Last Day for “Nanny McPaigey”

Good morning everyone! Hope you all slept great. I have been up since 5am babysitting.

Actually, right now I am house sitting for a couple of hours. The family has a carpet cleaner over, and I’m bloggin away as he finishes. Already cleaned the kitchen and everything 🙂

Yesterday I woke up with a craving for Oatmeal, so right after I blogged I went down and made some.

In my Oats-

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 chopped banana (all the above cooked together in pot)

1 tsp. honey

small handful of raisins

1 tsp. sunflower butter (stirred in after this picture)

MMM! I haven’t had Oats in a while! This was perfect!

After breakfast I babysat until about 1… Around 2ish, I came home and made myself a super pretty fruit plate before my next job. All I could think about was fresh fruit for lunch. This was perfect!

After lunch, I picked up Griffin and his friends and took them to Sky High where there were tons of kids jumping around. Sky High is a place for kids to jump, play dodge ball, play games in the arcade room, eat, jump some more, do backflips off the walls… etc… The entire place is basically one huge trampoline. So fun for the kids!

While they played Marco and I went down the street so I could grab a Coffee Bean

Small Soy Vanilla Latte with 1/2 the powder. Perfect! What’s your favorite Coffee Bean drink?

When I picked up the kids I took them to In-N-Out. We were celebrating my last day as Griffins Nanny yesterday

I’m going to miss this silly face, and the name Nanny McPaigey. Good thing he only lives down the street! Time to move on… We had a really good last day…!

For dinner, I had rice with tons of greens + tomato, avocado, and garlic

I mixed in pesto to the rice, and drizzled about 1 tbsp. of Olive Oil to all of this. This meal felt so perfectly filling and healthy, and actually made the small tummy ache that I had go away. Great!

For dessert, I had one square of Endangered Species Dark Chocolate

I like it really dark! 88%

+ a cup of Lemon Ginger tea. Mmm! My favorite!

Hope you all have a great day! I have so much to do! Gotta get to it!

Love, Paige
