List of Names on the Cleanse!

Good morning all! I hope you are having a beautiful morning! I love the above quote. I found it on Pinterest. Never forget how far you have come!

That’s 28 people in total so far {started at 14 and still growing as I update this list!!}, and I am still getting emails! You guys rock! This is going to be one exciting Birthday! I’m not only going to feel great myself, but you are all going to feel great too!

{Comment below if you would like to be added to the list, or removed!!!}

For breakfast today, I had a full bottle of green juice! I love making juice in the beginning of the week, and drinking it whenever I feel like a nice refreshing drink. This may not seem like a lot, but this drink has so many nutrients that my body feels satisfied for now

Tip: if you have a juicer, get it out and make juices for the week. You will drink them if you make them ahead of time 🙂

In case I do get hungry, I brought non-fat, plain greek yogurt + honey & strawberries to snack on until I am off work

I also brought a single serving bag of raw almonds

Tip: eat raw almonds over roasted + salted (less sodium!)

Plus a couple things before I go!

When I went to dinner last week with Marco’s family, I saw this neon pink hat at the little store in the restaurant. I tried it on and it was soo cute! On Saturday, while I was babysitting all day, he went out and bought it for me! Such a sweet gift!

And last but not least, I am ordering Business Cards this week! What do you guys think? Too much? What could I do to improve this card? Or do you like it how it is?
