I’m definitely arriving later than normal today. I had a walk date + a coffee date this morning, so I couldn’t get here as early as usual. Let’s jump into yesterday 🙂
My morning started out with my Breaking Free bible study. Man, this has been so good for me. I’m working through things I didn’t even know I had in me.
Breakfast was at 6:45 with Marco — eggs & corn tortilla’s with salsa + coffee with almond milk
After breakfast I read Wanting To Be Her for a bit. Man! I forgot how good this book is! Next, around 8:00 I went out for a walk at the beach and listened to a free call by Geneen Roth. One of my Clients recommended it to me. I loved it! One thing I especially loved:
“Our guilt will never lead us to any kind of change.” –> Kindness will.
Around 9:30 I had a green smoothie. This one was “Paige’s Favorite Green Smoothie” that you see in my shop.
Around about 11:45 I had some chips and salsa. These were new gluten free chips from TJ’s. They even have amaranth inside! Good ingredients, good grains. I felt good to stop about halfway through the chips when my salsa was gone, so I put some back.
Around 2:00 I had a piece of gluten free brown rice toast with leftover split pea soup and tuna on top. Sriracha too!
Dinner was toooooooooo late. I got off work at 7:00 and didn’t plan well. I forgot that baked potatoes take an hour to cook. I munched on a petite treat before dinner. Banana Chocolate Talenti Gelato (not entirely sure about this flavor yet). I thought this was a good idea, and learned instead that having ice cream before dinner gave me a really bad tummy ache and ruined my dinner appetite. Fail. Major fail.
At about 8:00 dinner was ready. I ate the salad first, and was entirely full, so I put the potato away and saved it for the next day (note: good thing though, it was so good today!). See, totally ruined my appetite. Marco did the same, ha! He chose Chocolate Peanut Butter Haagan Daz before dinner though… Another good choice.
What’s MOST your favorite ice cream flavor?
Enjoy the rest of your day, and I’ll see you back here tomorrow 🙂
