I Love Sugar In Moderation

Good morning everyone 🙂

Hope you all slept well, and your day is off to a great start. Did you see what I posted on instagram this morning? Who do you know that finds joy in their everyday lives? Speaking of instagram, remember to tag your #HealthyHitsWednesday photos today! Just snap a picture of something delicious, and add the tag to it. We all get inspired by each others ideas, and tomorrow I’ll feature 5 photos here on the blog 🙂

Tuesday’s Daily EatsBreakfast was 2 eggs cooked in olive oil with a little bit of avocado & toast with olive oil

Breakfast was 2 eggs cooked in olive oil with a little bit of avocado & toast with olive oil. The measuring spoon was just helping me hold my olive oil 🙂 I used about 1 tsp. on my toast.

I had frozen slices of banana with PB on top

Around noon, I had frozen slices of banana with PB on top. My 10:30 Client shared this idea with me and I had to try it right away! Take a frozen banana, slice it all up, and add PB to the top (peel your banana before you freeze it and store it in parchment paper for the best results). PS, I did this later with just banana and it was just as good! I can’t believe how delicious frozen banana is. It’s the kind of delicious that is frozen mango chunks!

open faced tuna salad sandwich with just a couple crackers on the side for taste

For lunch, I had an open faced tuna salad sandwich with just a couple crackers on the side for taste. This was perfect. I started out trying to make the tuna salad with olive oil & mustard, but didn’t like the flavor so I added some mayo. Does anyone have a good tasting tuna salad recipe that is mayo free? The most important thing is that it’s delicious 🙂

Petite Treat -- two squares of Dove Dark Chocolate.

After lunch Petite Treat — two squares of Dove Dark Chocolate. Got into my Easter candy 🙂 To make your chocolate 10x more satisfying, don’t chew it. Just let one square at a time totally melt in your mouth. It’s amazing.

salad, stuffed mushrooms, grilled asparagus, cucumber salad in rice vinegar with onion, and eggplant parmesan. On the side, sourdough bread baked & brushed with olive oil. Heavenly!

Dinner was soo good. My Dad put a ton of veggies together. I loved the variety: salad, stuffed mushrooms, grilled asparagus, cucumber salad in rice vinegar with onion, and eggplant parmesan. On the side, sourdough bread baked & brushed with olive oil. Heavenly!

coffee chocolate chip Talenti

After dinner, I opened the freezer and saw two containers of Talenti. My neighbor had brought them over as a gift! So sweet! I had a taste of the coffee chocolate chip. So slow & so good!

I cut up a frozen banana, made myself some chai tea, and got cozy on the couch

Around 8:00 I ended the night with my family watching a movie. I cut up a frozen banana, made myself some chai tea, and got cozy on the couch. Halfway through my frozen banana I was ready to be done so I put the rest in the freezer.

Chai Tea

I’m looking through these eats thinking “everything I had yesterday was so darn good!” <– and that’s just the way I like it!
