Intuitive Eating

Lunch kept me held over for about 4 hours today. I got hungry while I was watching Griffin, and I sat down and had this LARABAR. Aside from Coconut, this is my second favorite! What is your favorite LARABAR?

Soon after, I took Griffin by McDonalds for a healthy meal before his game 😉

The maids were at his house, so I had to take him out. This was his treat.

While we were there I got a black Coffee and added 1 cream and 1 sugar. They have good Coffee!

Directly after dropping him off to his game, I went to my second babysitting job. After several hours of babysitting, I sat down and had dinner. Paneer Tikka Masala.

These little trays of food from Trader Joes are so good! They are small, perfectly filling, and totally satisfying. They are full of flavor and do not feel heavy at all. I am a fan!

About 30 minutes after dinner, I wanted something sweet so I had a peanut butter ball that the little ones Mamma made. These are soo super yummy. They are little. 1×1 size 🙂

Now this little one is watching a show to calm her down. We already had bath and a dinner, now it’s just time to kick back and relax. I am sitting accross the room writing to all of you.

Soon it will be bedtime for her (and the pups, hehe) and I am going to keep reading my new book "Intuitive Eating." I love this book so much so far. I totally recommend it. It gives you three different eating personalities, and you idenify yourself with the one that best fits you. I love this, because it gives you more of an understanding on how you are, and it definitely lets you know that you are not alone. It also takes the blame off of US, and puts the blame on diets. Wonder why we seem to fail at dieting all the time? Because diets suck! They deprive our bodies of the things that they need, and make us crave foods, sometimes in large amounts (binge) because we are starving! This book is amazing… It teaches you how to be an intuitive eater who feeds your body what it craves, when it craves it, in the amount that your body says is right. It really teaches you how to listen to your own body.

I can’t wait to read more! Have any of you read it? I have already run into a handful of people on twitter who love this book as well!

Anyways, I am off to read, I will probably snack on something later since I will be up another 4/5 hours babysitting. See you back here 🙂

Love, Paige
