I Traded Lunch For Snacks

Good morning ladies 🙂
I kind of love how I always get to say good morning since I’m an early poster 🙂
If you follow me on Instagram, you probably already saw most of my eats from yesterday, but not all. I even made new categories for your future reference into “#hhsbreakfast, #hhssnack, #hhslunch, #hhsdinner, and #hhspetite treat”. I went a little while back into my pics (since we’ve been moved out) and added the hashtags.
Breakfast – 7:00
Toasted pita stuffed with two eggs and spinach + salsa on the side. Coffee was had while I blogged early in the morning 🙂
Crazy Step Class – 8:30
Post-Workout Snack – 10:00
Honey Greek Yogurt with slivered almonds and sliced strawberries. Yum!
Mid-Day Snack – 1:00Â
Toasted Ezekiel, pesto, and artichoke hearts. Mmm!
Four little squares of 85% dark chocolate (2-3 would have been enough, 4 felt like too much – really rich).
After this snack I continued work for a while longer, put together new Client Binders (did you see my crazy office on Instagram?), and ran out to target for some home/work errands.
Holding-Off-For-Dinner Snack -5:00
Baby spinach, sliced strawberries, gorgonzola, and a homemade dressing. Heavenly!
I knew I wouldn’t be off work until 7:00, and my belly was growling by 4:30 (at Target), so I made this snack before I went back to work.
Dinner – 7:45
Dinner was a pita bread toasted and stuffed with tuna, spinach, artichoke hearts, and pepper topped with mozzarella cheese and toasted + a side salad with spinach and caesar dressing. This portion was too big so I let Marco finish the rest of my second pita.
I made an original tuna salad with regular mayo and added in spinach & artichoke hearts – used my food processor.
To end the night we watched a Parenthood and drank hot chocolate made with Ovaltine & half water/milk.
Please, Parenthood Season 5 (on Netflix)… Don’t ever end! You’re going by way too fast!
