Inside My Fridge + Cupboards/Meal Prepping Sunday

Happy Sunday everyone!

This morning I woke up, went to Church, and then headed to Trader Joe’s with Marco.

As I was checking out, I went to grab my wallet and it wasn’t there! I had been depositing checks earlier that morning in my Studio and left it on my desk! Thank God for Marco. He loaned me grocery money 🙂

Anyway, I came home, and thought I might as well show you what I bought. I am doing lots of meal prepping today, because I have a busy work week this coming week!

So, I always have the normal condiments in the bottom. Peanut butter, sunflower butter, soy sauce, jelly, hot sauce, organic mayonnaise, kalamata olives, mustard, etc.

I also always keep the things that I like in my Coffee: organic half and half, or unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Today, I also picked up some soy milk creamer. I’ve never had it, but wanted to give it a try.

I also keep apple juice for my smoothies. Ingredients: apples. That’s it.

Oh, and the banana is in there because it was the last of the other bunch of bananas, and I want it to hang in for a day so I can throw it in a smoothie. Hehe.

I also stocked up on my organic veggies:

  • broccoli
  • carrots
  • tomatoes
  • spinach
  • herb mix
  • romaine
  • mushrooms (just took them out)

My favorite bread is the whole wheat tuscan bread from TJ’s

I have one slice of Rye left, some baby potatoes, and tofu

Here’s my cheese stash. I use it when I want, and it sits there when I don’t need it.

I have pepper jack, gorgonzola, mozzarella, goat and parmesan.

More Almond Milk, sparkling mineral water, grapes, tomatoes, organic apples, organic blueberries, pesto, and red bell pepper spread (of course!)

Here are the things that I prepped today:

  • brown rice
  • steamed chicken
  • steamed green beans
  • steamed mushrooms
  • black beans
  • sliced olives
  • leftover minestrone soup (didn’t prep)

I plan to make little burrito bowls with all of this like I get at chipotle. Brown rice, greens, chicken, black beans, olives, avocado, and romaine lettuce

I have half a dozen eggs, and a carton of egg whites (never tried these before)

I’m a single person so unless I’m in a “eat eggs every morning” phase, I thought it would be a good idea to just buy a half dozen.

Counter fruit:

  • bananas
  • pears
  • kiwis
  • lemons (tiny peak to the right)

And then this is my baby pantry:

  • oats
  • quinoa
  • brown rice
  • bulgur wheat
  • brown rice pasta (Marco’s)
  • pancake mix (Kodiak – haven’t tried it!)
  • refried beans
  • organic tomato soup
  • tomato pasta sauce
  • whole-grain brown rice crackers
  • maple agave syrup
  • agave
  • honey (not pictured)

In the crates:

  • trek mix
  • raw almonds
  • walnuts
  • almond meal
  • larabars
  • organic raisins
  • cacao powder
  • organic shredded coconut

Other cans:

  • black beans
  • artichoke hearts
  • kidney beans

Here is my little steamer. I LOVE THIS THING!

Everything all prepped for the week 🙂

Welp, there you have it! I also have tea, coffee, emergen-c, and bran flakes. Other than that. That’s it! My little kitchen space 🙂

I hope you all have a wonderful day! I am off to go on a Hike with my Marco. We are taking our counseling books and working on them when we get to two trees. Fun way to study, right? His idea!

Love, Paige
