Good morning all! How’d you sleep?
Yesterday morning started off with breakfast at 10:30. Monday’s always start by sleeping in until 7:30/8:30… waking up, working, and then taking a break to walk & run errands with Marco. It’s the best way to start the work week.
At 1:30 I had half a banana and 1 chocolate covered strawberry. I was super hungry, but waiting for Marco to come home and eat lunch. I distracted myself by cleaning my car, room, and starting laundry. Productivity always feels good 🙂
We ate (Chase, my Bro’s, Vegan Pizza & spinach salad) at 2:00 and then I went back to work for a couple of hours. At 4:00, we left for the Gym. I don’t usually go to the Gym on Monday’s, so it was nice to switch it up!
When we got home from the Gym around 5:15 I was super hungry again. I had an apple + 1/4 c. of Superseedz! Wow… you guys! These are so good! I got an email a few weeks ago asking if I would be interested in trying them and I shared with them what I always do: I’m interested but want to let you know that if I try your product & don’t like it, I won’t share it on my blog. I don’t like bashing companies on my blog, but I am also not okay with sharing something that I don’t actually like — these are freaking good! They have great ingredients too! I’ll do a full review soon with links.
Dinner was delicious! I made quinoa pasta with vegan pesto (I know I’m throwing around the word Vegan a lot — I’m not Vegan, just had a ton of Vegan ingredients at home from my Bro). I sautéed spinach in olive oil and garlic on the side, and then mixed it in at the end. Wowza. This was soo delicious! The pesto was from Whole Foods & was exxxxxtra good. We sprinkled it with Parmesan cheese.
