Picked the Dress!
August 26, 2013
Good morning everyone! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I had a very exciting weekend, because I picked out my Wedding Dress! Woohoo!
Marco and I are starting the Wedding Plans, and are more than excited! We have an appointment with a possible Venue in two weeks that is all inclusive (I love the sound of that!)
On Friday, I spent time with these little munchkins. We came up with a new way to swing at the park! Spider swinging!
This weekend was full of Green Smoothies. Two Friday, and Two Saturday and Sunday.
Mmmm mmmm good!
The weekend was also full of reading one of our Pre-Marital books. We picked this our ourselves, and are going to start meeting with our Pastor in just a couple of weeks here. Exciting!
The weekend was full of Salads. On Friday night, two Saturday, and on Sunday. I’ve packed another for today 🙂 Greens greens greens!
Also, friends! Saturday night, I had a Stella & Dot Party. It was so fun- it was the three of us! WHOOPS! You won’t believe what I did for my first party… I put the wrong time! I felt terrible. It ended up being a great time of fellowship for the three of us, and for that reason, I can’t regret the mistake. Coffee, jewelry, God, and friends, nothing beats it!
After our little mini party, we went out to Lure with our loves. Marco and JR joined us. We didn’t get a picture with the guys though, darn! At Lure, I got a side salad (heavenly) and had 2 charbroiled Oysters (even more heavenly).
For Sunday, the Agenda was fun, and relaxing! Woke up, had some Green Smoothie, went to Church, stayed for the Church lunch (I had the inside of a chicken taco, tons of salad, and a bit of black beans), hungout with family, checked on my poor cousin who hit her head, brought her smoothie, and went Grocery shopping. Back at home, we watched Parenthood, cooked dinner, ate together, and read together. Such a relaxing Sunday before the busy work week!
For dinner, I made us baked salmon, baked potatoes (I had a sweet potato), and broccoli with 1/4 an avo each. Yum! The salmon was soo good… I baked it at 375 for 15 minutes and had brushed it with 1 tbsp. of olive oil and 1 tbsp. of pure maple syrup. I seasoned it with sea salt, lemon pepper, and 21 seasoning salute. Yum!!!!
