good! It feels like it’s been a while since I had eggs! I ate it with my Moms friend, Dottie’s Jam on the side.
How do you eat your eggs? See, after the pretty picture, this is what actually happens.
I scissor my knife and my fork and chop my eggs into a million pieces and eat my toast, jelly, & eggs together. Haha, it sounds like a weird combo but I love it! I also secretly love when I am eating pancakes or waffles, and the syrup touches my eggs. That is another AMAZING combo! Can anyone agree?!
About 30/40 minutes after lunch, I snacked on some prunes for something sweet
Now, I am kind of in a cleaning mood! I think I am going to go through some stuff in my room & try to clean up and do some laundry! Laundry definitely needs to be done… It’s that time where the basket is overflowing and I have to force myself to do it 😉
