I am soy-nuts about my Oatmeal this morning!
Happy Noon-time, friends 🙂
This morning, I woke up and had a good amount of time to myself. I love starting my days like this, because it gives me a chance to relax waking up, and puts me first. Yes, that’s okay to do 🙂
I had a really late breakfast, because I didn’t get hungry until about 11:45 today…
Let me just say, although I’ve said it before, this was the best bowl of Oatmeal I have ever had. No. Joke.
I am soy-nuts about it! My new favorite! Can I have this again for lunch and dinner, please?
1 Pack of Maple Oatmeal from Trader Joes (quaker has this too)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup almond milk
1 whole banana
1 tsp. peanut butter
Soy nut energy blend (costco)
White chocolate chips (you must try them on your oatmeal!)
You all know how to make Oatmeal, just let me just tell you how I made this one. Because it was perfect. And you must try it. Right now. In fact, stop reading and go make it (well, after the directions, duh…)
Boil 1/2 cup water
Add in your little instant pack of deliciousness
Reduce to medium heat, stir with a rubber spatula
Chop up one banana in big chunks, add them in, along with about 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk
Let that all heat, and add in 1 tsp. of peanut butter (I used honey PB from Justin’s Brand)
Make sure the PB is evenly melted through, and pour into your favorite bowl
Sprinkle Soy Nut Energy Blend & about 1 tbsp. white chocolate chips on top
Take a picture, just for fun. Sit down, and enjoy your oatmeal with no distractions. (No, you’re not allowed to stand over the sink and eat it on your way out of the house. I knew someone who did this)
Enjoy! ❤
Okay, off to the gym now. Love to you all! See you back here a little while later.
❤xoxo❤
