I love me some leftovers

Okay, so for lunch today, I had leftovers from last night, that were just beyond good!

I got pasta last night, and I’m so happy I did! It was amazing, and I haven’t ordered pasta in forever! So yummy. I was inspired by Kurt, because he told me that his idea of healthy eating is “eating real, whole food, and not junk food/greasy food (like Taco Bell, Pizza, Chips, Cheeseburgers, etc.) To him, pasta is healthy (he doesn’t deprive himself at all of real food), and he is always eating healthy and has so much will power- so I listened! Haha 🙂

I didn’t take a picture of my food last night, because I was too distracted- must have just slipped my mind 😉

Kurt & I went to Thousand Oaks to try to get my darn iPhone fixed/replaced.

Turns out, they could do neither because my warranty was up. It was going to be $150 to replace my phone. No, thanks! This stupid malfunction was calling for some good ol’ fashion fixing; TAPE!

You can only imagine how annoying it is to have your flash 100% STUCK. It wouldn’t even turn off when we turned my phone off. Haha! It was so weird… so… for the fix, today I grabbed some thick black electrical tape, and put it right over the flash. Problem solved until the bulb dies out! I can’t wait for that day!

So, anyways… last night after the Mall, we went back to Kurts house to Study. We have the same classes- but his test is Wednesday and mine was today. Since I had a test so early, he was sweet enough to offer to go pick up dinner and let me stay and study. Nice guy!

We called in our orders to Octavios in Camarillo. That was my first time eating there, and definitely will not be my last!

For him:

They each came with a dinner salad & dinner roll too. We’re both enjoying our leftovers today! I actually am splitting this one meal into three, because I’ll be having the rest of my leftovers with soup on the side for dinner! Haha, that was one big meal 😉

After lunch, I wanted a little Petite Treat

I cut up a baby apple, and mixed 1 tsp of peanut butter with a couple tbsp of vanilla yogurt as a treat. It was so good, and perfectly satisfying! Mmm mmm… good lunch 🙂

Previous Christmas in a cup anyone?! Next My two boys :)
