Coaching Success Stories

Hi, I’m Paige!

Over the last 10 years, I’ve helped hundreds of women (from all walks of life and every corner of the globe) change their lives in the most powerful way imaginable — by being true to themselves. Read the stories of women who have worked with me one on one for six-months, and as you do, I hope you recognize that what is possible for someone else is possible for you.

“There are so many benefits, but the greatest for me has been having the intentional, scheduled time and space to process with someone who is trustworthy, nonjudgemental, a wonderful facilitator, and quite frankly, someone who exudes ease and light; qualities I am prioritizing in my own life.”

Paige's invitation to join 1:1 coaching was an immediate "yes" in my gut, but I was a bit hesitant to take the leap, mostly because of the cost. After some thought, I honored my "yes" and enthusiastically jumped into a 6-month personal coaching journey with her. By the end of my first session, I was confident I had made the right choice. There are so many benefits, but the greatest for me has been having the intentional, scheduled time and space to process with someone who is trustworthy, non-judgemental, a wonderful facilitator, and quite frankly, someone who exudes ease and light; qualities I am prioritizing in my own life. I have no problem communicating...err....commiserating with my husband or closest friends, but have instead been able to process with a professional coach, which is helping me to show up more positively at home and in my community. There are many ways to process and nourish ourselves, and in my experience, it starts with God and those who He unexpectedly places in our lives. These are the people (like Paige) who can help us navigate the things they've experienced or studied.

I've spent nearly 5 years on a self-development journey and have worked with some wonderful coaches. This has just been different. Paige works in community with Christ and in community with other women. She is not a self-proclaimed guru of self-development. She is a living, breathing example of grace and growth, a wonderful teacher, mom, wife, daughter and confidant.

As you work through your own "problems" with her, you'll start to learn that life is so much bigger...so much greater. Your capacity to love and help others grows. It becomes about the collective good. And it's a beautiful thing. The process is helping me strengthen my relationships at home and among my neighbors and has greatly influenced how I approach entrepreneurship, my team, and my clients.

All of this to say, if you can dig into 1:1 coaching, just say yes! Especially if you're like me and benefit from scheduled, non-negotiable time to process, prune and bloom.

“[Working with Paige] has helped me to let go of things that are no longer serving me and showing up as the person I really am in relationships and even at work! This gives me peace and calm and the energy to really actually be present wherever I am!

"When I first started coaching, I was struggling with keeping promises to myself, valuing myself, anxiety, brain drama, negative feelings, procrastination, a healthy relationship with food, learning to pause and listen to my body.

I reached out to Paige because she seemed so calm in her IG and podcast and mentioned her previous struggles with food and anxiety. I answered a question on her IG poll about how I hated preparing food for myself, and in a short conversation she helped me see by asking questions that the issue I was having didn't have anything to do with food at all! Before our first call I felt excited, nervous, not sure what to expect–all of the normal feelings Paige says we experience at this point in our journey when we're reaching out to get help to make a change.

After that call, I felt understood and relieved, I even remember saying to her how did you get inside my head? And we had a good laugh! I am proud of myself for reaching out for coaching and following through and also for not giving up when I experienced discomfort, that was where I really started to see growth and changes taking place. I have grown in so many ways. Here's a list of the areas I've experienced growth:

✅ simplified my thinking
✅ more doing, less thinking
✅ started cooking at home
✅ hired house cleaners twice per month
✅ eating mindfully
✅ greatly reduced my anxiety
✅ being myself around friends
✅ have a regular consistent morning routine
✅ simplified home cooking/shopping experience
✅ added in foods that leave me feeling good
✅ give myself permission to cook and eat what is delicious
✅ feel better in my body
✅ worked through set-back moments that would have held me back before (now I'm through them!)
✅ built my confidence decluttered my mind from overthinking and mind-drama
✅ evening walks to decompress as I listen to audio
✅ journaling (via audio!)

Working with Paige, I felt supported, listened to, and not alone in any of my feelings, I felt like I could truly express what was on my mind with zero judgement!

I have also benefited from our work by viewing all areas of my life differently, it has helped me to let go of things that are no longer serving me and showing up as the person I really am in relationships and even at work! This gives me peace and calm and the energy to really actually be present wherever I am!

I would recommend this six-month program to anyone struggling and holding back because they don't have someone to talk to who can relate openly. While you're working with Paige the most important thing you should know is that she is always available and thinks of you even when it's not the day of your session! She checks in regularly and encourages you to reach out whenever you need support and she really means it! She also helps you to make progress by giving you action items to work on between sessions and then builds on them in the following session. I remember one night she text me with 3 ingredient recipe meals and I remember feeling so appreciative that she thought of me, and those 3 ingredient meals helped me turn a huge corner in being able to cook at home and even helped me to realize I never hated cooking in the first place, I just hated complicated cooking!

If you're thinking about investing in working with Paige the expense is worth it, the support you get and the changes you make are priceless, you just have to commit, and sometimes when things are out of your comfort zone and price range and you do it anyway after thinking and budgeting and just get started you will not have any regrets, only that you wish you would have done it sooner :).

Paige, thank you so much for helping me to address the hard and uncomfortable things and actually make the changes I have been wanting to for years! I will never look at the superpower of calm the same way ever again, and I thank you for being someone I could rely on and truly get out my thoughts that were holding me back for so long. Every conversation we had was so encouraging and I always felt like I was talking to an old friend who had known me for years! :)"

“I am proud of myself for honoring everyaction item’ that Paige and I set during our one-on-one coaching calls.”

"When I first started coaching, I was struggling with my need to restrict calories and control the size of my body. I wanted the ultimate food freedom that would enable me to lead a full life.

I reached out to Paige because I started reading her blog many years ago. I related so much to what she said in her blog and felt like she could really understand my struggles based on her own personal experiences.

Before our first call unsure of what to expect. I just knew she had what I wanted and had worked hard to get there. After the call I felt extremely hopeful! I was excited, confident, and eager to start making changes and have someone finally hold me accountable. I’d been open with other people about other struggles in my life (addiction, anxiety, divorce, etc.), but had never opened up about my food issues. After working through my addiction, I was left trying to control my weight/body–I was essentially ‘addicted’ to that false sense of control.

I am proud of myself for honoring every ‘action item’ that Paige and I set during our one-on-one coaching calls. Some were harder than others and some were more fun than others. After speaking with Paige during our first few sessions, it was clear that the symptom was the food, but the problems were deeper and had to do with stress, anxiety, and so much more. I ended up gaining a lot of wisdom from her around my approach toward life.

I now say yes to life experiences more than ever! I prioritize experiences and have gone to Mexico, started dating again, taken a calmer approach at work, prayed more, found ‘ease’ in hard things, and so much more. Even saying yes to little moments like eating out at restaurants and eating foods I had restricted for so long (pizza, cookies, pancakes, waffles, etc.) are big ‘wins’ for me.

During my work with Paige, I felt incredibly validated in my feelings. She heard me, and never judged what I said. I could truly be myself; in fact, she could probably relate to some of the deepest thoughts and ‘secrets’ I had silently carried for so long. I’ve worked with mentors, therapists, and sponsors in the past, and Paige takes the cake when it comes to kindness and empathy.

If you are looking for a militant approach, she might not be the best option lol 🙂 Instead, she is nurturing, empathetic, and has such a calming presence it is hard not to feel a sense of peace and calm when speaking with her or listening to any of her programs in Aligned.

I have also benefited from our work by being able to teach some of the lessons to my close friends and family. I will always remember that ‘calm is my superpower’ and ‘nothing is urgent.’ I have benefited from listening to her speak slowly first hand, then trying to mimic her approach. Having difficult situations pop up at work and using her as a sounding board and unbiased party was super helpful as well.

I would recommend this six-month program to any woman struggling with food, money, self-esteem, prioritizing herself, starting a business, and so much more. Paige helps you align with your TRUE values regardless of how different or similar those are to those around you and in the program. I think the amazing thing is how many different age groups she coaches – from high school students to moms, we are all seeking the same ultimate thing: calm, appreciation, and patience in our lives. The desire to align our everyday focus to our larger goals, and live the most soul filled lives we possibly can 🙂

While you're working with Paige the most important thing you should know is you don’t need to be embarrassed about sharing anything. It’s truly a no judgment space. Also, you don’t necessarily have to go into every coaching call with a topic in mind. Still, I’d suggest taking some time to think about that beforehand so that you make the most of your sessions.

As someone who’s done a lot of work on herself, I have previously focused on my past. For example, how my parents divorce catapulted my addiction. Conversely, what I was seeking (and found with Paige) was the desire for a life coach to get me to the next level. It’s not that Paige doesn’t care about your past – instead, we are working with the here and now and where you want to be/go. Rather than be a silent bystander in your life you get to take a proactive approach to where you’re headed. I found this revelation so helpful because therapy is wonderful, but I appreciated the forward momentum by taking daily action steps to become the woman I want to be.

Paige is kind, nurturing and balanced. If you’re aspiring to be someone calm, loving, open and sincere, she is not only an ideal coach but the perfect role model!"

“My life has improved drastically in all areas. I have a less mom guilt, a better connection with my husband, and I feel so much more calm with my body and my home life.”

"When I first started coaching with Paige I struggled with mom guilt, accepting that my body had changed, wanting to feel more calm with my household responsibilities, and connect more with my husband.

As soon as I started my sessions with Paige I could already feel a shift. She was kind, attentive and extremely helpful in coaching me through any struggles that came up for me on our call. I loved that she really 'held the space' for me on each call.

Since working with Paige I feel like my life has improved drastically in all areas. I have a less mom guilt, a better connection with my husband, and I feel so much more calm with my body and my home life.

Paige taught me so many wonderful coaching tools and helped me see how my thinking and feeling was getting me stuck. She really helped guide me through each struggle every step of the way on our sessions together.

Working with Paige has been one of the best investments I have ever done for myself.

I would highly recommend working with Paige to anyone who is struggling with food or body image, as well as any or all general life stuff that is coming up for you.

You will not regret it, and it will be the best thing you do for yourself for life."

“There aren’t words to describe the happiness and confidence I feel.”

"Before reaching out to Paige, I had spent a decade of my life walking down a path of disordered eating that seemed to have no end. There were many times when I thought I had finally found a way out after reading a book, finding a new diet trend, or trying to replicate someone else’s journey, but always found myself back at the same binge-restrict cycle. Then, 2020 hit with a wave of challenges and I found myself using food to cope with the difficult emotions that came along with it. I was ready for support and Paige was the first person I wanted to reach out to after spending many years reading her blog.

Before our first call, I was so nervous, but felt hopeful and excited after taking that first step. I had rarely opened up about my issues with food and body image and Paige immediately put me at ease. Her ability to listen, ask the right questions and relate to everything I’ve struggled with is an incredible gift. I knew the path to food freedom wouldn’t be easy, but after saying yes to working with Paige, I knew I could get there with her support.

There aren’t words to describe the happiness and confidence I feel six months later. By learning to practice intuitive eating, food no longer consumes my day and I’ve found so much satisfaction in other areas of my life. I can spend time with my family and friends and be fully present. I’ve reignited the joy running has brought me since I was a little girl, instead of using it to change the way I look. I can have an evening to myself and excitedly plan out a self-care routine. 2020 was a difficult year in many ways, but I’ll always remember it as the year I was able to make room for the things that matter most in life without food clouding my thoughts.

Paige’s passion for helping women find their journey to food freedom radiates through every call, email, text and blog post. She offers encouragement along every step of the way, while showing you that you’re worthy and always deserve to feel good, no matter where you’re at on your journey. I waited years to make my discovery call, wondering if the investment was worth it, and promise you’ll look back with no regrets. It feels surreal to finally be writing my own story here! I’m forever grateful to Paige for helping me realize that food is just one part of a very full life and can’t wait to see where else this path will take me."

“I am blown away by who I am now compared to the person I was before working with Paige.”

"2020 was going to be my year to 'get back in shape' but unfortunately I started out the year with an injury that left me unable to exercise which really took a toll on my mental health. Not long after, the pandemic hit, and COVID-19 vastly changed my day to day life and continued the snowball affect of negatively impacting my mental health and self confidence.

By summer time I felt like I had lost control and lost any self confidence I previously had. I was heavily relying on food to decompress and feel good, and when I looked at the mirror I couldn’t believe I let myself get to this point. This is when I found Paige and took a discovery call with her. I knew I needed help and after our first call I knew I could count on Paige to help me get my happy back.

And Paige did just that, she made me feel so comfortable and able to open up about my struggles with food, dieting, and weight loss. I look back on these last six months and am blown away by who I am now compared to the person I was before working with Paige. I feel confident making decisions around food, creating delicious healthy meals at home that don’t break the bank, and loving myself inside and out regardless of where I’m at in my journey.

Paige helped me see that it is not about the destination or hitting that goal that brings you happiness, it’s the path you take getting there that is the most fulfilling. If you feel stuck, defeated, or simply need some extra support you NEED to work with Paige. I will never be able to thank her enough for her guidance.

If you’re looking at her Instagram or website and wondering if this is right for you, opt in the for discovery call and just see how awesome she truly is. I promise you will look back in this and be so grateful you invested in yourself by working with Paige."

“…I wake up feeling lighter mentally, I eat what I want when I want it, and the number on the scale is just another number that holds no power within my mind anymore.”

"I struggled with years of dieting, restricting, and bingeing throughout college and my early adult years. I tried every single diet, 'magical detox cleanse', supplement, app, etc. I would 'fail' at those diets and then go on a week long emotional binge to temporarily fill the void. From the second I woke up in the morning to the moment I went to sleep, I constantly thought about my weight and food and filled my head with so much negativity surrounding the two. I put enjoying life on hold. The inner critic in my head was playing 24/7. Enter COVID-19 quarantine and I hit absolute rock bottom.

I will never forget the day I stumbled across Paige on Instagram. I read through the testimonials thinking to myself 'Oh my gosh, I am not the only one?!'. I was SO nervous before our discovery session and thought for sure I was messed up beyond help, but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease, just like having a conversation with a best friend. I immediately felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders and like I could finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. For the first time in my life, I was able to be 100% transparent and honest about my issues with someone who listened and understood.

Coaching with Paige is NOT quick fix to lose 20 pounds. In fact, after the first session, I came to realize that it is not about the weight at all. Through my journey with Paige, she gave me the resources and guidance to pinpoint the root of my longtime issues with food and body image and gave me the tools to allow the process of healing to begin. It wasn't until I healed myself mentally that I was able to begin to shed weight physically.

Today, I wake up feeling so much lighter mentally, I eat what I want to eat, when I want to eat it, and the number on the scale is just another number that holds no power within my mind anymore. I am able to look forward to grocery shopping, cooking, flipping through cookbooks, and trying on clothes again. Meal plans and calorie counting and tracking are not a part of my life anymore. It has been SO freeing to give myself permission to eat whatever my body is wanting in that moment. Through healing my relationship with food, I have also found that my home life and financial wellbeing have also improved greatly. For the first time in my 25 years of life, I feel calm within myself and able to accept myself in the current moment.

If you are on the fence, or worried about the cost and commitment of starting your journey with Paige, I urge you to say YES. The commitment to yourself and your wellbeing is absolutely priceless. The journey is not always easy and there will be times you question yourself, but I plead you to show up for yourself and give your full commitment and trust to the process.

I will never be able to express my full gratitude for Paige and the life I was given back thanks to her coaching."

“…my husband and my friends have recognized me being the stronger, more confident version of myself I always longed for.”

"After years of struggling with my relationship with food, I knew it was time to invest in myself and make some positive changes. But what I didn't realize until after I started working with Paige was that I would learn so much more about myself beyond the food and body image insecurities. We talked about and processed stress and anxiety from work, work/life balance, how to be a fully present wife and mother, and so much more. Each of our calls made me so much more confident in myself and my ability to be kind to myself and my body. Paige is so kind and nurturing, and every conversation truly felt like a call with a best friend. After our six-month program, I notice the changes I've incorporated into my life, and so can others - my husband and my friends have recognized me being the stronger, more confident version of myself I always longed for. If you have even the smallest voice within you wanting to make some changes, I highly recommend you invest in yourself and work with Paige."

“I have grown in self awareness. I have stopped comparing myself to others. I have stopped trying to prove myself.”

Health Coaching Testimonial Amanda Clark
"I called Paige because I was struggling with confidence and self-esteem. I was inhibited in so many ways and struggling between the desires I had to be a light and the self consciousness holding me back.

Just before calling her I was just tired of myself getting in the way. I had tried and failed to get over my hang ups that were just keeping me hidden, secluded and just not free. I had a vision of an abundant life I know I was called to live but was holding back in fear. I had had enough and knew that I needed some outside help to lower the mat for me and receive healing.

After our first call, I felt hopeful and heard. I had been afraid to even share these thoughts and feelings, but I did with her and she was so understanding. I am just glad that I opened up and became vulnerable and let down my guard. That was the first of many obstacles. My pride had kept me from changing in so many ways.

I have grown in self awareness. I have stopped comparing myself to others or to some self created ideal which I’m learning was so less than what was in store. I have stopped trying to prove myself. I have started trusting God more and stopped trying to be my own god. She taught me practical steps to live by.

I’ve learned the power of consistency over the last six months and learned that I do not have to overachieve but just gain integrity by breaking my schedule and goals down to smaller bite size pieces and having little victories with that consistency.

I have also started to be more others focused with everyone which is bringing me out of my shell. I have learned to appreciate the present and the small moments with my children and husband more often and to be spontaneous in sharing my gifts with them. I have stopped letting expectations outside of me control me and dictate my actions. I’ve started slowing down and letting the still small voice within do the deciding and doing. It has brought more peace and better intention and motivation to my days.

I can’t say enough about Paige’s continued consistency, availability and support. She was always there to listen and process things I was going through or learning (if anything, I wish I’d plugged in more). She has a great way of not telling me what to do but of letting me realize from within what I was to do and be. I felt very encouraged every time we spoke and she always ignited or reignited my hope for actually achieving with God’s help my best version of me and walking into that abundant life.

Paige taught me that Beauty is within already and I just have to let it come out. I don’t have to work so hard at it, but just be and to let come out of all the things that God has blessed me with through my life experiences already.

And I really felt like she encouraged the needed discipline for change without piling on the guilt and condemnation I’ve always put on myself or felt from the outside. And she opened my eyes to where my confidence, worth and identity should be versus where it actually was. I know all the right answers but living it is another thing.

Paige helped me to start living a God centered versus a self centered life. As I started to focus on God and loving others and working on my motives (from within) more than my actions first, the changes began in me. I’ve learned to root so much more in love and not in expectations. I’ve learned to be more open and flexible to change as well.

Anyone who is ready to actually change and to be open and honest and invest the time with Paige to make some huge leaps in this area, through gaining self-awareness and vulnerability, should call on Paige. She is gifted in teaching you, through calls, advice, and her seminars, to stop listening to all the voices of expectations outside of you telling you what you should be and to start listening to the still small voice inside to let the ordered beauty already inside of you to come out and live, finally.

If you have let pessimism set in and you are overwhelmed with failed attempts to change, she will reintroduce positivity and bring hope and change in a fresh and real way.

Paige is so attentive, authentic, and encouraging. There is nothing she will not hear without judgement and will help guide you towards or on the right path, starting from within your own unique self. She will help you discover and release what’s been deep down and longing to breathe for so long. And she does it in a way that does not leave you codependent on her. She teaches and empowers you to go forward and trust your instinct and intuition and to have confidence in knowing who you are and who you are becoming. It truly has been an unblinding knowing her and a stepping into who and what God created me to be. And how limited my vision has been. I can’t wait to see what else is around the corner. Always reaching deeper and going higher!"

“The person I am today is the person I wanted to become when I started my journey with Paige.”

"So what's coaching with Paige Schmidt like? Where do I even begin?! Enlightening, relieving, educational, inspirational, and unique -- these are the words that first come to mind when I think about my time with Paige.

My experience may be a bit different than many of Paige's past clients, as I was actually friends with her before ever enlisting in a coaching relationship with her. I've followed Paige's journey as a coach since we first met, and always found her work both inspirational and thought-provoking, but it wasn't until I really hit my version of "rock bottom" that I actually chose to pull the trigger. And boy am I so glad I did.

Let's start with the good: the person I am today is the person I wanted to become when I started my journey with Paige. If that doesn't tell you enough about Paige's skills in mentoring her clients, I DON'T KNOW WHAT WILL! I am happy with my body, the progress I have made and the habits that I have formed to feel unapologetically ME. The healthy, happy, comfortable and confident version of me. I have worked through so many thoughts of doubt, stubbornness, and defeat to get here and I can honestly say I could have never done this without Paige's guidance.

It's funny thinking back on it now, because the questions in my mind at the beginning of our time together -- around how we could possibly work through everything I wanted to get through, how I could get back to what feels "normal" to me, and how I could make some serious life changes in just 6 months time without giving up what I love -- seem so silly now. We got through it all and then some, and I was even able to donate one of my sessions because I was feeling so good about what we had accomplished.

I think the biggest thing that I learned is that the way I think about certain things -- food, alcohol, sleep, time management, juggling other people's priorities with my own -- can be changed. It can improve, it can evolve, and you can learn to have everything you want by just looking inward more and thinking about these things in a different way. You can ask yourself the right questions in order to make better decisions for you to be the best version of you. That's what changed me the most and differentiates Paige from other coaches I have worked with. And at the end of the day, IT WORKED. No further proof needed than that 🙂

I want to express something important to other people reading this, in the event that they felt the same way I did. I remember expressing to Paige that I was worried she might not be the right fit for me, as I didn't want a coach that would simply tell me something like, "It's ok, your body is just changing, embrace it." I wanted someone to help me get back to what felt right to me (which, at the time, I referred to as "get back to my normal weight"). I guess I took Paige's thoughtful words of encouragement within her emails, social media, etc. as possibly "too soft" and therefore not what I wanted, but my oh my, was I so wrong! Paige is soft, but that's what makes her such a great coach and person. She knows exactly how to make you think about things without calling them out in a negative way, she relates without discouraging, and she is extremely motivated to help you reach your goals. That's why each session we had ended in action items that Paige emailed me afterward to hold me accountable, and to help me start to formulate the habits that have now changed my life. So, what I thought might be an approach that was "too accepting," was actually not correct at all. Paige simply wants to help you figure out and then reach your goals (healthy ones) no matter what they are, and will guide you through the proper process and work needed to get there. That's exactly what I needed.

One other thing I will say about my time with Paige: the changes crept up on me FAST without really even realizing it. I was so focused on putting in the work and building consistency in how I thought about certain things that I didn't really even notice that the change was happening right before our eyes. I feel like I was pretty hard on myself during some of our sessions, not understanding why these habits just hadn't come naturally to me yet, why it was so hard to stay motivated, etc. I wasn't really "seeing the results." But then one day, I did. It was like a revelation hit. I remember texting Paige immediately and expressing it... "Paige, I think I did it. I think I am back to my normal again!" All that time that I was doubting myself for not building the habits soon enough, the work was definitely being done and it was working, even if I didn't really notice it as it was happening.

Paige is an extremely good listener, whose wheels start turning as soon as you start talking and answering her thoughtful probes. She will furiously write notes to ensure nothing is missed during a session, and will NEVER judge you. I really love and appreciate this about her.

The last thing I will say is, DO IT ALL. Trust the process. Text Paige when you need her, don't think twice about it. Bring stuff up in sessions even if it is uncomfortable, embarrassing, or something you feel you failed at. There is always a way to work through it and Paige will just "do Paige," guiding you through it all.

I have so much love for this incredibly amazing woman entrepreneur. And you will too 🙂 THANK YOU, my friend."

“I feel lighter in my approach to life and don’t feel as much pressure when making food choices. I am better at making intentional choices for what I need as well as my body.”

"When I signed up for coaching with Paige, I was already a member of The Growth Vault and felt like I needed the 1:1 coaching to get where I wanted with being more intuitive in life in general, including eating. With each new lesson in The Growth Vault as well as posts on Paige's Instagram page, I felt like they were speaking straight to me - like she knew what I needed to hear.

When I signed up with Paige I was anxious; worried about what others were thinking of me as well as comparing myself and my relationships to others. I knew the person I wanted to be and wanted more to life but just felt like I needed help to get there.

After the discovery session with Paige, I felt so hopeful. She is so incredibly easy to talk to!

Some of my initial goals were to stop comparing my life and body to others, find gratitude and joy in life by quieting those anxious thoughts as well as to be more mindful of feeling full after eating.

In the last few months, I have grown in so many ways from working with Paige. I have the tools and skills to cope better with comparison and listening to my body. I can be more mindful when eating and I can give myself permission to eat what my body is asking for, even carbs for each meal if I want!

After working with Paige, I just feel lighter in my approach to life in general and don’t feel as much pressure when making food choices. I am better in making intentional choices for what I need as well as my body.

The best part of working with Paige is that she is understanding and compassionate with her clients. She makes you feel so comfortable opening up and being honest about how you are feeling. I loved how she was able to pose challenging questions during our sessions to really make me think and come up with action steps following the sessions.

I would definitely recommend Paige’s six month program to those struggling with their eating, with body comparison, and igniting more joy in your life.

The most important thing to know about working with Paige is that she is so willing to help you. Her constant support helped me so much during these six-months."

“Food is no longer a ‘thing’ for me — I don’t struggle with body acceptance, and my life feels lighter, less hectic and more intentional.”

"Before I started working with Paige, I was struggling with feeling stuck- in my eating, in my body image, in my marriage and in my motherhood. I felt like I was spinning my wheels and not making progress even though I had worked so hard at eating intuitively, accepting my body and building a life I loved — I needed help getting to the next level, and Paige helped me do just that.

Every time I hopped on a call with Paige I felt like I was chatting with an old friend. She made me feel so comforted and accepted, it was easy to share my struggles with her - and she was equally as excited and encouraging when I began to have breakthroughs in the areas I was feeling stuck.

Paige helped me navigate honoring my body in new ways, getting past the fear of eating more, guided me to making choices for my future self and family, helped to guide me in big decisions in my life, letting go of what no longer served me and stepping into a better version of myself.

After working with Paige, food is no longer a ‘thing’ for me — I don’t struggle with body acceptance, and my life feels lighter, less hectic and more intentional. My marriage has improved through learning how to better care for myself and tune into my husband’s needs, and my kids can now enjoy a happier, less-stressed mom. I am confident these skills Paige has guided me through will carry me towards continuing to evolve into the woman I desire to be - joyful, intentional, and at ease with food, my body and my life as a whole.

For anyone considering investing in working with Paige, my husband’s comment when I told him I wanted to continue working with her speaks for itself - “We’ll make it work,” he said - because he has seen firsthand the changes she has helped me make in my life. I am so blessed and grateful to have worked with Paige, and I can’t wait to see how she continues to help me grow in the future."

I highly recommend Paige for anyone struggling with low self-esteem, body, and food-related issues. She will help you regain your confidence, trust your body, and you will never feel alone.

"When I started working with Paige, I had a pretty healthy lifestyle and I was mindful of eating nourishing foods and exercise regularly. I was struggling, however, with emotional eating. I also had a tendency to restrict my calorie intake when I felt like I put on a few pounds or prior to an important event.

Paige helped me identify the roots of my emotional eating, and supported me in finding healthy ways to cope with emotions. She was really supportive along my whole journey, always available and with a loving approach.

Paige genuinely cares about supporting her clients, I always felt safe and comfortable to share any struggle or feeling.

She also helped me to incorporate intuitive eating as a constant part of my lifestyle, even when I didn't feel that good about my body and had a tendency to go back to restriction.

I would highly recommend Paige as a coach for anyone struggling with low self-esteem, body, and food-related issues. She will help you regain your confidence and trust your body, and you will never feel alone."

“You will not regret the invaluable investment you make to really DO the change work through coaching. The best part is you don’t have to do it alone!”

Before beginning my work with Paige, I was at a place of frustration and discouragement when it came to my relationship with food, exercise and how I viewed myself.

With Paige's constant support I was able to meet all of the goals I set at the beginning of coaching. I was finally able to go from TALKING ABOUT change to actually DOING the change work.

Paige's voice of compassion, kindness and wisdom allowed my to tackle automatic negative thoughts (something Paige taught me about in coaching), false beliefs, and lies I had carried about myself for so long.

I would highly recommend working with Paige in a six-month coaching relationship! Working with Paige has been so beneficial to my well-being. She has helped me gain more self-awareness, self-compassion and has helped me to jumpstart my lifelong journey of food freedom.

You will not regret the invaluable investment you make to really DO the change work through coaching. The best part is you don't have to do it alone!

“I now make food choices based on how I want to feel. I feel physically lighter and mentally clear-minded.”

"When I began working with Paige, I already knew how to nourish my family and myself. I was knowledgeable about healthy eating. My problem was that I would consistently doubt my decisions about how to feed my family and then begin to look to experts to tell me how we should eat. I would get excited about the new diet and head down that path. Eventually, I began to question my decision, doubt the expert and the healthy diet. I felt physically heavy, mentally cluttered and overwhelmed by all of the dietary info that I had collected.

A few of my goals were to consistently make food choices based on how I wanted to feel physically, emotionally, and mentally. I wanted to feel physically lighter and mentally clear-minded. I wanted to have a healthier self body image, to be less concerned about myself, so that I could love others better.

I am now making food choices based on how I want to feel. I feel physically lighter and mentally clear-minded. I trust the knowledge that I have gathered about a healthy diet. I no longer look for more information about nutrition and healthier diets. I trust the decisions that I have made about how I want to eat and feed my family. I am consistently meal planning from a simple list of meals that my family has chosen for what they like and how they want to eat.

As a family we have experimented and learned which foods do and don’t make us feel good. My teenagers have also had the opportunity to learn to cook and meal plan. Discerning how to eat based on how food makes them feel and being able to prepare those foods was a life skill that my husband and I felt was extremely important for our kids to learn.

I stopped reading about diets, nutrition, meal planning etc. and just put into practice what I already knew.

Paige encouraged me to trust my judgment. To trust myself and what I already knew about how I wanted to nourish my family and myself. Paige also encouraged me to take action on a few things that I wanted to do but kept talking myself out of. It has brought me so much joy, to finally take action on those projects that are really important to me to accomplish. One thing that I appreciate about Paige, is that she is willing to learn from her clients and use that to help her grow.

For anyone who doubts themselves or struggles with analysis paralysis, I would recommend Paige’s six-month coaching program. She will help you to begin to see that you probably already know the answers that you are searching for. She will help you begin to trust and stop questioning what you already know is right and true for you."

“I no longer feel like intuitive eating is something I need to ‘work on’ or ‘get’ – it’s just living and eating!”

"Prior to working with Paige, I had 'worked on' intuitive eating on my own, with other coaches, and in group settings for a number of years. I always fell back into dieting, and started to believe that I’d never be able to fully 'get' intuitive eating. I thought that my intuition was broken because it always seemed to lead me to unhealthy foods. I was so confused - I wasn’t sure if I should eat when I had a craving, if I should wait until I was hungry, or if not eating when that craving hit was a form of restriction? I wanted so badly to be at my natural weight, but these terrifying thoughts of restriction and self-doubt had me stuffing myself almost every evening. I knew I wanted freedom, but I wasn’t sure if I’d find it.

During my first call with Paige, she helped me paint a mental picture of what my current life would be like with the freedom and ease that I craved. I was instantly hooked and wanted to start working that very second so I could make that mental picture a reality!

When I started working with Paige, I had this wild hope that everything would magically click and I’d be living in my mental picture right away. But, that's not how it works. It took a lot of introspection and patience for me to get to where I am today. Luckily, Paige has tons of patience to spare! While it wasn’t a magic click into place right away, after time, the pieces started coming together and Paige gave me so much insight into my own thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Today, I feel relieved and so much more calm when it comes to my cravings and listening to my intuition. In our work, I was able to discover what that actually meant to 'listen to my intuition.' Though it's not perfect (that's no longer my goal), I have found much of that ease and freedom we painted in my mental picture at the very beginning. I no longer feel like intuitive eating is something I need to 'work on' or 'get' - it’s just living and eating! My life has changed so much in just six short months, and I will feel forever grateful for everything Paige has taught me."

“EVERY SINGLE time after our coaching call my heart was lighter and I had even more tools to help me move forward.”

“When I first started working with Paige I was feeling hopeless and wondering what my next steps would be in this journey of self-love and my relationship with food. I remember being rather nervous before our Discovery Session, wondering if I could/would answer all of the questions ‘correctly.’ 🙂 Thankfully, Paige was very easy to talk to and a very good listener. I felt ‘right at home’ and felt like I could share anything; there wasn’t a ‘wrong’ answer!

In our first session we talked about my self-worth and value. In that session, Paige said something along the lines of: ‘I want you to think about what you’re making it mean about yourself (your value/worthiness) when you have nothing to do. Your value is unchanging, even if you’re doing nothing.’ I was in the habit of using snacks to fill my time of “nothing to do” so that I could feel like I was doing SOMETHING. Paige helped me to see, and to question, why I choosing the discomfort of eating (and getting too full) versus just allowing myself to sit and enjoy a slow moment of downtime. She taught me that I had the ability to choose how I could approach downtime and helped me to figure out how I could begin getting comfortable with ‘doing nothing’ and just being.

There were many times before Paige and I had a coaching call where I wasn’t sure what we would talk about that day. When I felt like we had talked about a subject many times before, I questioned what else I could possibly have to learn about that subject? But EVERY SINGLE time after our coaching call my heart was lighter and I, to my surprise, had added even more tools to help me move forward.

Because of this, I was able to reach all of the six-month coaching goals that I had written out before our first session. Wow! To name a few: 1) I eat when I am hungry and do not allow food to have power over my life 2) I allow myself to spontaneously go out and enjoy the moment without worrying 3) Alone times are no longer stressful and filled with food, instead they are a refreshing downtime that I can look forward to (I now have other things that I enjoy doing in my downtime and I know how to resist urges to snack, just to feel momentary comfort).

Paige is a great listener and asks appropriate, thought-provoking questions to help you move ahead when you’re feeling stuck or think that you’re not making progress! She will also help you to see where you ARE making progress, when you feel like you aren’t 😉 I would recommend her six-month program if you are struggling with rules and shame around food and/or if you are feeling that food just has too much power in your life. Paige will help you to process your thoughts and feelings and ask the right questions to help you see the light at the end of the tunnel (to give you hope of a future peaceful relationship with food).

A few words/phrases that I highlighted from what we covered in our sessions together: trust, value, self-worth, moderation, ‘I have a choice,’ ‘you are trustworthy and your intuition works,’ ‘practice feeling how you want to feel,’ thoughts of contentment, and not comparing.”

“I feel lighter in my thoughts, my harsh inner critic is quieter and I am much calmer around food…!”

Since childhood I had had a very unhealthy and emotional relationship with food. For years I was a serial dieter and would often berate myself for not losing weight or for not sticking to diet plans I had. Honestly I was miserable and always preoccupied with food and what I thought other people thought of me.

I had done various therapies over the years which helped me to uncover WHY I was the way I was, but nothing had really helped me to make any lasting changes, and I was skeptical that anything could actually help me. It was basically out of desperation that I contacted Paige in the last-ditch hope that I could feel free from the control food had over me. I really wanted to have more headspace to be present with my husband and kids and so that I could live life rather than spending it preoccupied with food and weight....and I have to say, Paige really helped me to finally FEEL FREE in terms of my relationship with food.

I genuinely feel so much lighter in my thoughts, my harsh inner critic is much quieter and more gentle and I am much calmer around food...and these changes are generally consistent now, which is amazing! After almost 30 years of struggling in my relationship with food I never believed I could change, but working with Paige just gradually helped me to transform my thought patterns and habits and it has totally changed my life for the better.

Paige's style is gentle, authentic and non-judgemental and I always looked forward to our sessions. Even though sometimes it was hard and I thought it wasn't working, Paige always met me where I was at and had faith that I could make the changes I needed to.

If you are someone who, like me, struggles with being preoccupied with food, diets, bingeing, and feeling stuck in these negative cycles then Paige's six-month program is for you. Just do it - working with Paige will not only transform your relationship with food, it will change your relationship with yourself, and therefore really help the other relationships in your life too.
- Emma S.

“If you have a small voice telling you this could be for you, I can bet that it is. I will never regret my work with Paige, in fact, it’s the best thing I have ever done.”

"I made the decision to start working with Paige in September of 2018. At the age of 26, I had been entrenched in negative ways of thinking, feeling, and living for about six years. I never thought I was enough, and that led me down some paths of self-destruction. That month, I called one of my closest friends that had been there for me during my struggles. After years of what seemed like the same call over and over and over again — all I said to her was, “I just can’t do this anymore.”

I couldn’t do it anymore — nor should I have had to. My friend immediately told me about Paige and her work and said, "you need to do this.” I hung up the phone and immediately dove into Paige’s work. Her blog, her Instagram, her website — her testimonials. Everything that was written in Paige’s story, her content, and the stories of others she had helped felt eerily relatable — as if the women that were writing, Paige included, were me.

I signed up for my Discovery Session without hesitation.

To back track a bit, I had been struggling with my relationship with food and body as well as striving for perfection in pretty much every other area of my life for years. I had tried every diet you could count, had become obsessed with binge eating / crash dieting which left me in the trenches of depression and anxiety, and I had also done many things to try to get better. It was hard to talk about with therapists, friends, and family — not because they weren’t there for me, but because they didn’t get it (and I’m SO glad they didn’t!).

It wasn’t until my Discovery Session with Paige that I finally felt fully understood. I felt very excited for my session, because at that point I was a bit of an open book and was ready to try ANYTHING to help me through it. My only hesitation was in telling Paige all of the weird obsessive tendencies I had around food and other areas of my life which I had developed over the years, “would she think I’m insane?” I wondered.

Let me tell you, she did not. I immediately felt at home with Paige. She listened to me, she trusted me — she made me feel less alone. After I hung up, I felt like the weight from years of wondering, “what am I going to do?” was lifted. I decided I was going to prioritize and enroll in her program. What was I going to lose if I did? Nothing. What was I going to lose if I didn't?

Everything.

During my work with Paige, I could feel myself getting lighter. No more diets. No more crazy schedules. No more “perfect.” Paige made me comfortable to tell her everything — from my past to my current feelings to everything in between. When I did revert back to old habits during my work with Paige, she listened to my story without judgment — never making me feel less than or “bad” about anything, but rather, making me feel empowered and knowledgable about my progress and what I was capable of in the midst of setbacks.

Through working with Paige, I have felt as though I have someone walking alongside me in my journey. While I am continuously working on myself, I am now lighter, more free — happier. I am light years ahead of where I was when I started my work with Paige in September.

When I went home for the holidays during our work together, only 4 months later, my friends and family that I only see but once or so a year couldn’t help but notice how different I was. “You are so, you,” was a common thing I heard. I was freer, I was present, I was silly, I was able to do things for the sake of doing them and listen to my friends and family, and most importantly, I was back to me. I was back to the me they had known before unhealthy ways of thinking entered my life and took reign.

The whole reason I started with Paige was because I could tell that my struggles were getting in the way of my relationships with loved ones. I wouldn’t want to go on trips or would cancel on plans or just not be present in conversations worrying about the food I was eating or how I looked that day. Realizing that my work with her was leading me to nurture the relationships with those I love and cherish most made me realize that this was exactly where I needed to be.

I couldn’t recommend Paige enough to someone who is in need of self-compassion and healing their relationship with food, body, money, schedules, career — really, anything! I’ve seen my life improve in all areas, because as Paige says, “the way you treat one thing, is the way you treat all things.”

Paige gives you actionable, reasonable, and even fun steps to take in order to move forward in your life and be happier. From mindset shifts, to eating dessert (yep, eating dessert!) you get to work on things you want and need to work on each day.

If you’re reading this, or you have a small voice telling you this could be for you, I can bet that it is. I will never regret my work with Paige, in fact, it’s the best thing I have ever done."

“I now KNOW with absolute certainty, that another diet is not the answer… You won’t regret working with Paige.”

Before working with Paige, I had hit diet bottom.

It started with Weight Watchers a few years ago. I lost weight, had so many people complimenting me for a year or so, and then spent the subsequent 4 years trying to get back to that inevitably elusive goal weight as soon as real life took hold. The compliments were gone and so was all my worth I'd put in being thin. I couldn't handle another diet, my mind would just skip ahead to 4 months time when I'd put all the weight back on again as I knew I didn't want to count calories for my whole life.

Enter Paige.

During our first call, I was still holding onto weight loss. I knew I couldn't diet anymore, but I hoped weight loss would be the result of this new journey. Paige was compassionate and kind in this area and gave me many tools to slowly let go of this. The moment came a few months into our six month journey. Letting go of trying to control my body was the freedom I needed to look after her!

I can't believe that I have a future of peace with food. I'm still on the journey, still reviewing my notes from our sessions when I need them, but I KNOW with absolute certainty, that another diet is not the answer.

I am so grateful to Paige for the tools, language and compassion she unleashed upon me over the past six months. I have a few overseas trips coming up this year that would normally have me running to a diet for control, I now know I can simply be excited about them 'cause I deserve to enjoy them just as I am! At peace with food.

My advice to you is this: letting go of weight loss does not mean NOT getting to feel good. This was key for me. I love pursuing foods that make my body feel good and full for longer. In diet mode - I was never able to do that. Diets claim health and wellness but all they really are is FEAR dressed up. Ain't nobody got time for that!

You won't regret working with Paige <3

“I can’t even begin to describe all of the ways my life has been changed by working with Paige. She has taught me to listen to myself in a way I never have before.”

"I can't even begin to describe all the ways my life has been changed by working with Paige. She has taught me to listen to myself in a way I never have before. Prior to starting coaching with Paige, I was under a lot of self-imposed stress. I was unhappy in my relationship with food and unhappy with the way I approached my time outside of work - as a constant, never ending to-do list. My life at work was constantly scattered and stressful. I knew I could get to where I wanted to be with the right tools, but did not know how to find them.

Immediately after my first session with Paige, I felt more at ease, like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I knew I had made a great decision and that Paige would be an excellent coach. One of the things that Paige helped me realize is that I did not need to be perfect with the changes I was making. Prior to working with Paige, whenever I tried to make a change to my habits, it was all or nothing. Whenever the first 'failure' occurred, I would throw the whole new habit out the window. Paige showed me how to have compassion for myself and for my journey to change.

I have implemented so many new, wonderful practices in my life while working with Paige. The most important (for me) is that I learned how to pause and evaluate what I need or want. This skill is important in both times of stress and times of ease. During stressful times, I have learned how to pause, quiet my mind, and stop to think about what needs to be done next. I am able to remind myself that it's OK and necessary to take that time. When I'm not under stress or at work, I am a person who has the constant nagging feeling that I need to or should be doing something productive; chipping away at my to-do list. I have learned how to balance my to-do list with things that I want to do. More importantly, I have learned how to balance WHEN I do those to-do's. I don't sacrifice things that will make me feel whole and happy just to complete something I feel I should be doing. As evidence of everything I have learned, it’s important for me to note that I'm *not perfect* at these new skills. Some days I don't pause. Some days I focus too much on hammering away at that to-do list. But today, I always come back to listening to my mind and body.

Paige is an excellent listener. I always felt that she was truly listening to what I had to say, and strived to understand my perspective. Paige was invested in my success from day one. I have benefited from our work together in more ways than I can list. But here are a few: My life is lighter. I finally decided to leave a job I no longer enjoyed. I stopped living my life by a set of 'should’s’ that were not serving me.

I would recommend Paige's program to anyone who is looking to make lasting, impactful change in their life. What you should know most about Paige as your coach is that she truly listens to her clients. Having her available in between calls was invaluable. She has the skills, training, and attitude to guide anyone to a better life. Every coaching call brought me comfort as well as new skills that allowed me to better enjoy my life.

I can't begin to thank her enough, but Paige, thank you, thank you, thank you!"
- Brooke K.

“Through working with Paige, I learnt practical ways to deal with my harmful habits (physical and mental) and shift them into feel-good habits. Even more, she helped me to identify habits I didnʼt even know I had.”

"When I first began coaching with Paige I was on the verge of depression, completely burnt out, and unhealthy in my mind, body and spirit. I finally came to a point where I realized how much I was struggling with disordered eating and how I viewed my body and somehow found Paige on Instagram.

I was taken back when I read one of her posts about having a good “relationship with food”. I immediately thought “Woah.. This girl may understand what Iʼm going through.”

When I first reached out to Paige I was hopeful but nervous. Nervous that this would be another person who wouldnʼt truly understand my unhealthy, rollercoaster obsession with food (I had already seen professionals for this sort of thing before).

After our first call I was excited, for many reasons. I knew that this process (working with Paige in her six-month program) would take work and I also felt peace that the tools she was going to give me were going to work for me.

Paige always had an equal balance of listening and understanding and speaking conviction and truth. Right off the bat Paige would refocus me on my TRUE why: that my relationships, my studies, my career, my health, my joy would continue to suffer if I didnʼt get healthy. NOT the "why" I used to have: thinking everything would be better if I could just lose 20 lbs and fit my clothes again.

Through working with Paige, I learnt practical ways to deal with my harmful habits (physical and mental) and shift them into feel-good habits. Even more, she helped me to identify habits I didnʼt even know I had.

The best thing about working with Paige was that in the moments where I just didn’t want to break an old habit, make a change, or had felt like I failed to take a step forward, Paige was ALWAYS there! She was a text or email away, at anytime. Whether it was a message from her reminding me of the truth of who I am and what is important to me or a call to challenge me and get me out of my funk, she was there. This was so good!

Paige was never judgemental and always reminded me not to feel ashamed. Through this entire process I have realized something: I am not alone. She helped me to have great compassion and love for those around me as I learned that other men and women are struggling too.

If you are stuck in a pit, if you feel like you’re spiraling downward, or even if you are generally healthy and need someone to come alongside you to help you get to your next goal, I recommend Paige and at a minimum her six-month Program. Paige is an absolute gem— caring, honest, encouraging, real, and she knows what sheʼs talking about."
- Amanda E.

“I am so grateful I can now say I am able to listen to my body and I don’t feel out of control with food or fearful of any kind of food.”

"I decided to enroll in Paige's six-month program in January 2018. After our Discovery Session, Paige told me to sit with my thoughts and write out what I was thinking and how I was feeling before saying YES or NO to the program. I just re-read what I wrote to myself all those months ago and I could not be more happy/thankful/grateful that I decided to jump on board with Paige.

After that first call, I felt a huge weight lift off my shoulders. I knew intuitive eating (and intentional living) was right for me, but I couldn’t figure it out on my own. I had boughten books, read blog posts, and even taken part in Paige’s Finally Free Program. Although these were all amazing, it just wasn't clicking for me. I realize now that *I needed someone in my corner,* someone I could be completely honest with about my struggles and know that there would be no judgement - Paige has been that person for me the last six-months.

I was never honest about my emotional pull to food, how I would use it to cope with hard feelings or the binges that took place with anyone before Paige. I knew at the beginning of our journey together, my main goal was to figure out and improve my relationship with food and I am so grateful I can now say I am able to listen to my body and I don’t feel out of control with food or fearful of any kind of food. For example, I always thought I would be the person who felt the need to finish everything I was eating or drinking even if I was full BUT the other week I purchased an iced chai tea latte, I drank about 2/3 of it then realized it wasn’t tasting good and I didn’t want anymore so I just threw it out, as easy as that.

I can honestly say, without my work with Paige, I would never have been able to listen to my body like I did in that moment.

Looking back now, it’s funny to think how worried I was that I wouldn’t be able to be honest with Paige (since I’d never been so open about my struggles with anyone before) but she is such a sweet, caring and gentle soul that she made it very easy, even when it was really hard. I never knew our conversations would lead to and positively influence many other areas of my life as well such as finances, relationships, alcohol, movement, work, puppies {!!!}, my anxiety, periods {yes!}, my home, etc. She always provided such good insight and asked the right questions; she was also available for support between sessions.

I wouldn’t even be able to count the number of times I said “I’ve never thought about it that way,” “that makes so much sense” and “yes, I love that” during our calls. I cannot recommend Paige as a health coach enough, especially for someone who feels like they don’t have anyone close to them who could understand their struggles/relationship with food - that was me. I reached out to Paige and took a leap of faith and she has changed my life in so many ways!"

“I have all the tools and Paige knows how to bring your vision into focus so you can realize your own potential.”

When I first signed up with Paige I was going through a lot of negative self-talk. This bump in the road was huge. I'd lost two jobs and felt like I was sinking in a swamp. I knew I needed Paige, and although I had always wanted to hire her, I never seemed to have the money. I finally bit the bullet and never regretted one minute of my coaching time spent with her.

With Paige you know your privacy is respected. You’re listened to and are asked the best questions in order to reflect and understand where you are and how to change yourself. This is the BEST part. I have all the tools and Paige knows how to bring your vision into focus so I can realize my own potential. She never offers advice unless she asks first. (Hmmmm, I think I need to adopt this.)

I’m an older woman and believe that Paige is an ‘old’ soul. She’s wise and mature in her understanding and empathy. Compassion and understanding are definitely not foreign to her. There is nothing you cannot talk about with her. Paige is all that you see on her blog and on social media. She’s a truly sweet friend and one of the best coaches. (I think she’s better than a marriage and family therapist!)

If you’re not sure you can afford her, do what I did and start out with one of her smaller courses. I started out with Authentically You and found that I was profoundly impacted by that 10-day experience.

After that I knew Paige was going to be my coach.

“I am so thankful Paige encouraged me to believe in myself enough to take the six month journey with her.”

Elizabeth P. | Paige Schmidt Coaching Testimonial
"I initially sought one-on-one coaching for guidance with intuitive eating. After six months of working with Paige, not only have I progressed with intuitive eating - I also found my self-confidence and value outside the size of my body.

The summer I turned 13, I decided it was time to answer the call from the back for Seventeen magazine, promising me total transformation, along with the perfect body – one of my early queues from diet culture letting me know that my value should go hand-in-hand with my physical appearance. So I sent off $20 of hard-earned babysitting money, now convinced that changing my body would resolve my ongoing negative self-image.

I eagerly awaited what I thought would be my pathway to self-satisfaction to arrive in the mail. Several weeks later, a small purple pamphlet was delivered, addressed to me. Upon close examination in the privacy of my bedroom, I learned that the key to self-confidence was apparently counting calories and adhering to the pamphlet’s strict running regime.

I felt let down that this wasn’t a magical solution the ad promised. Embarrassed that I had spent my money on this, actually hoping it would quickly change my body and self-confidence struggles, I hid the pamphlet in the back of my dresser drawer. The shame and disappointment I felt about myself in that moment, at the hands of diet culture, would serve as foreshadowing for my next 20 years with respect to my relationship with food and my ability to feel my worth in any way other than the size of my body.

After two decades of weight cycling with the same 15 pounds, my sense of self-worth was so deeply tied to the number on the scale, and I was sick of my self-imposed food rules. I then stumbled upon the concept of intuitive eating through the Finally Free Program. After so many years living in a “good” and “bad” – “okay” and “off-limits” food dichotomy, I was out of touch with what foods I really enjoyed eating, what exercises felt good for my body, and the ability to truly relax or have a rest day without guilt setting in. So much of my mental energy was spent wondering if I had made a good food choice and whether I was exercising enough – yet never actually achieving the “ideal” body that I desired based on images and messaging fed to me through nearly all conventional media outlets and so-called “wellness” resources. This left me in a continual state of dissatisfaction with myself.

During my discovery session with Paige, I was immediately comfortable opening up to her. She was so warm, understanding and confident – and it just felt really good to open up and share my struggles with someone who has been through, and overcame, experiences with body image similar to mine. I shared with her my apprehension of making the six month investment, and nothing changing within myself at the end of our time together. Paige was able to talk me through my own self-doubt and inspire confidence within me to get down to work on myself for the next six months.

I knew this six month one-on-one coaching session was not a magic ticket to loving myself – it was going to require work on my part. I put in the time and effort, and Paige was there to guide me along the way. Her biweekly action steps helped me stay accountable to myself and the goals I set for my journey of self-discovery.

Paige helped me identify the areas of my life that needed improvement, yet I was using my struggle with food and body image as an excuse for not facing these other areas. She guided me through improvement in my non-food struggles with practical, easy to apply solutions.

There were a couple of pivotal moments during my coaching where I felt it would be easier to quit – admit failure like I had with so many diets in the past – and just go back to my comfortable, well-known habits associated with weight-cycling. During these moments, Paige was there to talk me through my internal battle and guide me back to the path I was truly after – trusting, and listening to my body’s needs – ultimately bringing me towards self-acceptance, increased self-love and freeing me from the restrict / binge cycle.

Through my work with Paige, I am now on a path of continuous self-discovery. I accomplished the goals I established at the beginning of our time together, and Paige empowered me with the mental know-how to handle new struggles - as they inevitability will arise. Thinking back to the fear I felt at the start of our journey together – that I would put in the time, but nothing about me would change – not only can I see that that was my self-doubt getting in my way, but I also see that Paige believed in my abilities the entire journey.

I am grateful for Paige’s compassion, guidance, and genuine spirit that she shared with me as my coach, and am so thankful she encouraged me to believe in myself enough to take the six month journey with her."

“I’ve grown far beyond what I ever thought possible, and I’m such a happy and grateful person.”

When I started working with Paige I was at one of the lowest points I’ve ever been at. I had just moved back to Denmark from London, my boyfriend had recently passed away, I had acne, I didn’t like the city I was living in one bit, and on top off that I still had one year left of journalism school – a school I had hated pretty much since day one. I was at a loss, and I turned to Paige as my last option.

I’ve been following Paige since she started blogging, and I’ve been watching her build her business and help so many women from all over the world. I honestly wish I had started working with her years ago but I am just deeply grateful that I decided to work with her – even if the decision took me a few years to get to!

Paige is one of the sweetest, kindest, loving, and supporting woman I’ve ever come across. She could relate to so many of the things I told her, and I could be 100% honest with her. I didn’t have to hide who I am, my dreams, my desires or my struggles. No matter what I told her, she supported me. Every talk and email came from a place of love and a deep desire to be there for me. I never felt like she was in a hurry or didn’t have the time for me – no matter how many emails I sent her in between sessions.

In our work together, I’ve grown far beyond what I ever thought possible, and I’m such a happy and grateful person. I’ve moved to a different city, I graduate in a few months, my skin is more beautiful than it has ever been, I am glowing with confidence, I’ve started my own health coaching business, I’ve started teaching yoga, and I’ve learned to set clear boundaries with people.

When I first started working with Paige I emailed her almost every day in between sessions – at the end I emailed her maybe once between sessions. She gave me the tools to ‘deal’ with my struggles. I’ve also learned to appreciate life much more. All my life I’ve had this idea that when I graduate everything will be perfect, when I move to London everything will fall into place, when I meet a guy, if I lived in the States my life would be perfect, if I just lost 10 pounds, if I just got that job etc. However, my life never got better when some of those things happened. My life didn’t magically change. I was still the same person with the same struggles. Today I see how much I already have, and I am so grateful for everything I have. Sure, I still have dreams but I know that my life won’t be perfect when I graduate, move to the States etc.

I no longer diet, binge or restrict my food. I eat what I feel like, and I don’t worry how many calories my food contains. I exercise because I love it, and it makes me feel great. Not to burn off calories. I’ve seen countless of therapists and dieticians but Paige is the only one who have ever truly helped me.

I would recommend Paige to anyone in a heartbeat. If you are considering booking a Discovery Session, just do it. You won’t regret it! I can confidently say that it’ll be one of the best decisions you’ll ever make.

Paige, I am beyond grateful for you and our time together. You are Godsend!

“I feel like my true self again and so capable of facing challenges with confidence.”

Paige has been absolutely amazing to work with! When we first started, I was in one of the lowest moments of my life in terms of self confidence, body image issues, fear around food, etc. I was so focused on school and achieving my degree, that I tried hard to ignore my mental and spiritual health. I felt completely defeated, and I knew I didn’t want to live that life anymore.

After learning about Paige, I immediately felt a sense of hope. I was nervous about our first call, especially since I hadn’t shared these feelings with many people before. But after our first call, I felt as if a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. Paige was so kind and listened to my concerns. It felt as if she understood exactly what I was going through, which meant a lot to me!

It’s crazy looking back now and seeing how much I’ve grown from working with Paige. The worries I had then are so easy to separate from and understand. I know there will always be challenges that I face, but I feel like my true self again and so capable of facing those challenges with confidence. That’s what Paige has helped me rediscover. Confidence. In myself, in my body, in my work, in my talents, in feeding myself with love and intuition, in my relationships. I can’t thank her enough for supporting me through this journey.

Paige also offered so much advice and support as I got engaged and started planning for my wedding. She helped me through so many life changes - graduating professional school, taking licensing exams, moving across the country, and starting a job after a life of school.

Paige is such a beautiful and generous human being. Through all our talks and through the ups and downs, she has become a friend to me. And I’m the quiet, shy, VERY introverted type. She made it easy for me to communicate my feelings and concerns. I felt safe and hopeful during our sessions.

I would one million percent recommend Paige, especially her six-month program, to anyone struggling with self-confidence issues, anxiety in general (food was a big one for me), body image, difficulty with life changes, etc. I came to her first expressing difficulty with food and trusting myself to eat what I needed to. I was in a restrict/binge cycle that was driving me crazy, but yet felt completely out of my control. Not only was she able to help me see how easy it can be, with the right mindset and time, to feel comfortable around food and eat intuitively, she was also able to help me cope with my other anxieties and worries and stressors in my everyday life.

If you feel like you’ve had enough of that self hatred and constant worry and that it’s time to make a change, that you’ve struggled too long and want to feel the freedom you’ve always desired, please don’t hesitate to reach out and ask for help. Paige is so awesome in that she structures her program 100% around you, and gives you the freedom to set your own goals and guides you towards them with kindness and encouragement. I thought I could do it alone at first, but I finally understood the value of the help of a mentor, a coach, a friend. And Paige welcomes me for continued sessions whenever I need them!

I’m forever grateful for you, Paige, for everything!

“I have learned to put myself first. I’ve learned what feels good for me. I have learned how to be in tune with myself.”

Kim S.
I was very lost when I first reached out to Paige. I had little confidence in myself, in every aspect of my life. I was in a space of trying every challenge that promised to help me lose weight and they were not working for me. Regardless, I would still try to do them because I wanted to lose weight so badly. These challenges just made things worse. I would be so angry at myself that it seemed to work for so many other people, yet I wasn't feeling good (about myself, or my life). It was mentally, emotionally and physically draining. I was done; I wanted to figure out a lifestyle that would work for ME.

I was so excited before my first call with Paige. I was drawn to her coaching style and finally felt like something was going to open up doors for me. After that first phone call, in our Discovery Session, I was even more excited to work with Paige. It felt like all of the stars were aligning.

In our work together I have learned to put myself first. I've learned what feels good for me. I have learned how to be in tune with myself. Working out and eating healthy are no longer chores in my life. Today, I can actually say that I find enjoyment in both. I am more confident in myself, my clothes feel and fit better, and I don’t have guilt around the foods that I used to feel badly for eating. I’ve developed a routine that feels good to me and allows me to be my best self. My relationship with my husband has improved in my work with Paige. In improving my mood and my own confidence, I have felt more confident in our marriage. It’s crazy to think about how everything really did get better through my work with Paige; just like I visualized in that first phone call. Every single aspect of my life has benefitted from this work.

The best part about working with Paige is the support, the understanding she has for her clients, and the ways she was able to help you solve what ever problem you're having; whether it's around food or a non-food (life) issue. Paige always supported me in such a realistic and calm way; which in turn, has helped me to feel more calm and zen as I continue to support myself, behind the scenes. Having Paige's support to make the changes I wanted to make was so essential for me; navigating through change on our own is tough!

In our sessions, Paige was always able to relate what I was feeling to herself or someone else - this made me feel less alone. I would recommend Paige to anyone. I've told so many friends about what I am doing in my work with her. Working with Paige get's a 10 out of 10 in my book! The most important thing about working with Paige, and what anyone reading this needs to know is to be totally open and honest with her. You really can be yourself. When you are, you will get to the root of what's going on. If you're not open, honest, and prepared, it will be harder to get to where you want to be. Give this your all - it's up to you to show up!

I am grateful and proud to love myself and have a better relationship with myself today.
- Kim S.

“Working with Paige literally changed my life. I have a greater love and appreciation for my body and sense of self.”

I approached Paige at a time in my life when I was ready to commit to my personal growth and getting healthy. I'd tried every fad diet from smoothie cleanses, keto cleanses to even starving myself and drinking only lemon water for 7 days, none of which worked! I didn't realize I was actually slowing down my metabolism obsessing about getting that "ideal body." I was living a torturous never ending cycle. I knew that my approach to getting healthy was so distorted and I needed to get perspective.

Working with Paige for six-months literally changed my life. I have a greater love and appreciation for my body and sense of self. I eat in a more balanced way, and have no more panic and anxiety around "bad foods." Most importantly I approach my health in a holistic way now. Paige helped me realize that "healthy" isn't about dieting and losing weight, it's about balancing out exercise and rest, eating good nutritious foods and indulging sometimes, while tending to every other part of who you are. A happy self is a healthy self. I'm the type of person that works hard and takes and applies direction well. With practical application and the tools Paige gave me, I reached my 30 pound weight loss goal. I will forever be thankful for my time with Paige!

“I am excited for each day when I wake up. I get excited about what my body is hungry for, I enjoy wine nights with my friends, I have more confidence to try new things and meet new people, and most importantly, I now know how to pause and check in with myself to ask my body what she needs.”

I went into my coaching with Paige knowing so much about intuitive & mindful eating, but for some reason I just couldn't figure out how to live that sort of lifestyle. I was in a place where I just knew I needed that extra guidance to help me get back to my body's roots.

My first call with Paige was an instant sigh of relief. She related to everything I was struggling with, whether it be food restriction/diet mentality, being a gal in her 20s, or society's pressure that is put on women. I immediately felt more relaxed after our call because I knew she would be able to help me get back in touch with my body and learn the skills to not be so hard on myself.

In the end, it was never about the food. Paige helped me realize this and guided me into a life of truly nurturing and caring for myself. Our calls not only lead me to multiple "a-ha" epiphanies, but also true self care that I realized I had been denying myself for years.

With Paige's support, I now can say that I treat each day like a Friday. And by this I mean that I am excited for each day when I wake up, as opposed to living a diet type life mon-thurs and only living for the weekends. I get excited about what my body is hungry for, I enjoy wine nights with my friends, I have more confidence to try new things and meet new people, and most importantly, I now know how to pause and check in with myself to ask my body what she needs in any particular moment.

Paige is not only a coach, but a caring, honest and warm individual. She just feels like that girlfriend you need when your spirits are in need of a boost. Thank you, Paige!

“This is the happiest I’ve ever been and I’m at the most natural weight I’ve been at in a while… but it isn’t really about that anymore. It’s about feeling free from the tremendous stress I was carrying on a daily basis about food and my body.”

Paige's blog was recommended to me by a coworker who was going through Paige's 6-month program. I was intrigued and spent the next two years reading Paige's blog religiously - silently dealing with my insecurities over food and my body. What made me finally reach out to Paige was the realization that I couldn't do it alone anymore. The last year had been extremely stressful for me and when my mom suggested I get help, Paige was the first person I thought of.

I still remember our consultation call and the surge of happiness I felt thinking about where I would be in 6 months. As I write this today, I'm still in shock that I achieved all my goals. And it was all because of Paige. Paige doesn't just teach you about intuitive eating, she teaches you about intuitive living. The mindfulness I learned around food is the same mindfulness I've adopted for myself in general. Tuning into my feelings was never something I did. I would constantly stress about good vs. bad foods, use crash diets or juice cleanses before trips, and turn to alcohol to let go of my need for control.

Now I know I can have whatever I want, whenever I want and feel better than ever. Paige encouraged me to start dancing again, to let go of the need to be perfect, and to talk to myself nicely. She doesn't teach you how to never forget to be mindful or never feel self conscious; rather, she teaches you how to deal with those feelings when they come up which is far more sustainable in the long term. I can safely say this is the happiest I've ever been and that I'm at the most natural weight I've been at in a while. I know I've lost weight from working with Paige, but it isn't really about that anymore. It's about feeling free from the tremendous stress I was carrying on a daily basis about food and my body.

If you're even considering reaching out to Paige, I highly encourage you to just do it! You will not meet a more caring and genuine person who practices what she preaches and truly understands the struggle you are going through. Thank you, Paige, for honestly changing my life!
- Andrea S.

“I can’t begin to explain the burden and weight that has been lifted as I’ve incorporated Paige’s coaching techniques and suggestions into my daily routine.”

"Before starting health coaching with Paige, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I ate pretty healthy and exercised regularly, and I didn't have any major health concerns or goals. But I just felt that health coaching would be a beneficial experience and so I gave it a go!

Wow, was I right! Health coaching with Paige has been a total game-changer in my life. In a very gentle way, Paige has helped me to see the feelings of guilt that I often associate with food or exercise, and I can't begin to explain the burden and weight that has been lifted as I've incorporated Paige's coaching techniques and suggestions into my daily routine.

I have learned so many small tips in regards to eating and exercise that have made a huge impact. I feel so much lighter and positive. I am so grateful for this experience and am certain I will continue to benefit from health-coaching throughout my life."
- Amanda D.

“I’m finally happy with myself and there’s absolutely nothing that can explain how good that feels.”

"For as long as I can remember, I’ve been waiting for the next life step to make everything better, to make me happy: college graduation, the first job, the move to a new & exciting city, etc. etc. When these steps didn’t make me instantly happier, I found other ways of coping, including emotional eating. Emotional eating turned into restrictive eating - I can’t buy that food because I’ll eat it all - and the cycle just spun and spun. Then, I finally decided to invest in myself by working with Paige. It was truly the only big “life step” that has resulted in a positive change in my life & my happiness.

Paige helped me to understand that first and foremost, we need to love ourselves now. She taught me how show compassion towards myself by allowing myself to be imperfect and care for myself through dedicated personal time. As women, we spend so much time caring for others, it’s not instinctive to care for ourselves. I re-learned what truly makes me happy and how to prioritize myself over others. Finally, I learned how to listen to my body. Intuitive eating has given me a completely new perspective on eating & food. Before, eating was forced by time of day or emotions and often resulted in feelings of guilt. Now, I know when I’m hungry or just emotional, which allows me to truly savor my food and enjoy eating again!

Bottom line, Paige is an amazing listener and friend. Every phone call and email is met with true compassion, empathy, and care. One of the best aspects of coaching with Paige is that you never feel like a student or unequal from her. It’s an absolutely amazing feeling to realize that the issues I’ve been having are no different than so many other women - I’m not alone!

Paige’s coaching went so far beyond what I expected. I went into the sessions expecting to only talk about emotional eating and how to be an intuitive eater. But Paige is so insightful and always had the right questions to ask which helped me see the little aspects of my life that needed more attention. Those little aspects led to a greater understanding of myself and the true root of my emotional eating. I’m so grateful for Paige and her passion for helping women like me lead healthier lives! I’m finally happy with myself and there’s absolutely nothing that can explain how good that feels."
- Lauren K.

“Before Paige I thought I would use intuitive eating as another diet. Little did I know working with Paige would change my life forever and there would be no next diet.”

Working with Paige is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Paige is the most kindhearted, caring person I have ever met, and she changed my life.

Before my Discovery Session with Paige I thought I would use intuitive eating as another diet. I thought I would try it, lose my college weight, and move on to the next diet when the time came. Little did I know working with Paige would change my life forever and there would be no next diet.

Paige is one of the most kind and compassionate people I have ever met. She has taught me how to listen to myself and trust myself in a way that I never imagined. I went from being afraid to go out and socialize with friends because I would break my diet, to enjoying going out regularly and finally getting my life back!

After my first 6 months with Paige not only did I learn how to eat intuitively, but I learned how to handle it when I don’t. I used to feel so much guilt around food and “cheating on my diet” but diets no longer have that power over me and I was able to free myself of all my crazy rules.

Paige’s style of coaching is what amazes me the most. When I am talking to her and trying to work through something she asks the perfect questions so I can figure out how to solve it on my own. My coaching has now gone way beyond intuitive eating and I honestly do not know where I would be without her.

If you are questioning working with Paige, don’t. I wish I started sooner and am so grateful for everything she has taught me so far. I look forward to each session with Paige and even though I have a lot to learn I have seen such a huge change in myself already and love the person I have become.
- Margot C.

“I haven’t binge eaten in so long, I get ready every day and remind myself I’m worth it.”

"I remember stumbling on Paige's blog and soon after starting health coaching with her. I debated back and forth if I really wanted to open up to a stranger about my extreme struggles with food and my body. When I first contacted Paige I was at my lowest time ever, I was binge eating and letting the scale control my life which led to me being overall unhappy with myself. I literally thought I would never be able to love myself or have a healthy relationship with food.

Now, a year and a half after working with Paige things have changed so much. There is no exaggeration in the fact that Paige has changed my life. I haven't binge eaten in so long, every day I get ready and remind myself I'm worth it. I am worth not letting the number on the scale control my life, or the amount of calories I consume mark my value.

With Paige's help, I not only changed my food habits, but I literally grew and expanded in other areas of my life as well. My time working with Paige is up, and she has left me confident in my abilities to be my own coach!

PS: Paige thank you so much for literally changing my life. You are absolutely amazing!"
- Angie M.

“Paige has helped me to be calm and free in all areas of my life. I have never felt more full and satisfied.”

"Six-months ago, I was about to graduate from college. I was about to take the next step in my life and yet food held such a power over me. I was worried about calories and which foods were considered 'bad' and 'unhealthy.' I would have a few 'good' days, but would eventually turn to bingeing to get in all the foods that I thought I was missing throughout the day. I would then obsess about what to eat and how long to exercise the next day to make up for this 'bad' behavior.

My six-month program with Paige completely changed my relationship with food. I learned how to eat nourishing foods and listen to my hunger signals. I have never felt more light and free around food!

We also focused on eating without distractions and letting go of guilt. The program isn’t just about food and losing weight, it’s about learning to feel good in your body. Paige has helped me to be 'calm and free' in all areas of my life. I now focus on primary food for nourishment and have never felt more full and satisfied.

Paige is a wealth of knowledge and support for all of her girls and I can honestly say that working with her is one of the best decisions that I have ever made.

For those of you who have ever felt the tiniest bit of anxiety around food or those that turned to bingeing or calorie counting, I highly recommend working with Paige. She will help you let go of the power that food holds over you and ultimately change your life. At the end of the program, you will no longer be worried about what you are having for lunch tomorrow. Instead, you will have so much more time to do the things that matter to you and bring you joy.

So go ahead and sign up for a Discovery Session with Paige and let her help you change your life like she did mine."

“The bandwidth that has opened up in my brain after offloading these [negative] beliefs has been one of the most freeing experiences of my life.”

Within each if us there is a body of information (some we recognize and some that we don't) that we believe about ourselves and that in large part determines the choices we make.

When a friend recommended Paige, I was at a point where many of those beliefs were submerged in my subconscious (which resembled a cockroach den) keeping me dark and stuck more than an enlightened space leading me to a bright future.

Before you read the following and maybe think I must be a complete disaster of a person, you probably would have a hard time seeing me as any different than any other (mostly) high-functioning adult, even as a close friend. This dark dungeon of beliefs was almost completely unknown to me before I talked to Paige and while I was stuck in so many ways, I was like most women you and I know.

A few false beliefs (among many) that I found in our time together:

1. I DO NOT have permission to eat unless I am eating "right" (right being highly subjective and determined by arbitrary rules laid out by the diet I had determined was the best at the moment). Therefore, most eating outside of said diet (90% of the year) must be filled with guilt and shame.

2. If I don't eat everything in front of me, it will be wasted. Also, major FOMO must kick in when walking away from delicious food, even if I am full to the gills. Paige taught me wasted food is when we buy, make and serve more than our bodies need, not when we throw it away because we it will be too soggy as leftovers and we can't bear to eat another bite! Also, isn't poor health because of overeating also a waste? Go into any hospital today and see the chronic problems stemming from overeating in America and then you'll begin to get an idea of true waste. If you get an accurate idea of what your body wants/needs and honor that, then you begin to address the root problem of food waste AND wasted health from chronic overeating.)

3. My body is an enemy and can't be trusted. It's a foe I've been fighting since I was a little girl. "Have to do step aerobics in my basement alone and unprompted as a 9 year old kid" kind of enemy. And unless I keep a steel cage on my body's appetite at least 6-8 weeks a year in my annual 15-20 lb. weight loss diet binge, my body will steer me into a food-induced stoned life. Also, I will forever remain unworthy and unlovable.

This was just to name a few.

Being able to wake up in the morning without the cascade of dread and self-loathing has been beyond price. Paige will help you challenge even your most destructive and dark beliefs regarding food and your body, and she will help you see the senselessness of their waste.

The bandwidth that has opened up in my brain after offloading these beliefs has been one of the most freeing experiences of my life. I can think clearer and better than I can ever remember.

And for those afraid that letting go of dieting will land you in an unhealthy and disgusting body? It turns out my body can be trusted! It turns out the signals it gives me, when honored, keeps me at a great weight. And it also likes a brisk walk and bike ride daily! Who knew?

Paige is worth it. She can't and won't solve all your problems, but she'll shine a light in that cockroach den that will help you unbury your potential and get you unstuck.

Direction, self-compassion and peace around food (and subsequently in all areas of your life) will begin to surface.
- Kendra K.

“Now I let my body eat whatever she wants and I kindly ask myself what exercise I feel like that day. I never thought I’d get to this point so quickly but with Paige’s guidance, it has been so much easier than I expected.”

"I had been following Paige’s blog for a few years, and I always loved her style of writing and how honest and compassionate she seemed. After losing some weight before my wedding, I became quite obsessive about ‘health’. But what health really meant to me was new diet programs, guilt tripping myself about not going to the gym and reading copious blogs and articles about how to have the perfect body. It was taking up way too much of my headspace, so I turned to Paige.

Speaking with Paige was just like reading her blog, only better! She is so kind, insightful and gentle - I never feel judged and I always leave our calls feeling completely energised and understood. Within only a couple of weeks, my obsession with my body was fading. Paige helped me see how harsh I had been on myself and how chasing this perfect body was only setting me up for failure.

Now, I let my body eat whatever she wants and I kindly ask myself what exercise I feel like that day. I never thought I’d get to this point so quickly but with Paige’s guidance, it has been so much easier than I expected. We’ve now moved onto working on other areas of health in my life, be it relationships, money or gratitude. I’ve just signed up for another 6 months with Paige and I can’t wait to keep working on new goals, while ingraining the intuitive eating and exercise habits I’ve developed. I promise, you won’t regret working with Paige."
- Georgie B.

“I not only totally revolutionized my approach to food, but my approach to my work, my productivity, my finances, my relationships, my home, my happiness, my mornings, my body, and my life.”

This has been such an incredible period of growth for me — both personally and professionally. On the professional level, I went from building my own highly successful and satisfying company, to accepting a crazy exciting position across the country! Looking back, it’s amazing that I was concerned about affording the monthly health coaching payments at first, when what followed was my busiest and most lucrative time as a small business owner. It really goes to show what you said about investing in your self more than paying for itself, and I am so grateful I made the decision to make my health my highest priority as a busy working woman. I never dreamed that the dividends of health coaching would extend beyond the personal and into the professional realm in such a big way!

My personal growth has been even more amazing. As you know, these nine months were full of so many ups and downs for me. You helped me through the loss of first my father-in-law, and then my beloved dad. Without your guidance, I know I would have spiraled into a dark place of completely neglecting self-care while I grieved. This is what happened to me seven years ago when my mom, my best friend, died. I lived on ice cream and ramen noodles for months and it only deepened my sadness unspeakably. But you showed me how to be gentle and loving with myself while I faced my emotions and truly FELT them, rather than seeking comfort in food. I will forever be grateful that I had your voice in my life, gently reminding me to be good to myself during such a difficult time. Everywhere I look in my life today, I see evidence of how just far I came through our coaching.

I went from weighing myself every single day and being absolutely crushed if the scale wavered even a fraction of an ounce in the “wrong” direction, to only stepping on it sporadically every month or two. I know you recommend not weighing at all, and I’m still working toward that, but I feel really good about the fact I can go so long without even thinking about the scale now, and that it holds no power over me when I do weigh in. I know I have a history of using this as a means of denial and ignoring my body, which is the opposite of what I want! Instead, through my coaching with you, I learned to let the number on the scale be just that: a number. It no longer defines me and it has zero control over my self worth and happiness. If it’s gone up a little bit, I take it with a shrug and look back over how I’ve treated myself lately. Sometimes I know it’s from something as meaningless as having soy sauce the night before, and other times I know it’s because I haven’t been listening to my body. Either way, I take it as a little piece of information that I can use as a tool to treat myself the very best I possibly can.

That said, I did hop on the scale last week and realized I’ve lost ten pounds since working with you. Those ten pounds mean more to me than all of the many, many pounds I gained and lost and gained and lost through every yo-yo diet. Those are ten pounds that I lost effortlessly, patiently, by simply being good to my own body. I don’t have to fear that those pounds will creep back on now that our coaching is over, the way I would have immediately regained them after a diet.

I was trying to think of the best way to summarize how my relationship with food has changed, and I realized coffee is actually a great example. I used to think the ONLY way I enjoyed coffee was with a ton of half and half in it, or better yet those chemically flavored creamers you can get. I would take my biggest mug, fill it with coffee (leaving as much space as I dared), add tons of cream (to the point the coffee was just lukewarm), and then CHUG the whole thing down. My husband would even watch me do this and gently say, “Hey, you don’t have to drink it so fast!”

Back then, I would constantly go on some new diet where I wasn’t allowed coffee any way but black, and I would hate it. Then I would fall off the wagon and way overdo the cream in my coffee again until my next diet. I actually thought at the time I just liked to drink my coffee fast because that’s how I was, but now I realize that the reason I did this was because I was constantly taking cream away from myself, and I was probably scared that I’d start a new diet mid-sip!

But over the course of the last nine months, without even realizing it, that all changed. I gave myself full permission to enjoy real, organic cream in my coffee, as much as I wanted. And I think for the first few months I did that. But a little while ago, my husband pointed out one day, “Hey! You don’t chug your coffee anymore!” And I realized he was right — now I choose the smallest mug because it stays hotter that way, put just enough milk or cream in it that it turns a pretty color but is still piping hot, and savor it.

I also went from using chemical-filled creamers, to organic half and half, to whole milk, to 2% milk or soy milk. Not because I was trying to cut the calories or wean myself off the fat, but because I slowly realized the taste of full cream in coffee is too rich for me most times, and milk is actually a lot lighter and more enjoyable for me now. No amount of dieting could have ever brought me to a point where I genuinely savor and enjoy coffee the way I do now, and though it seems like a little thing, it really means so much.

The truth is your one-on-one program is really “health coaching” in the fullest sense — in the whole life, big picture way that no other program I know of is. I not only totally revolutionized my approach to food, but my approach to my work, my productivity, my finances, my relationships, my home, my happiness, my mornings, my body, and my life. And it all happened in such a steady, sustainable way that I hardly noticed the changes, until a friend points out “Hey, you never body bash yourself anymore!” or asks “HOW are you so glowy? Did you cut out dairy?” and I realize the answer is 100% through my work with you.

I was so worried about our coaching coming to an end…like the magic spell that has allowed me to work through all of this might suddenly wear off. Or like I might just go right back to where I was. Instead, it has been a perfect transition. Like a gentle landing after a long flight, where you barely notice the wheels touch the ground.

“With Paige’s help, I feel balanced in a way I never have before, both in terms of my everyday habits, as well as my emotional and mental wellbeing.”

With Paige's help, I feel balanced in a way I never have before, both in terms of my everyday habits, as well as my emotional and mental wellbeing. This was my first experience with health coaching, but I feel like I got so much more than just that with her.

The best thing about Paige is that she always recognizes that not every solution works for every person - there is no one-size-fits-all-solution. She asks intuitive questions to help you get to where you need to go, guiding and offering unconditional understanding along the way. I never felt judged by her, which allowed me to open up quickly and easily. It was like talking to a sympathetic friend who was there only to support.

I looked forward to our calls every week, then the recaps she sent afterwards. I felt like I had so much permission to explore what worked for me, to change my mind when my assumptions didn't work out, and to keep evolving my expectations for myself. I've grown a lot in the six months I spent with her, and I know this is due to her generosity of spirit and her boundless wisdom.

I definitely recommend Paige to any person who struggles with finding her own balance, whether that is in a specific area of life, or more holistically. After this time spent in Paige's program, I truly feel like I have the skills to move forward in a healthy and sustainable way. And that is really priceless! If you can come into this experience with an open heart, I know Paige will help you find your way too.

“I learned how to overcome my urge to binge and don’t remember the last time I binged.”

"When I began working with Paige, I was at a completely different spot than where I am right now. I will never forget the courage it took to send that first email to her or talk to her on the phone for the first time. My struggles and frustrations with food and fitness had always been something I dealt with on my own, so it was natural to have a little fear when I decided to work with Paige. Once I had my first phone conversation with Paige, I knew that I had to say “yes” and work with her because she was so understanding and so willing to meet me exactly where I was at.

Over the last six months, I have learned a lot with Paige. I learned how to overcome my urge to binge and don’t remember the last time I binged. Paige helped me realize that I often looked to food for comfort and she helped me find other ways to find comfort in my life. I began to journal and solve problems in my life through journaling. I became in tune with my “inner self” and started listening to the natural intuitive hints my body gives me on a daily basis. This means I can tell what food or exercise my body is craving and I can respond accordingly. Before working with Paige, I was in a yo-yo lifestyle where I would have a “good” day or two, and then a “bad” day. Throughout these last six months I have learned how to let go of that black and white thinking and let go of guilt surrounding food choices that I make. I learned how various aspects of my life, like my friends, family, work, or school, can bring me wayyyy more satisfying joy than food can bring me. So, I learned how to put those things first and let food become a secondary part of my life.

I could not have done any of this without Paige’s support. There were some days that when I was getting ready to call Paige, I thought to myself, “I have no idea what we’re going to talk about...I feel so unfocused”, but Paige helped me talk through my feelings and figure out where we could focus our next set of goals. She always knew the questions to ask to help me realize truths in my life about food and the lifestyle I want. Paige lives her life intuitively and it is insanely inspirational to talk to a woman who is so in tune with herself and can help you find that intuition in your life as well.

Paige is extremely joyful and encouraging, which helped me work harder towards my goals because she helped me see the importance of each and every step I took in the last sixth months. I cannot believe how much I have learned over these last six months and I am so appreciative of Paige for walking with me through this journey because without her I would not have been able to do any of it!"

“I discovered that when I slowed down and listened to my body, it was telling me to just remember the simple things – eat well, move my body, and take time to rest.”

I had just moved a thousand miles away from home to a new state, begun living with my boyfriend, started a new job, and was trying to prove myself as an adult after graduating college. During that time my life felt so off-balance—all I was trying to do was get through each day, craving the day when I would finally feel settled and in control.

Day-to-day I was making trips to fast food restaurants because I felt like I was a terrible cook and I never got any enjoyment out of the food I made or ate. I noticed myself gaining weight, avoiding the gym, and spending each afternoon camped out in front of the tv. I thought the only way to reverse those bad habits was to try all kinds of diets and eBooks and workout plans. I would try one, give up about a week into it, and search for another plan that promised the same results with seemingly less work.

Finally thinking that enough was enough, I reached out to Paige. Over the course of our time together, I discovered that when I slowed down and listened to my body, it was telling me to just remember the simple things - eat well, move my body, and take time to rest. I began to make little changes that totally helped me feel in control. I tried one to two new recipes per week and found that cooking wasn’t so bad after all! I established a routine of grocery shopping at the same store every Sunday and found that it was no longer a dreadful burden! I even started going to the gym because I felt like moving my body (not because I felt I HAD TO) and it totally took the stress and pressure off of working out!

Thinking about my time working with Paige immediately puts a smile on my face. There were definitely a few times before our phone calls when I had a laundry list of negativity, of things that just weren’t going well for me. But every time she asked the question, “So, what’s been going well for you?” I immediately forgot all of the negativity and realized that focusing on the positive was so much more meaningful. Paige has the greatest little sayings and words of advice that I now have on post-it notes taped up all over my house. I don’t think anyone should even think twice about working with Paige. Her advice, her support, her listening ear, and her caring heart can’t be found anywhere else! Thank you, Paige, for everything!

“I have never NOT been obsessed with food, I didn’t know what it was like to not think about food constantly and be questioning everything.

"Working with Paige was such a great time in my journey. I was moving and starting a new path and started my program with her right after that. It was so amazing being able to have someone to talk through all the things I had going on in my head.

I have never NOT been obsessed with food, I didn't know what it was like to not think about food constantly and be questioning everything. The thing I love about Paige is that she doesn't tell you what to do but rather helps you question things into figuring them out for yourself to find what's right for you.

Paige challenges you in the best way and even when you think you're done with coaching, her lessons will continue to influence you. I have had so many "a-ha" moments since finishing the six-month program and I contribute that to the things I learned with Paige. She is an amazing human and I was lucky to get to know her over our time together. In our time together, Paige was always positive and present. She always supports her girls no matter what. I love that I can still keep up with her on social media and I feel like I've made a true connection with her."

“The scale has lost its power over me, and I have never felt more confident and truly happy with who I am. I honestly never thought I would be this happy and carefree – and free of the scale!”

I am so thankful to Paige for everything. What I wrote up truly does not encompass all that she has given and taught me. I cannot express the gratitude I have - my life has changed in every aspect. So, with much appreciation here's what I'd like to share: Working one on one with Paige as my coach has been an amazing experience! I remember on our first call I felt so lost and like I would never be able to get out of the overeating and restricting cycle I was so stuck in. In the beginning of this journey, the scale defined me and who I was - I felt like I would never be able to get rid of it.

As soon as I got started in my coaching sessions with Paige all of my anxiety and fear slowly began to fade away. With Paige's thoughtful and kind guidance, and a listening ear to all of my doubts and fears, I begin to slowly make progress with mindful and intuitive eating. The scale has lost its power over me, and I have never felt more confident and truly happy with who I am. I honestly never thought I would be this happy and carefree - and free of the scale! Paige, you had confidence in me from the very start, even when I doubted myself your reassurance and weekly goals helped me forge my path on this new life :). I couldn't be more thankful!
- Perry J.

“I have made so much progress, and feel so incredibly grateful for this part of my journey that I got to spend with Paige.”

I didn’t know how much my food issues DIDN’T have to do with food, until I started working with Paige. When I first found Paige, I felt like I was in a perpetual state of “there has to be more to life than this”. This being, consumed by stress and anxiety, negative thoughts and beliefs, turning to food for comfort to fill the voids in my life, not taking care of myself, and so on. I felt lost, overwhelmed, and insecure. If I’m being honest, I must admit that there was a part of me that was worried about working with Paige, in fear that maybe I was too “broken”, and she wouldn’t be able to help me. Holy cow was I ever wrong.

Through working with Paige, I feel as though I’ve found my appreciation for myself, life, and the little things again. I’m in a much better place now than I was six-months ago. My life isn’t consumed by food and negative thoughts about myself anymore, and I’ve learned to have grace for myself during the tougher days. But, even when I have days where I’m struggling, I’m prepared to work with myself and guide myself using the tools that Paige has armed me with – that in itself is a huge blessing.

Not only did Paige help me to heal my relationship with food, she helped me to heal, or begin to heal, so many other areas of my life. My relationship with my body, my anxiety (this was HUGE for me), my thoughts and beliefs, my habits, relationships, my confidence, my mindset, my coping mechanisms… You name it, Paige has helped me to work through and begin the healing process in nearly every area of my life. I have made so much progress, and feel so incredibly grateful for this part of my journey that I got to spend with Paige. With her help, I’ve been able to embrace and begin to heal myself, and my life. Paige helped me to find joy, peace, confidence and hope again, and that alone is priceless.

Although I’ve admired Paige for years and have been an avid reader of her blog, I wasn’t sure what to expect in a one-on-one setting with her. I knew that she would be professional, focused, and kind, but I didn’t necessarily expect to build a relationship (friendship!) with her. Every session with Paige was like chatting with a supportive bestie, and I cherish the relationship that we cultivated through our sessions, and through her support outside of the sessions. Paige has a way of making you feel comfortable, heard, cared for, safe, validated, and cherished, no matter what it is that she’s helping you work through. When I think of the relationship that I was fortunate to build with Paige, the first word that comes to mind is CHERISH, the second is GRATEFUL. Because I cherish Paige, everything she has helped me with, and the time we have shared. I believe that everything happens for a reason, and I couldn’t be more grateful for Paige, and how she came into my life when I needed her most.

Honestly, I would recommend Paige’s coaching program to anyone and everyone. While I could list out all the different ways that Paige can help you, the list wouldn’t end, because I truly believe that she can be a support for you no matter what your struggles are. Paige’s guidance is invaluable, and you owe it to yourself to give yourself the gift of working with her.

“I am happy with myself. I am happy with my relationships. I am happy with my body. I am happy with my priorities. I am happy. I have learned so much from Paige and would recommend her to every. single. person…”

"'I am too nervous. I just won't call. It won't be worth it. I am fine with how things are.' This was my mindset prior to my first initial call with Paige. After speaking with Paige, I realized that by having the support, kindness, compassion, understanding, and willingness to work through why I've been doing things a certain way, my life could truly change by adjusting how I think.

I began this program uncomfortable, disorganized, guilty, and depressed with my relationship with food, my boyfriend, family, and exercise. I thought of exercise as a necessary evil. I viewed my relationship as a place of resentment and guilt. I was never truly happy at the end of the day with my choices on food and exercise.

As soon as I started with Paige in her six-month Program, I realized that I could make huge strides and progress by allowing myself to make daily, weekly, and monthly goals. I learned to appreciate myself more. I learned to put myself and my needs first because *if I am unhappy, I am not able to be my best self for the people around me.*

I learned that communication is easier than I made it out to be. I found comfort in knowing that the pressure to eat right is unnecessary. I found ways to organized my life by simply creating a new routine that fits my hectic schedule. I created a plan on how to grocery shop and found joy in discovering what foods I could make each week.

I am so unbelievably grateful for Paige and for how far I've come during these past six-months. I have discovered a part of myself that I was previously completely unaware of and have feel emotional thinking about the amount of growth I've experienced. I am happy with myself. I am happy with my relationships. I am happy with my body. I am happy with the way I organize. I am happy with my priorities. I am happy. I have learned so much from Paige and I would recommend her six-month Program to every single person because she is absolutely amazing!"

“I no longer fear ‘bad foods’. I listen to and honor my body, understanding when and how much to feed her. I have embraced my body as it is, and love the woman I am today.”

I have spent the last 45 of my 59 years of life struggling with body image, following one diet craze after another - you name it, I've tried it. My goal was always to lose the desired weight, get down to that dress size that I thought I should be, and without fail, get right back to where I started. With each new diet I would start having the mindset of "this time will be different." I would deprive myself of all the foods I deemed "bad" and would tell myself I'd eat responsibly after the weight is off. It was exhausting. I was done.

I finally came to the realization that my relationship with food had reached an all time unhealthy low. My life was controlled by it. Fortunately, my daughter had been reading up about intuitive eating on Paige's blog and shared it with me. I made the call to Paige and after one phone conversation, I knew she would be able to help me as long as I was willing to face and walk through my fears together with her.

I can not express enough my gratitude to Paige. I put my COMPLETE trust in her and the process (which was scary I won't lie) and my life has been transformed. Today I no longer fear "bad foods" vs. "good foods." I listen to and honor my body, understanding when and how much to feed her. I have embraced my body as it is, and love the woman I am today. This freedom from food bondage has empowered all aspect of my life not just body image. What a true blessing Paige has been. Her knowledge as well as her own life experience on the topic make her the ideal coach and I recommend her to anyone struggling with body image or food disorders.

“Food is not the enemy, my worth is not determined by my size, and healthy is still achievable without being a slave to calorie counting.”

Before I found Paige, my life was a cycle of of different diets, an obsession with exercising (to burn as many calories as I could), and a lot of guilt and shame around food. I was canceling plans with friends over fear of the food that may be involved, I was spending my days agonizing over what to eat, and still being completely unsatisfied with how I looked.

Looking back, I can't believe how much can change in six-months. Paige has shown me that my life is so much more than the calories I eat in a day or the size of my clothes. She has helped to see that food is not the enemy, that my worth is not determined by my size, and that healthy is still achievable without being a slave to calorie counting.

Paige is so supportive, honest, and provides actionable steps to not only set you free from food fear, but create a life you truly want to live. The best part is, Paige has taught me to love and honor my body, mind and spirit in a way that I know is a permanent way of life. The energy I spent obsessing and researching for a new diet or program is finally being spend having fun, building relationships, and living a life that I am proud to live.

I recommend Paige's coaching to any girl who wants to finally be satisfied with her body and let go of shame around food. Your focus and energy can be used for so much more.

“This is about so much more than just food – it’s about embracing who I really am, finding my joy, and being the best I can be.”

I reached out to Paige halfway through my pregnancy with my lovely daughter Isabel. The prospect of becoming a mum made me want to make peace with some underlying food and body image issues that had lingered after a battle with anorexia in my late teens. I want to be the mum that enjoys food with her family; who doesn’t eat differently or shy away from ‘unsafe’ foods. I want to be the mum that has confidence in herself that both includes and surpasses her physical body. I want to be the mum that embodies self love and positivity. I needed Paige’s help.

Paige has seen me through the birth of my first child - how cool is that? She was there every step of the way to challenge and support me. Her calls and conversations are a place where I feel safe to be vulnerable and be myself and ask for help. Her support has enabled me to reach out to my husband, my friends, and my support network as I entered motherhood. Spending less time obsessing about food helps me be present with my daughter - a true gift.

I know that I have a long way to go, but working with Paige has helped me own where I’m at, be honest with myself, and commit to putting in the work to restore an intuitive relationship with food. Her simultaneous professionalism, knowledge, personal experience, compassion, kindness, and humor are a unique mix, and I would recommend her coaching program to anyone who wants to enact positive change around food in their lives.

For me, this is so much more about food - it’s about embracing who I really am, finding my joy, and being the best I can be. Paige is helping me do that which is a powerful thing. I truly can’t recommend her services enough - I only wish I’d reached out sooner.

“I feel at peace and at ease with food.”

“When I came to Paige, I was preoccupied with food and frequently overeating. By the end of our 6 months, I felt at peace and at ease with food. Paige helped me figure out what my barriers were to taking better care of myself and having a positive relationship with food. I can now enjoy delicious meals with no fear of overeating or gaining weight. I no longer struggle with overeating in the afternoon and evenings — in fact, it’s not something I even think about. My weight stabilized and is slowly declining, and more importantly, food almost feels easy now. I highly recommend Paige for anyone struggling with food or looking to begin their intuitive eating journey.

I really enjoyed working with Paige. I began to look forward to our meetings like I was talking with an old friend. Paige is warm and understanding and gentle. I felt like I could tell her anything and she’d never judge me. Paige offered a listening ear unlike I’ve ever experienced. Paige listened attentively and patiently and asked insightful questions to help guide me. She spoke from a place of love and peace, and helped me to feel at ease.

At times my work with Paige extended beyond my relationship with food. She helped me identify and make simple changes in my life that had a big impact on how smoothly my days go and that help reduce stress. I’ve often thought how lucky Paige’s family and friends are to have her kind, loving, and open influence in their lives.”

“I never thought I would live another day without counting all the calories in everything I ate and feeling guilty constantly, but now I can say for the first time in years I feel normal.”

"I just finished six months of Health Coaching with Paige and I cannot even put into words how much she has changed my life! I have to admit I was a little skeptical when I decided to reach out to her, but I was in such a dark place, I felt hopeless and I knew I needed to find a way to change so I could live a normal life. I had tried every other method or diet to get rid of my obsession with food and weight.

For about 2 years I was having frequent binging episodes that left me feeling guilty, worthless and like a complete failure. I tried to diet helplessly every week but always ending up heavier and heavier, constantly stuck in a cycle of bingeing and starving. I would vow to start over tomorrow and track every calorie and do an hour of cardio every night this week to work off the large pizza, bag of popcorn, 3 bagels, pint of ice cream and 10 cookies I had eaten. (And yes, that is an accurate example of what I would consume in ONE sitting!) I would eat until my stomach was about to burst and then I would cry myself to sleep.

I became depressed and disconnected with everyone in my life including myself. I didn't take the time to do things I enjoyed anymore because I was too embarrassed about all the weight I had gained and didn't want people to see that I had gotten "fat." Going out to dinner with friends and family over gave me anxiety wondering what could I eat that wouldn't make me fat or trigger me to binge out like crazy for the whole next week.

Working with Paige I finally felt like someone understood me, I wasn't crazy to feel this way or experience these struggles! Seeing I wasn't alone was the first step in learning to be kind to myself instead of punishing myself with negative self talk. I never thought I would live another day without counting all the calories in everything I ate and feeling guilty constantly, but now I can say for the first time in years I feel "normal." I can eat whatever I want and feel satisfied and have slowing been finding a comfortable body weight. Food is just food, not labeled good or bad, nothing is off-limits, and I have control over my own thoughts and actions instead of allowing food to have a power over me.

Although I have lost about 20lbs since I began with Paige, It's not all about how much I weigh anymore, I am not my "goal weight" that I obsessed over for years, but I am feeling confident and happy with myself and my life every day. Of course I still have those bad days or moments when I doubt myself, but now I know how to turn off the negative self talk and find ways to change my outlook on things. I am so blessed and thankful that Paige came into my life and helped me see clearly again and climb my way out of that dark hole I was in."

“Paige truly changed the way that I look at myself… I’m truly the happiest in my day to day life than I’ve ever been.”

"I found out about Paige through one of my good girlfriends, which made the whole health coach process even more fun! It was like joining a secret girls club for being the best version of yourself!

Since working with Paige, I have more self esteem and confidence, and gave a lot more attention to taking care of myself. Before working with Paige, I didn't understand what it meant to take care of myself - the first time she asked me that question, I didn't have anything to say... Now, my favorite time of the day to myself is the morning!! I find myself getting excited about going to bed early, because it means I will be able to wake up earlier... Coming from someone who used to flash get ready for work in 25 minutes, I now enjoy over a full hour - I grind my coffee, make a french press with my homemade almond milk, read my morning book, make my bed, straighten my room and then handle any little to-dos around the house - all before starting for work. My work outfits are more thoughtful and my self presence is more manicured - not to mention how much clearer my headspace is when I get to work. Now, I know I take care of myself, and I do it in a way that makes every one of my days enjoyable from the beginning.

Since working with Paige, I got a promotion and substantial raise at work, have found that my masters class work is actually my sacred space, and give my mornings to myself. Paige truly changed the way that I look at myself and every day in the most meaningful and genuine way - it was more than I ever imagined. I'm truly the happiest in my day to day life than I've ever been. It's amazing to think that talking to someone on the phone and emailing can change a person that much... But it truly can!"

“I was able to get back in touch with so many things in life that I love…”

"Working with Paige has been a life-changing experience. Her genuine concern and desire to help her clients is admirable. I never felt uncomfortable sharing my vulnerabilities and struggles in our sessions. It was as if I was discussing my issues with a life-long friend. I feel honored that she took the time to get to know me and help me through some of my major issues.

When I first started Paige's six-month program I felt pretty out of control with food, was eating emotionally, and felt unsure of how to listen to my body. All I knew in the past was dieting, and for the first time I wanted to learn to honor my own hunger and cravings. I wanted to feel peace in my relationship with food. In fact, on the first worksheet I ever filled out for Paige I wrote and colored in the word "PEACE" in big bold letters. This feeling of peace was so important to me.

Throughout the six-month program I was able to get back in touch with so many things in life that I love: gardening, spending time with God, journaling, talking with my husband at the dinner table, and reading. I also was able to give up emotional eating, as I learned to experience and feel my emotions directly. Turns out, it's not so bad to just feel your real feelings! I also learned how to express my feelings when I was in need of being listened to.

Ultimately, Paige helped me become a better version of myself. I would recommend Paige to anyone who wants an unbiased person to work through their struggles with. You definitely don't have to go through this on your own!"

“I am the happiest and most balanced I have ever been. My life is finally feeling exactly how I wanted it to, I have never felt this good in my body!”

"Before I started working with Paige, I was the girl that would do anything to stay thin and "healthy". I tried it all from crossfit to paleo, running every single day, gluten free diets, sugar free diets, and the list goes on and on. Nothing seemed to stick though, I would get really into something for about a few weeks and then get burned out and go to the complete extreme opposite of whatever new trendy diet I was on at the time. I had never felt more out of balance and out of control and just down right frustrated. I was done trying things and just wanted to live my life without the pressure of a new diet.

With that being said, I was a reader of Paige's blog for over a year before I finally reached out to her. My only hesitation was that I was worried by doing health coaching I was trying yet another diet trend, or another thing to try and stay healthy and thin. But health coaching is the COMPLETE opposite of everything I was previous doing. After six months with Paige I am the happiest and most balanced I have ever been. My life is finally feeling exactly how I wanted it to, I have never felt this good in my body! Paige taught me how to be so kind to myself, which completly shifts the way I do things. I exericse now not to burn calories but instead because it feels good to move, I eat food that are fresh and full of flavor becuase they make me feel good. Approaching everything in my life from a place of kindness and not guilt is the most amazing thing that Paige has taught me. I am so incredibily grateful for her and all that she has done for me!"

“I have not had a binge for over three months, and in fact, have lost nearly 15 pounds while working with Paige.”

"About six months ago, I began working with Paige. When you start working with Paige, you write down a number of “food” and “non-food” related goals. As I filled out the sheet, which asked for your goals after certain time intervals, including after the full six months, my main goal was to not have experienced a binge for at least three months at some point. At the time, I was experiencing a lot of emotional and uncontrollable feelings around food, including bingeing, on an almost weekly basis. I remember slightly chuckling at that goal; I have experienced the stress and insecurity of dieting, bingeing and emotional eating for over thirty years-- there was no way this would change after 6 months!

I am thrilled to say that I have absolutely met my goal. I have not had a binge for over three months, and in fact, have lost nearly 15 pounds while working with Paige. Ironically enough, most of my conversations with Paige have centered on aspects of my life completely unrelated (or so I initially thought!) to food. We talked about my recent career change (I left a very exhausting and stressful corporate job and had started my own business). We talked about my guilt around taking breaks and “turning off” at the end of the night. And then sometimes we talked about food, especially my irrational fear of nachos, burgers and pasta. What I have realized over the past six months was that my obsession with dieting and food stemmed from much deeper issues—my inability to truly relax, my fear around letting go, and mostly my unwillingness to take care of myself when I was exhausted and needed it the most.

I have signed on to continue for another six-month session with Paige, first, because I hope to continue my own personal growth, but second, because my talks with Paige are a reset for me during a stressful week. I look forward to that time and leave our conversations feeling relaxed and refreshed and ready to hit the rest of the day.

I recommend Paige ten times over! You will not be disappointed!"

“I have come to peace with myself and my body. I have learned to listen to her and know what to do to serve her in any moment. I feel confident, knowing that I love myself and want the best for my body.”

"I found Paige through one of her YouTube videos, and something clicked right away. I felt drawn to her energy immediately and wanted to know more about her. When I found her blog and six-month Total Transformation Program I thought to myself: “This is it! This is what I have been searching for!”

Throughout these past six-months, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Paige in her Total Transformation Program. I have done my fair share of programs before. Prior to working with Paige, I tried every program/diet I could get my hands on. I remember going on my first diet, which required me to drink liquids all day long, when I was between 12-13 years old. I even still have a diary from being seven years old where I wrote about needing to do a certain number of sit-ups each day. Even at this early age, I felt disgusted with myself and felt badly when I’d eat something “wrong.”

Since this time, I really struggled. I worked on myself for 15 years and never gotten where I wanted to. I am now 22 years old, and am the most satisfied and at peace with myself than I ever have been.

Seeing as I’ve tried every diet/program out there, before my consultation I was so worried that this coaching program would be just like everything else. And even so, something in me told me I NEEDED to reach out. After mine and Paige’s first call I was certain that I had made the best decision I could’ve made for myself. It was a challenging six-months of transformation, and it was all worth it.

A few months ago, I randomly realized that I had lost the desire to go on other diet programs. One of the hardest things for me to let go of was jumping on these programs where I was told I would lose weight. They seem so promising from the outside… Today I can say with confidence that I will not go on another diet program. Coming from me, this is amazing!

I never thought I would be able to be at peace with my body as it is. I’ve always wanted to change my body, and have always been mean to myself. Looking back at how I used to think of myself makes me cry because I now know that I did not deserve it, at all!

I have learned so much in my time with Paige… Not just about ditching diets and listening to my body, but with balancing EVERYTHING in life: relationships, budgeting, organizing, and so much more. Before, I never though I would come to this place without being at “my dream weight.” For the longest time, I thought I wouldn’t be happy unless I completely changed how I look.

I can also tell you now today that I haven’t had a panic attack about my body in MONTHS. Before working with Paige I would get these attacks weekly, usually while I was getting dressed. The attacks would end with me hyperventilating, crying and laying down choosing not go wherever I was planning to go.

Through this Program, I have come to peace with myself and my body. I have learned to listen to her and know what to do to serve her in any moment. These past six-months have brought me to a place where I can now relax as I move forward in my journey. I feel confident, knowing that I love myself and want the best for my body.

I have learned so much in my time with Paige… Not just about ditching diets and listening to my body, but with EVERYTHING in life: relationships, budgeting, organizing, and so much more. I have also recently discovered spirituality. As we bring our coaching to an end, this is an area that I am so excited to dive deeper into. Connecting with myself on a deeper level has helped me at work, in my relationship with my fiancee, and in my everyday life.

To wrap up, I want to share that when I first started working with Paige I found myself researching how much weight I would lose from eating intuitively. Ha, anyone else think this way?! When I realized what it meant to eat intuitively, I panicked and got scared. I’m sure some of you are feeling the same way. Like, I was going to let myself eat whatever I wanted with no rules and learn to listen to MYSELF? It totally freaked me out. It took me a while to let that fear go, but thankfully, each week it disappeared more and more.

Today, I can proudly share that knowing that I can eat what I am feeling like and not worry about my weight is the greatest thing I could’ve wished for. It’s so freeing!

I am definitely going to miss my sessions with Paige. The gratitude I feel for her Is invaluable and I will be forever thankful for her. Our calls were the highlight of my week, so it will be tough not having them.

My encouragement to whoever is reading this is: If I can get to this point, you can, too. If you relate to what I’ve written, you will never regret making the decision to have Paige as your coach."

“And the biggest of all was learning that it is okay to be comfortable with myself…”

"At almost 33 years old I had to move back to my home town and in with my parents. I ended up gaining more weight and became more uncomfortable with myself, physically and emotionally. I love food. Crackers, pasta etc. and began to use these as my go to emotional eats (causing the extra weight gain). I weighed myself one day and I weighed 142, the highest I have ever weighed in my entire life and not a very comfortable weight for a 5'1 petite girl like me. I love walking and yoga but moving back home to the desert and with my parents I wasn't doing any of it. I was very unhappy and uncomfortable with myself.

I've been following Paige's blog since she started it and knew her from our old church Reality in Ventura, CA. I decided to reach out to her for health coaching. This was a big step because I couldn't really afford it financially. But by the grace of God I was able to make it work.

As Paige and I worked together we figured out what makes me happy and not happy, being conscious with my food, learning to incorporate movement/working out in my life and limited space (this included finding what makes me happy and comfortable during a workout), I learned I like quick but fruitful workouts so that I could enjoy the rest of my evenings to relax. I also learned that what makes me happy is doing things that make me feel more independent since I am living with my parents again. And the biggest of all was learning that it is okay to be comfortable with myself and being comfortable buying adult sized clothing because wearing comfortable clothes feels good, even if they are a little larger.

All in all I have lost about 10 pounds while working with Paige and have learned to be comfortable with where I am weight wise. Learning that it is a continual process of teaching yourself it is okay to be you, however big or small you are and it's okay to enjoy food. Do what makes you feel happy and comfortable."

“My success is my own, but I’ve achieved so much partly because Paige helped me empower myself. She helped me realize that I do have the power to live my best life and more importantly that I deserve it.”

I’ve been following Paige’s blog since early 2011. For years I admired the way she lived so genuinely and motivated me and her other readers to live life healthier and happier. When Paige first became a health coach I wanted to sign up, but I came up with excuses- “I’m in school”, “I can’t afford it”, “I’m not fit enough” (yes, I actually thought I wasn’t “fit” enough to start a health program). In December of 2014 I was contemplating joining Weight Watchers again, but I let myself consider working with Paige as another option. Once I started talking out loud about wanting to work with Paige, I realized that it was something I truly wanted and there was no good reason not to. The real reason I had not signed up with Paige earlier was because I was scared- I was scared of change and I was scared that I didn’t have it in me to make the changes that I wanted. I didn’t think it was possible for me to live the life I wanted. I’m so thankful that I started working with Paige in January, 2015 because I quickly learned that I can live the life I wanted.

I was intimidated by the program, wondering if it was going to be too much to handle, until I had my first talk over the phone with Paige. That’s what it was- a talk. She asked me questions and got to know me, told me about her program, but it didn’t feel like I was being interviewed. It was a conversation that felt natural and gave me so much hope for the future. Let me tell you, Paige is exactly who she appears to be on her blog. Our first time talking I could sense that she genuinely loves what she does, cares about her clients, and believes in all of us whole-heartedly. I’m able to tell her my vulnerabilities, about the habits I want to change, my insecurities- and never once have I felt judged. Before I signed up I thought it would be embarrassing to tell Paige my weight, my poor eating habits, and my lack of exercise. Even though it went against everything I’d been reading about in her blog- I was afraid that my weight would be a problem. Never once has Paige asked about my weight or brought up weight loss. Any time weight comes up, and it rarely does, it’s always been me who has brought it up. Just in our last session I brought up my insecurities about my weight and Paige responded in an incredible way. She listened to my feelings, and then she asked what I could do that would make me feel good. This is one of the many reasons I’m grateful for Paige. Most diets and health plans would focus on me losing weight. That’s not the case with Paige. Our focus is on what I can do that will make me feel happy and healthy. I know these changes will result in weight loss, but it’s not the focus at all. It is such an incredibly freeing mindset and is one of the biggest impacts Paige has had on me.

Going back to when I started with Paige, I was happily surprised at how truly individualized the program is. Paige has never pressed goals on me, and instead asks what makes me feel happy and healthy. She listens, asks what my goals are, and often suggests goals that fit just what I’m looking for. The goals are small but incredibly powerful. I’ve had goals that cover every area of my life. I’ve learned that walks outside feed my need to move & be in the sun; I’ve learned that I find meal planning fun & helps my meals be more satisfying to both my body and my taste buds; I found that making an outline prevented so many feelings of stress when writing papers; I found that appreciating the present helps me enjoy vacations more; I learned that tidying up for 10 minutes before bed makes me feel more prepared for the next work day; the list goes on.

Intuitive eating & living is amazing and has truly helped me live my best life, but it wouldn’t be the same without Paige. Writing about my time in the program, I keep coming back to Paige’s character. She is what makes this program so special. She’s supported me through my last semester of grad school, graduating, suddenly losing a loved one, and finding my dream job. My success is my own, but I’ve achieved so much partly because Paige helped me empower myself. She helped me realize that I do have the power to live my best life and more importantly that I deserve it. When it comes down to it, that’s the most important and powerful thing I could have learned from working with Paige. I’ve chosen to continue working with her for another six months and I can’t wait to see what I accomplish.

“I feel so satisfied from my food that I don’t even think about it after I eat.”

"Before I started working with Paige, I felt hopeless. I had graduated high school going through a disorder, lost friends because of it, and now was beginning college on this same track. I felt like I couldn't eat what I wanted and have a body that I enjoyed. Even at my thinnest, I didn't like how I looked. All of the pushing for a certain weight got me no kind of happiness, even when I unhealthily reached it. I felt so out of control. I felt stressed in my relationship and couldn't love myself enough to worry about loving someone else the right way. I relied on my boyfriend to keep me above water, which only I myself am really capable of doing. I was unable to go out with friends & have fun without worrying that I'd eat badly and therefor feel bad. Therefore, I avoided so many social situations and when I did attend, I never enjoyed them. I always was thinking about the food I was eating or the food I should have been eating. To make up for something I ate, I would work out. I would keep track of the calories I ate and then make sure to burn that amount so I could leave the guilt. However, even after burning those calories, the guilt somehow remained. I was feeling overwhelmed with exercise and out of balance. I couldn't balance school, my social life, AND being happy with myself. Being happy with who I was in itself was way overboard. I couldn't imagine a day where I would look in the mirror and smile at myself. And I am tearing up as I write this because I promise you that today I can do that. As a Type-A person, I seem to feel like I know best for myself (LOL) and I loved being proven wrong. I thought I had done too much damage to ever go back. I thought I was too far into my disordered thoughts and "messed-up" unbalanced life to ever feel happy and normal again.

I've worked with Paige for four six-month programs. This was the best thing I have EVER done and I am so grateful that I made this investment. I wouldn't trade my happiness for the world. I started to get the hang of things after the first six months, but I knew I wanted to grow more. I wanted to see just how far I could truly grow and push myself. Paige talked to me about possibly wanting to continue for another round and I jumped on that opportunity. I really started to know myself without even consciously trying during this program. Things started to become habits and the person I was began to grow into someone I didn't know I had inside me. Now, working through my 3rd six month program I am realizing I am really solidifying this individual who I so longed to be. I am in a healthy relationship finally and Paige gave me the confidence to find myself which led to ending a 5 year serious relationship that I originally thought I would be in forever. This was something that I knew deep down in my heart needed to happen, but so afraid of. Finally getting through it allowed my growth to skyrocket. The importance of the people in your life is something that I have learned so much about.

Now to discuss my body. I now have a body that I feel good about. I now get excited to wear my new clothes or go shopping. Even better is fitting into some of my old favorite clothes that (thank God) I never gave away. I listen to what I want and I eat when I am hungry. I finally learned really what hunger is and how many different signals your body can give. Not all of them mean hunger as I was preciously unaware of. I feel so satisfied from my food that I don't even think about it after I eat. Eating allows me to move on with my day and do things I enjoy with people I love. It allows me to laugh and smile and then a few hours later remember it's time to eat again because my tummy is growling. I was able to leave an extremely stressful job working for a family friend which made it difficult to leave. I gracefully did so and even got a job I like and brings other aspects into my life such as a new work family. It allows me to interact with new people and be in an uplifting environment where I can learn new skills.

One thing I am most grateful for is the example I get to be to my younger sisters. Now that I am my best self, I can show them how to be happy in their own skin. They are growing up in a society that already at the ripe age of 10 talks about how they hate their bodies. I constantly want them to be reminded that you can beautiful at any size and I want those comments to never affect them. Being this example is so fulfilling to me and finding this role in someone's life can make such a difference. My entire family can see my happiness and have even made changes themselves. They probably are shocked that someone who was struggling so hard can come out so strong in that amount of time. But this gave them faith for themselves. This made for a much happier family. With food not being on my mind, I am able to focus on so many other activities that I love to do and work harder at school and work.

For anyone who is struggling in this area, I started Health Coaching because I was so motivated to change. I knew that this life wasn't suppose to be lived by anyone. Life should be free, happy, and joyful. Not to say times won't be tough, but if you're lacking that constant joy I promise it's not too far gone. If I can get it back, trust me you can too. You have nothing to lose and you will grow no matter what. I can't be more grateful for where Health Coaching has taken me and I hope everyone who is reading this also finds their inner happiness and best self."

“…no matter how bad you think your struggle with food is, you are not alone.”

"It was an absolute pleasure to work with Paige. I had never worked with a health coach before so I didn't quite know what to expect, but after our first phone call I immediately knew I had made the right decision. Paige made me feel so comfortable and supported throughout the coaching process.

Paige always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to be successful and confront issues that held me back. She is truly one of the most compassionate people I've met. Dealing with eating issues can be so incredibly challenging, and at times very isolating. One of my biggest "take-aways" from working with her, is that no matter how bad you think your struggle with food is, you are not alone. Her honesty in sharing her past really helped me see that it is possible for people who struggle with eating to have a healthy relationship with food.

If you are someone that needs some support, I would highly recommend you reach out to Paige!"

“I am so much more content! I enjoy going out, I enjoy trying new things, I no longer am a part of the vicious cycle I was on of binging/restricting. Working with Paige was one of the best decisions I have ever made.”

"I use to think I was going to have to count calories for the rest of my life to keep my weight under control. It stressed me out (I was constantly worried about the calorie counts of things - I never wanted to go out to eat), it made me cranky (never, ever filling full or satisfied), annoyed with my body (I ate so "good" yesterday, why is the scale up?), jealous (how can my girlfriend just eat one cookie, and how can my other girlfriend order the pizza for lunch, while I have to eat the salad with dressing on the side?!). I was definitely not the best version of myself and that made me sad. Then I met Paige. My life changed. She taught me to be gentle with myself and starting this process of intuitive eating and not counting calories WOULD work and there are NO mistakes. How awesome was it to hear that?!?! Especially when I constantly thought I was making mistakes with everything I ate and did. I am so much more content! I enjoy going out, I enjoy trying new things, I no longer am a part of the vicious cycle I was on of binging/restricting. Working with Paige was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It was so nice to have someone in "my corner", someone that I could get a hold of anytime, someone who understood what I was going through (when I honestly thought I was the only one). I am finally free and the person I truly believe I was meant to be. I look forward to each day and I can't wait for the future. Everyday gets better and better. From the bottom of my heart Thank You Paige."

“I feel SO much better about myself and my choices since starting this journey and I now have the tools I need to continue.”

"When I first contacted Paige, I was so overwhelmed. I really needed help with my relationship with food and I felt so messed up that I wasn’t even sure if she would work with me! Honestly, it took me quite a while to feel ok with food. Everything in the beginning felt like I was doing what I thought I was supposed to be doing and I was really surprised to find that I had to look into different areas of my life (other than food) for the first time in a long time to help me in the process. Paige helped me so much with this. The process was not quick for me, and honestly, I still am not fully where I wanted to be, even after a year of working with her. Even so, I feel SO much better about myself and my choices since starting this journey and I now have the tools I need to continue. I know now that I will get there.

Paige is such a wonderful person. I don’t know many people that are as non-judgmental and sincere as she is. There was never any harshness, anger or judgment of any kind – only kindness, concern, and such a sense of gentleness and grace. She was always so calm and made you feel the same way after talking with her. I truly believe that she will go far and is such a good example for others. She has such a big heart and I’m so proud to call her a friend!"

“I’ve learned how important it is to take care of myself and listen to my body… even when it’s way easier to ignore it.”

"I had debated whether I should sign up for health coaching for a year before I had my consultation. As soon as I spoke with Paige on the phone I felt comfortable and like she understood and was interested to learn exactly what I needed in order to find balance in my life. I was/am going through a crazy and exciting time in my life full of huge changes and I felt like I was out of control.

I can easily say that after working with her for 6 months I am in a MUCH better place. Things are still crazy, but that's okay! I've learned how important it is to take care of myself and listen to my body...even when it's way easier to ignore it. Paige introduced me to intuitive eating and helped guide me through challenging situations where I was more likely to forget to listen to my body.

After working with Paige, I feel so much more calm and less guilt around food. I have learned ways to avoid the self-destructing "diet" mentality around food. I have a better sleep schedule and get up earlier every morning to set aside "me-time." I feel more comfortable in my skin and my body has found a much more natural weight where I feel good. I have become more regular with my workouts and added a strengthening routine. I learned to budget and take more control of my finances. The list goes on.

I went above and beyond achieving the goals I had set for myself that seemed so daunting when I began the program. I had no idea how much I could achieve in 6 months and I couldn't have done it without Paige's amazing support, understanding, and guidance. THANK YOU PAIGE!!!"
- Anna B.

“I can now set goals and have no doubt that I can make them happen because of all the tools I’ve learned from you. I have recommended Paige to everyone with ears!”

"As you know my dad gifted your services to me. I can honestly say it was THE BEST gift I've ever received! I feel like I have a new found appreciation for my body and what she can do right now in this moment is pretty amazing! I've learned so much from our sessions over the past 6 months from learning how to be a good steward of my time to knowing that it's perfectly okay to take some time for myself. My biggest takeaway has been that things just don't magically come together! You have to plan for it and that goes for everything- finances, workouts, awesome home cooked meals.

Working with you has changed my quality of life in the best way possible. I've learned the importance to being kind to myself and knowing that I should strive for consistency and NOT perfection. I seriously can't thank you enough Paige! I can now set goals and have no doubt that I can make them happen because of all the tools I've learned from you. I've recommended you to everyone with ears and I hope they follow through!"
- Natalya S.

“I really appreciated that Paige was never judgmental, never surprised by what I said, and had always the perfect words to make things right.”

"When I reached out to Paige, I was feelling really low - low in self esteem, but I also didn't feel like working out or eating right. I was expecting Paige to give me super challenging goals such as: cutting out sugar completely, and/or working out 5x/week. Turned out, she didn't. She listened to me and gave me realistic and sensible goals - which I have now met - and provided me with the resources necessary to meet them (the super binder!). She not only focused on helping me be more active and eat better, but also on feeling better in general and improving my self-image. I really appreciated that she was never judgemental, never surprised by what I said, and had always the perfect words to make things right. So, thank you very much Paige :)."
- Anais A.

“During the six months in coaching with Paige I have been able to develop a better relationship with my body and to be more kind to myself.”

"I would first of all like to thank you for being a superb coach during these six months. You have always been there if I have needed some coaching. Our sessions have always gone by so fast because there has been so much to talk about.

During the six months in coaching with you I have been able to develop a better relationship with my body and to be more kind to myself. I have been able to start and keep healthy routines, among others eating more kind foods and working out in a more sustainable way. Having a mindset that is more balanced than the one of a dieters. To keep this mindset and my new body image is a hard work that I will keep working on, but you and I together have laid a good foundation and you have given me great tools to work with. This will make it possible for me to keep it for the rest of my life!

Thank you!"

“Having Paige as my coach has given me faith in all areas of my life because before her, I thought things would never change.”

"When I first started working with Paige, I was so frustrated and lost. I TRULY thought there was no hope in ever living a normal life when it came to eating, food, exercising, and having a social life while balancing the rest. I had a past with an eating disorder and obsessive exercising. I had tried once before with another coach and gained weight in the process. Now I felt hopeless but did not want to give up on myself. I had done a strict weight lifting routine and counted calories which worked until I got sick of it and gained all the weight back. I tried reading every intuitive eating book there was, which gave me a lot of good information but I couldn't succeed at making the changes on my own. Nothing seemed to be pulling me out of this dark time.

Paige is the one who saved me from this depressing feeling and time in my life. She has taught me to be calm and think logically when making decisions about food. She has taught me to not forget about the other important aspects in my life that need attention too like friends, family, and doing things I enjoy. She has taught me not to be so hard on myself and to grow from my experiences. She is always there with great advice and is understanding and is NEVER judgmental. I can talk to her about so many personal things and she is so warm and nurturing about them. She taught me to trust my body! Having Paige as my coach has given me faith in all areas of my life because before her, I thought things would never change. I wanted to love myself and I was done letting food control my life. I wanted to feel confident in wearing my outfits. I didn't want to go out because I felt like I would have to pack my own food. I was afraid of having no control over what I eat and would miss out on social things because of this. I would spend countless hours stressing over how I was ever going to lose weight and feel good in clothes again. All I wanted to wear was sweats and big T-shirts in order to hide my body that I was embarrassed of. Paige guided me through these times and showed me that being healthy can be an exciting and confident-boosting experience rather than a depressing, uphill battle. Paige taught me to be able to hear and feel my hunger again after so many years of pushing it away. She taught me that there are no forbidden foods and that you can eat anywhere and be healthy.

Paige is a generous and amazing woman who I would recommend to anyone who is feeling in a low place about their body image, food, exercising, or finding a balance in life. She will not let you down and she is the best support system there is out there. She is a friend who is so knowledgable and if you are on the edge of who to work or if to work with a coach, you should do it! She is full of love and has so much experience. You can truly trust her on this journey. You will be so thankful just as I am and your life with be significantly different because of it."

“In these last six month with Paige, I’ve made peace with my body in a way that I never thought I would.”

"I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Paige. My journey to healthy living has been a long one and not necessarily an easy one. I battled with an eating disorder for years and years. And while working with a therapist several years ago had helped me to return to a normal weight and shift my disordered thinking, I still struggled with a lot of lingering body image issues and fears and anxieties about food. I stumbled upon Paige’s blog about two years ago now, and I actually originally contacted her about a friend of mine I thought could benefit from health coaching. But after talking to Paige, I knew that it was something I needed to do for myself!

My life has changed so much in the last 6 months and I can honestly say that I have finally found my happy place! Paige has taught me to trust my body, that the most radiant kind of beauty doesn’t come from skinny thighs but rather from inner peace and a comfort in your own skin, and most importantly that it is absolutely ok to enjoy food! In these last six month with Paige, I’ve made peace with my body in a way that I never thought I would. In addition to all of that, I’ve also learned to become better at budgeting, find balance in all areas of my life, and to focus on being “healthy” versus “skinny”.

I looked forward to every single session I had with Paige and always walked away from our sessions feeling calm, inspired and grounded. Starting out, I was nervous that it would be hard to open up to her right away, but she made it soooo easy with her encouragement, compassion and ability to relate. I loved setting goals every week and was amazed at how I was able to hit every single one of those goals by the end! I loved health coaching so much in fact, that I'm even looking into becoming a health coach myself! If there is one piece of advice I can give to anyone reading this testimony it’s to work with Paige! It was worth every penny and I’m so glad that I made the choice to do this for myself :)"
- Ginny Q.

“I would have laughed if you told me I would be working out four times a week (and craving it on my off days), cooking healthy meals for myself at home, and letting my body guide me in choosing when and what to eat.”

"It’s been quite the journey since I started with Paige over a year ago in August 2013. I’ve been through so many transformative life events that the person I am today wouldn’t recognize the “old me.” I changed careers, let go of a toxic relationship, and fought the big battle of binging. Paige was there for all of it, and she helped me use my health and appreciation for myself as a woman to shape my found path. When I ended my year with Paige (wow that year went by quickly), I started the toughest job of my life. I was working 80-hour weeks, double the amount I was used to in the past, at a fast paced tech company with some not so great eating habits. I quickly fell back into the pattern of eating junk food and take out every night, coming home and sitting on my couch, and drinking too much on the weekends. This time around, though I was ARMED. Working with Paige has given me the permanent weaponry to face the body image challenges that come with being a woman with a fulfilled life. She taught me the invaluable tools to make healthy living a continued focus, and this was something I could turn to when I found myself falling back into bad habits. Investing in your work with Paige is like investing in your entire future happiness. Sounds like I’m exaggerating? I’m not.

I found Paige through reading her blog in a time where my body had become something I wasn’t used to. I was uncomfortable, about 20 pounds heavier than normal (due to a pelvis break and said toxic relationship) and I hated looking at pictures of myself. I tried not eating carbs. I tried drinking my weight in water. Nothing worked and I would become so frustrated (and hungry) that I would binge at night, eating anything I could get my hands on. That behavior lead to weight gain and a feeling of intense helplessness. After reading and re-reading her story, I thought, why not reach out for a free consultation. I ended up staying with Paige for a full year, getting back to my normal weight, and most importantly finding joy in healthy eating and exercise.

I’ve never been someone who likes to go for a run or make a delicious kale salad. I would have laughed if you told me I would be working out four times a week (and craving it on my off days), cooking healthy meals for myself at home, and letting my body guide me in choosing when and what to eat. But that’s where I am right now and that’s where I feel the best. Am I at the weight I was in high school (almost seven years ago)? No. Am I more energetic, happier, and more confident than I have been in a long time? Absolutely.

Paige taught me how to listen to what my body tells me it needs. She taught me the best foods to eat, and helped me trick myself into getting to the gym regularly. She showed me how to taste and enjoy my food, even meditate on it, and when to indulge when my body really needed it. She gave me an outlet to voice not only health related but personal and emotional concerns. People with disordered eating patterns (like myself) turn to food when we are upset, stressed, even happy. I learned to separate my emotions from my food. Am I perfect at it? No. I still come home and eat three slices of pizza every once in a while. But it’s a treat not a norm now and I fully enjoy it when I decide to indulge.

The best gift Paige gave me besides the knowledge she imparted on me was a community of women who struggle with the same things that I do. Through this community I met my amazing accountability partner. We have worked with each other on cutting out emotional binging for months, and despite living halfway across the country we’ve even met in person and visited Paige together! Having that continued support has been instrumental in the progress and life changes that I have made. That friendship will last forever.

There are so many people who can benefit from working with Paige. As one of the most honest, selfless and beautiful women I have come to meet, she is truly easy to work with and always makes you feel lifted and confident. My journey started with her guidance, and it will continue with my own but I will always have the things she taught me."

“I am free from unnecessary stress. I have so much more time to be happy and do other things than worry about food and how I look.”

"I’ve struggled with low self-esteem and an unhealthy relationship with food for as long as I can remember. I used to diet and then binge eat and feel horrible so I would diet again and that would lead to more binge eating, the cycle was endless. I knew something had to be done to put a stop to my negative feelings in order for me to be happy.

I have been a follower of Healthy Hits the Spot blog for years, and I always found Paige to be such an amazing inspiration. Once I noticed Paige was taking clients I was immediately interested, but also really nervous. I didn’t want to be judged, and I wasn’t entirely sure that I was comfortable talking to someone about my struggles. Somehow I got up the courage to call Paige for the first time to have our Consultation and my nerves went away very quickly. Paige is such a kind hearted person who really made me feel cared for and never judged for the way I felt.

My main goals before starting her program were to learn to love myself and to have a healthy relationship with food. Paige was able to give me the right tools and advice so that I could learn how to eat intuitively and never have to worry about “good” or “bad” foods. Thinking about calories and worrying about every single thing I put in my mouth in the past made me miserable. I am beyond ecstatic to be free from all of that unnecessary stress. I have so much more time to be happy and do other things with my free time than worry about food and how I look.

It was such a pleasure to work with such a beautiful person inside and out. I highly recommend working with Paige to anyone who wants to ditch their bad relationship with food and learn to be healthy and happy!"

“I cannot thank Paige enough for all she has helped me with and I know that in the years to come I will use all the information she helped me with daily. I’ve learned so much about myself.”

"My top three goals upon starting the 6-month program were to change my relationship with food, be more self-confident and learn to relax and be less obsessive. Paige was able to help me work toward these goals by working each week on small goals. Each small goal ended up surprising me when I would look back and I was shocked at how a few little things changed my outlook.

The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been that I am way more aware of myself and my feelings and the things I want to work on and/or change about myself so that I am happier.

The most significant overall change I have noticed has been how one issue I had impacts many aspects of my life. Being aware of it has changed so many parts of my life that I had no idea were even connected. It is very hard to pick the most significant change because there has been so much.

I would describe Paige as a wonderful health coach who is so easy to talk to and connect with. She is such a positive, intuitive person who clearly has a passion for helping others. I would recommend Paige to anyone who wants to work on themselves. Not just having to do with food and/or dieting. She is such a positive person that really gets it!

I cannot thank Paige enough for all she has helped me with and I know that in the years to come I will use all the information she helped me with daily. I've learned so much about myself."

“Now when other women talk about how they “should” or “shouldn’t” eat something, I can separate myself from that rather than think that I should do the same. I know what I need to do to feel good in my own body!”

"My top three goals upon starting the 6-month program were to (1) learn how to eat healthy foods with a healthy mindset (intuitively), (2) to move my body daily and realistically incorporate exercise into my routine, and (3) to heal from past habits/wounds/issues surrounding food.

Paige was able to help me work toward these goals by: giving me information and tools to help me learn more about my body, food, nutrition, exercise and intuitive eating. Paige helped me set small goals every 2 weeks that helped me make small changes overtime rather than feel the need to change everything all at once! Paige was so encouraging each time we talked on the phone and was always available through email and text. When I felt like I hadn’t done as much as I’d hoped in our time together, Paige sent me an entire list of the small changes I had made over our 6 month period and that was so encouraging!

The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been: now that I am more aware of my body, eating more intuitively, eating foods that fill me up for longer, I don’t snack as much, I feel fuller longer and feel more satisfied with my food choices through out the day.

The most significant overall change I have noticed has been: I feel less guilty about foods that I’ve always thought were “bad!” I really enjoy my chocolate and wine with my husband at night! 😉 Guilt associated with food has plagued me for a long time. When other women talk about how they “should” or “shouldn’t” eat something, I can now separate myself from that rather than think that I should do the same. I know what I need to do to feel good in my own body! On the days that I don’t feel that great about my body or about what I have chosen to eat, I am now able to remind myself of the little small changes I can make to get back to feeling good rather than letting the guilt take over.

I would describe Paige as: very organized, very encouraging, very good at her job! Paige loves what she does and you can tell. Even when I was nervous to begin or felt discouraged along the way, Paige made me feel so normal. It’s ok to have little setbacks but she always reminded me of the things I had accomplished. Paige is so sweet and kind and so very helpful! We even talked about my kids and their sleep habits and little tricks she thought might be helpful. It was so sweet to feel like she really cared about the entirety of my life, not just my food and exercise! Paige is very personable and willing to talk about her own experiences as well!

I would recommend Paige to anyone who needs to get to the heart of their food issues, anyone who needs a bit of accountability and encouragement along the way."

“I trust myself to make the right food choices, while continuing to eat intuitively.  I trust myself to get up in the morning and exercise, not because anyone is telling me to, but because of how great it feels.”

"When I started working with Paige, my main goals were to listen to my body (eat intuitively), exercise more frequently, and get rid of extra weight. I didn’t have huge expectations, not because I didn’t have faith in Paige or myself, but more so because I wanted to go slowly, so I had lasting results. Paige helped me work towards these goals by allowing me to set my own limits, while gently and kindly nudging me to be my best self.

For anyone with any type of limitation, this is totally possible! I had knee surgery at the beginning of starting coaching, which was scheduled to be something very minor, and the healing time was supposed to be very quick (3-4 weeks). It ended up being much more significant than expected, and my healing time is still going on. It was a difficult process for me both physically, and emotionally. Paige was absolutely wonderful, and gave me so many suggestions to work through it. Including listening to when my body said “no,” (even though my heart said “yes”).

The biggest thing that I have noticed throughout my coaching experience has been realizing and recognizing that I trust myself. I trust myself to make the right food choices, while continuing to eat intuitively. I trust myself to get up in the morning and go exercise, not because anybody is telling me to, but because of how great it feels. I trust myself to continue on this path, because I feel fantastic, and I want to continue to feel this way!

Paige is such a gem! Her kind, generous, and humble demeanor make her so easy to talk to. Her knowledge and resources were endless, too! I would recommend Paige to anyone, specifically if you have any issues with food (diets, binging, etc.), as well as anybody issues (self-esteem, not feeling the right weight, etc.).

I’ll always consider Paige my coach, and friend. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to work with Paige!"

“It’s such a relief to be binge-free, feel good in my own skin and love life without having food on my mind 100% of the time.”

"My top three goals upon starting the six-month program were 1) learn how to find my true hunger and work towards eating intuitively while not letting the thought of carbs/fats/proteins cloud the judgment of my food choices at every meal 2) learn how to let go of outside influences (social media, friends, diet trends, etc…) and learn to love myself for who I am and what my body does for me daily rather than allow negative self-image thoughts to control me. 3) lose or maintain weight naturally without being scale obsessed, diet obsessed, and falling back into the restrict/binge cycles I’ve known for so many years.

During my bi-weekly sessions Paige was able to help me work toward these goals by teaching me new ways to control my binges and overcome the crazy binge/restrict/diet cycle. I have struggled for so many years with this, read so many books about intuitive eating and employed so many tactics to try and stop this pattern but nothing worked. Paige taught me a whole new way of thinking which enabled me to really live like a “normal” person and not revolve my life around what my next meal would be, or how much protein, fat and carbs I was eating on the daily. She has taught me what the true meaning of BALANCE is and I FINALLY feel free of all my past food demons.

The biggest change I have noticed since beginning the program with Paige has been my ability to change my mentality. I honestly went into this with reservations because I have tried SO many things and I didn’t think it was possible for me to change, however, she helped me achieve change! My mentality has made a complete 180 degree shift since starting to work with Paige. It’s such a relief to be binge-free, feel good in my own skin, even if I’m not “perfect” in the eyes of society and most of all I’ve learned to love life without having food on my mind 100% of the time. It hasn’t been easy, I had plenty of falls along the way, but I truly feel like I’ve made to where I always wished I could be.

Paige is a kind-hearted, honest, and easy to talk to woman. I found it very easy to open up to her and share things that I typically wouldn’t even share with my best girlfriends. I think that has been one of the most valuable qualities of this program, if I didn’t feel comfortable enough to open up to her like I did, I don’t think I’d have achieved my goals.

I would recommend Paige to everyone! I think everyone can benefit from a health coach. There were things I learned along the way about myself that I didn’t even know and probably would never have caught onto if I hadn’t gone through this process. It’s been a life-changing process and one that I will always have Paige to thank for!"

“I don’t crave processed foods anymore and it’s a lot easier to eat healthy!”

"My top three goals upon starting the six-month program were to lose weight, feel good in a bathing suit and stop falling off the wagon when it comes to food.

Paige was able to help me work toward these goals by giving me small goals to work towards every two weeks. This was so awesome because this way, I didn’t feel overwhelmed to tackle everything at once. Instead, I worked really hard at the few small goals for those weeks, mastered them and then added a few more.

The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been really being aware of what I am putting into my body. I don't crave processed foods anymore and it’s a lot easier to eat healthy. It just makes my body feel better and I really notice the difference!

The most significant overall change I have noticed has been my weight loss. Although I do not weigh myself, my whole body is just smaller and I feel healthier and happier.

I would describe Paige as one of the kindest, most approachable, nonjudgmental, and sweet and open young ladies. I consider her a friend because of how much she helped me, and she is someone that I want to keep in touch with because of her positive and sweet personality.

I would recommend Paige to anyone and everyone!"

“I feel like a better, happier (and skinnier!) version of myself.”

"I have struggled with my self-esteem and my weight since high school. I never felt pretty enough, never felt skinny enough and no matter what type of diet I tried, I still never felt worthy. I was always putting myself down, always talking about myself, always calling myself fat. It was a bad cycle to be in.

Paige took all those feelings, all that negativity and erased them. She helped me get past my insecurities and reminded me that I’m beautiful no matter what size I am. She taught me to listen to myself and my body and to make healthy decisions because I wanted to, not because I had to. She taught me to forgive myself when I make mistakes and give myself grace. After our 6 month program I felt like a better, happier (and skinnier!) version of myself.

I am so grateful to Paige, her teachings and her work ethic. Paige has not only become a health coach but a dear friend. Her passion for helping people is contagious and she’s one of the best listeners I’ve ever met. She also looks like a Barbie, but that’s beside the point.

Thank you for everything, Paige. You really changed my life."
- Ashten G.

“I don’t remember the last time I binged.”

"When I first began coaching with Paige, I was really struggling with many physical, mental, and emotional aspects of my life. I knew that I wanted to be healthy, mindful, and balanced, but it was as if I didn't know how to get there. Working with Paige was instrumental in helping me find peace with myself. She was such a good accountability partner, friend, and listener. I really appreciated her suggestions for active steps I could try to reach my goals. I especially loved celebrating my accomplishments along the way!

Some of my most proud accomplishments have been reducing my anxiety, setting myself up for success, enjoying moments without guilt about food, treating myself (gotta love those bubble baths!), and rephrasing negative thoughts. I couldn't have done any of it without the support of Paige. She is such a kind, warm soul and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to find balance and happiness in life."

“Working with Paige was instrumental in helping me find peace with myself.”

"The last six months have been really amazing. I have been reading Paige's blog for a few years now and I have loved it ever since. Around six months ago I was struggling a lot with binge eating, not eating properly and gaining weight. I had just moved out on my own, and felt quite embarrassed about it. I was hesitant to talk to anyone but eventually reached out to Paige. From my very first session I felt a lot more comfortable as Paige is so supportive and non-judgmental. She could relate to what I was going through.

I really liked the fact that we would come up a few goals in between sessions to work on, as now I realize that I have accomplished so much. This includes not depriving myself, preparing my own food, doing more exercise, feeling better in my own body and not weighing myself. These are only a few of my achieved goals, the biggest being having stopped binge eating. Also we didn't just focus on food but other aspects of my life. I now enjoy making more time for myself and focusing more on gratitude, which always makes each day a little better.

I am so grateful to have had Paige as my health coach as she is such a sweet, caring and amazing person."

“I have become more joyful and positive, feel comfortable with who I am, have more self-confidence, and have let go of bingeing!”

"I have been working with Paige for a year now. After my first six months were completed, I knew I had to continue for another six months. Paige is seriously the most positive, encouraging, and joyful person I know. I look forward to our phone sessions, and she has been so supportive also through email and text. When I first contacted Paige, I was unhappy with my job and living situation, had started bingeing again, and was under a lot of stress. Looking back from how much I have changed is so incredible, and I owe it to Paige. Through her, I have become more joyful and positive, feel comfortable with who I am, have more self-confidence, and have let go of bingeing! I now know what works for me in order to prevent a binge, I know how to manage my stress more, and have welcomed foods back into my diet that I previously avoided because I thought it would lead to a binge. Also, through the Facebook group for Paige's clients, I have an accountability partner who too has been a huge factor in letting go of bingeing. We hold each other accountable and provide support for one another.

When I first contacted Paige, I thought a Health Coach dealt just with food. I could not have been more wrong! She has helped me with finances, my career (I now have an entire vision board of how I want my future business to be thanks to her!), increasing my productivity with school and life, and so much more.

If you are debating about whether to contact Paige for that initial consultation, hopefully this is that little push you need to do so. It has been the best decision I have made.

Paige and my accountability partner have been such a huge part of my life that I am actually flying out to California to officially meet them next week! I have dreamed of moving to California, and being able to visit the state as well as meet such special people is a dream trip. Even in the business of her job and planning her wedding, Paige is spending the weekend with us in Ventura and showing us all of her favorite places. I could not ask for a better Health Coach, and I'm so excited to meet her!

This has been such a growing year for me, and I have Paige to thank for that. She is amazing!"

“Investing in your health is the most loving, selfless things that you can do for yourself.”

"Working with Paige over the last six months has been so refreshing. I have always been a pretty healthy individual in general, eating well and exercising. Little did I know, what I thought was healthy, was not necessarily doing my body any good. I learned that whole, real foods are what is best to nourish my body, including butter! Boy was that great when Paige suggested that I put grass-fed butter in my oatmeal - aaaaamazing! Recognizing my cravings, especially my sugar cravings was a key part of my program as well. I learned to pay attention to my body and start asking myself if sugar was really what I wanted or was my body craving energy and I needed to nourish it with foods that would give it more energy.

While I learned a ton about nutrition, much more than I divulged here, I also learned a lot about balance. I have always been a perfectionist and probably always will be and this has always made me think in a "black and white" mentality. There was never any gray areas for me in my life. If I worked out, I felt like I needed to spend at least an hour doing so. If I was going to make a home cooked meal, it had to be several courses. I quickly learned, that it was ok to spend 20 minutes taking my dog for a walk or doing sprints and push-ups on my stairs. My meals didn't have to be fancy nor did they have to include a list full of ingredients, they just needed to be wholesome and what sounded good to me. All of this was eye opening to me and such a relief to not stress over "what I thought I should be doing".

I have been struggling with some digestive issues for awhile now and through my time working with Paige, she really was a great support system for me. I was undergoing lots of tests to figure out the causes and she was so supportive and helped me find things that I could do to relax and take my mind off of those stressors.

If you are on the fence about working with Paige, I say DO IT! Yes, it is an investment, but investing in your health is the most loving, selfless things that you can do for yourself. It's time to show yourself some love!"

“I am now stronger than ever feeling happy with my personal life, relationships and self, and am more prepared than ever before to go forward, be successful and live my fullest life.”

"When I started with Paige I was super busy, stressed and found it really difficult to organize myself, and my diet. I was frazzled, tired and sluggish. As a candidate in an upcoming election I knew I needed help to keep myself sharp, healthy and focused.

I had been a long time fan of Paige’s blog and saw health coaching as an option and decided to give it a try. After six months of coaching I can safely say that things are now extremely different. Paige has helped me on many levels to take care of myself. Not to mention, I have more than doubled my range of amazing, healthy recipes.

I now see a connection between planning and organizing my life, and my overall wellbeing. I now demand time for myself, ensure that I am planning healthy meals, and allow myself time to reflect and take stock of things without feeling guilty. I place greater priority than ever on sleep, diet and exercise and don’t feel like I have to ruin my body to be successful. As a result of six months working with Paige I am now stronger than ever feeling happy with my personal life, relationships and self, and am more prepared than ever before to go forward, be successful and live my fullest life. Thank you Paige!"

“I learned that it was okay to treat myself just because. I started listening to cravings. I began being more social. I got my period back.”

"Where to begin? I've been reading Paige's blog for quite awhile now. I've always admired her positivity and outlook on life. I've been recovering from an eating disorder for around two years now. Even though I was doing pretty well in recovery I couldn't seem to break from my obsession with food. I reached out to Paige once and chickened out because of the money. After a couple months of struggling even more I decided my health and happiness were more important than a number (both in my bank account & on the scale.) I emailed her again and before I knew it I had a health coach!
We went over my goals and how I felt about my life at the moment. It wasn't the easiest thing talking about my life since it was nowhere near where I wanted it to be, but it made me excited to begin working with Paige. After just the first session I remember feeling a billion pounds lighter. It felt so relieving to be able to speak with someone so kind, patient, and understanding! We started slow with some of my goals (for example, drinking more water and less caffeine and incorporating more veggies into my diet.) I began to tackle more and more tasks as the time went on. I began to pay attention to my food as I ate it. I learned that it was okay to treat myself just because. I started listening to cravings. I began being more social. I got my period back.

Throughout the past six months I have had so many ups and downs. I found a lot of things that worked for me and a few that didn't. Paige didn't give up though. She always had suggestions, and was able to push me to talk through my problems. She really helped me understand myself more.
At my last session we went over all my accomplishments...I was stunned. Heck, I still am! I had reached ALL my goals that I had set 6 months previously! Sure, I wasn't perfect, and still am not. I sometimes over eat & feel guilty, but it is a journey after all, right? Now I am able to notice, and learn from my experiences. I have become more aware and have learned to recognize my "triggers" and how to deal with them.

I went into health coaching soley thinking that it was going to be about food and my relationship with food, but the truth is, it is SO much more! Everything affects your health: money, your surroundings, your relationships, etc. Paige helps with all of those areas. One of the greatest sessions I had with Paige was talked about relationships, and I don't think we mentioned food more than once. I remember going into that session shaky, unstable, and a mess. I left feeling calm, collected, and ready to tackle the world. Each session with Paige was like taking a breath of fresh air.

Honestly, I could go on forever about my health coaching experience with Paige. I've never met her in person, but she is definitely one of the most beautiful people I know! She has helped me more than she knows, and I am truly blessed to have had her help and support.

I would definitely recommend Paige to anyone and everyone. She is so dedicated to help others, and will not stop till she does so! She takes her job extremely seriously. I was always so impressed with all her resources she would send after a session! I would have not been able to accomplish all I've done without her help. And for that, I am eternally grateful.

Thank you Paige so much for everything! :)"

“Making my health a priority has now become a permanent part of my life.”

"I decided to reach out to Paige for health coaching six months ago because I felt constantly over-worked and run-down, and I had a number of stress-related problems, including anxiety issues, insomnia and IBS. I never felt I had the time or the energy to cook at home, over-ate a frequently and drank a LOT of coffee.

Working with Paige has been inspiring as she is so passionate about what she does, which as helped me to become passionate about my health as well. Paige is incredibly resourceful and has taught me how to eat in a way that supports my body and makes me feel good. Through her, I have learned to become aware of what works for me and what doesn’t, I have basically learned to pay attention to my body. I found it super helpful that she doesn’t rule things out but really tries to come up with tailored alternatives that work. Paige has also helped me find techniques to address my stress levels.

Having finished the first six months of the program, overall I feel uplifted. While I still feel over-worked, stressed and anxious at times, I now know that I can confidently deal with these issues in a positive way through everything I have learned from Paige. Making my health a priority has now become a permanent part of my life. I no longer need to rely on caffeine and I very rarely drink coffee these days. My sleep has improved greatly and through working with both Paige and my naturopath, I have managed to control my IBS.

Throughout the six months, Paige was happy to support me when I needed it and speaking to her every two weeks really helped me to stay on track (or, in some cases, to get back on track)."

“I’ve learned to trust myself and the importance of holding myself accountable, not only with my job or activities, but also with my thoughts about myself and taking care of my health.”

"Working with Paige over the past six months has been a great challenge and adventure. She is so easy to talk to and made me comfortable right from the start! Personally I struggle with overthinking things, and Paige helped me in our sessions by 1) getting an overview of what I would like to change and how I would like my life to be different and 2) asking pointed questions about those areas of my life that I struggle with and then digging deeper to help me get to the root of the problem and find a solution.
In the end I think our sessions together taught me about one core idea - TRUST. I learned to trust myself and the importance of holding myself accountable, not only with my job or activities, but also with my thoughts about myself and taking care of my health. Looking back to when I first started with Paige, I was working toward this idea of perfection and fell into the trap of thinking "My life will be perfect if I just XYZ..." I was looking to the future so much that I was neglecting each moment. Paige helped me to focus more on taking one day at a time and listening to my body to provide me with the right signals for the nourishment I needed. This took some time to get used to and I am still working on continually being in that "listening" state, but it has had a tremendous impact on my relationship with food and my body. I learned not to judge myself for craving sweets or something I used to think was "taboo", but instead trust my cravings and be okay with allowing myself to eat or drink that item to the point of being satisfied (not over indulging by eating the whole thing once I start).

In addition to helping me with areas of physical health, Paige also helped me learn more about taking care of my mental health as well. This included making time for daily devotionals, setting up a good sleep pattern, making my apartment a more comfortable, enjoyable place to be and also pursuing my passions and making plans for the future.

I highly recommend Paige and her health coaching services. Not only has she been a great coach, she has become a great friend as well. She has helped me change the way I live and helped keep me accountable as I worked through those changes over the past several months. Thank you Paige for all you have done - I cannot even begin to tell you the impact you have made!"
- Lauren G.

“These past six-months with Paige have absolutely changed my life. I know more about myself than I ever have.”

“These past six-months with Paige have absolutely changed my life. I know more about myself than I ever have. I know when I am satisfied, I don’t eat certain foods because I feel gross and like I am poisoning my body after, I don’t have such a negative body image anymore and I am not obsessed with counting calories and trying to weigh 100 lbs. I owe all of this to Paige! Paige is so compassionate, hard working, and determined to see her clients succeed. I thank her because I really have succeeded.”
- Jasmine W.

“I am more satisfied in knowing I can leave food on my plate without concerning myself with what others may think.”

"My top three goals upon starting the 6-month program were to take charge of my eating habits and lifestyle instead of following it periodically, deal and be satisfied with foods I could not tolerate, and run my first 10k by January 18, 2014.

Paige was able to help me work toward these goals by providing knowledgeable and friendly support. I felt like she never judged me for my actions or choices but instead helped me find alternatives or solutions to fix any sort of “problems” either health, food or financially related.

The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been that I feel more comfortable about eating out and don’t worrying as much. I am more satisfied in knowing I can leave food on my plate without concerning myself with what others may think. I know which foods are upsetting to me and either how to reduce the issues I have with them or find alternatives to satisfy my cravings.

The most significant overall change I have noticed has been my relationship with food. I struggled with so many questions from “how often should I eat in a day?” “how much food should I be eating?” “what foods are irritating my body?”. Paige helped me to understand that you can take out the questions by not really questioning them at all. Basically stop worrying and listen to your body.

I would describe Paige as not only one of the nicest woman I was fortunate enough to talk to every other week and eventually meet in person, but someone that genuinely cares about women. She is there to make woman feel better about themselves and to have that talent to reach out to woman, is very rare. She definitely has a gift.

I would recommend Paige to any of my friends who want an outsiders perspective on such personal struggles like food, health, and finances.

I started out Paige’s program not really knowing what I was getting myself into to be quite honest. Was she holistic? Was she going to judge me? Is she going to tell me what specific foods to eat? All of these questions were immediately debunked when I first spoke to her on the phone during my Consultation. She was so kind and really interested in hearing what was going on in my life! I came in wanting to achieve so much and not really thinking I could accomplish much at all. I was so overwhelming surprised by the end of the 6 month program that I had met most of my goals, if not more! Here are just a few of the things Paige helped me accomplish: I understood which foods irritated me, how to handle eating out, when to listen to my body, I completed a challenge of 100 miles by Valentines Day, I completed running my first 10k, I have become a yoga “addict”, I walk almost every day at lunch, and I am generally more in control than ever before. I want to thank Paige for all her hard work that she puts towards her clients. It shows and I can say I am a success story because of it."

“My mindset has 150% changed. It’s the craziest thing!”

"My top three goals starting Paige’s Six Month Program were to understand what nutrition means to the human body, meal prep, lose weight while being fit; none of that yo-yo dieting stuff! Paige truly outdid herself. I didn't know what to expect going into Health Coaching; to be perfectly honest, I was scared! I thought I would feel convicted and embarrassed talking about my habits and relationships with food. Paige made me feel SO comfortable that more times then none, her and I would find ourselves chatting about life and touch on food for a tiny bit! Can I mention that that might have been my favorite part?! Paige and I have a friendship outside of Coaching and I'm so blessed to have bettered that on such a personal level. Paige deserves tons of the credit for my completed goals!

The biggest tangible thing I have noticed since starting Health Coaching is the loss of inches on my body. I partnered up with Paige to better my relationship with food as well as lose weight. Once I started losing weight, I was elated! Then something interesting happened; I started losing inches all over my body. Clothes started to fit differently; everything was getting thinner. FINALLY! I continue to lose inches and the pounds are slowly following...and I'm ok with that 🙂

The most significant change I have noticed are my thoughts around food. My mindset has 150% changed. It's the craziest thing! Now, I’m thinking about which foods will make me feel good, instead of just eating because it's lunch time. I have learned to treat my body like my most favorite vehicle, filling it with the best fuel I can get.

I would describe Paige as a gentle soul who exerts tremendous amounts of joy. I have never met someone who cares about people as much as she does. I often walked into my Sessions feeling like a broken puzzle, and ALWAYS left feeling put back together.

Paige, never switch careers! You have found your passion and God has clearly chosen you to share this amazing gift!

I have always thought that every kind of therapy is beneficial to anyone. No matter what kind of life you have lived, EVERYONE can benefit from chatting with a complete stranger. It just takes that first step in moving forward."

“Signing up for Health Coaching with Paige is one of the best time, money, and effort I’ve invested in myself.”

"Today is the day after I've completed my first six-month program with Paige as my Health Coach. She sent me a list of accomplishments I've achieved over this time and I am reduced to tears of joy; I'm amazed at what I've accomplished with Paige's help, support, and guidance. My journey with Paige started at the Denver airport. I was traveling on business, living the dream, and my life, although incredible on the surface, was unraveling from within. I hated myself as strongly as humanly possible and naturally this extremely negative attidue was dismantling my capacity to care for myself.

Six months later, I feel more in control of my life than I ever have before. I have stopped seeing life as black and white, but live in the 'grey area', where so much more is possible. It is in this grey area that I have fulfilled my coaching commitments, begun to think of food as nourishing, let go of stress, worry far less than I ever have, reigned in my finances, and adopted a wholesome and positive attitude. Paige has kept my accountable for all my commitments, and patiently worked with me to sift through all my conundrums. Paige's experiences allow her to relate to almost anyone, and I can say with confidence that anyone who works with her would benefit from the program. Signing up for Health Coaching with Paige is one of the best time, money, and effort I've invested in myself. Thank you, Paige!"

“Signing up for Health Coaching was the best thing I could have done for my overall well-being: mental, spiritual, and physical.”

"When I started working with Paige in our Sessions, I was broken and scared about myself and food. There was no way I could enjoy a meal without thinking to myself how I was eating too much, and/or that I should be eating something healthier. "Healthy foods" were salads and celery. During the past 6-months, Paige has encouraged me to look at foods as healing or damaging to my body. She has been there when I've succeeded and when I haven't. No matter what, Paige has been a huge support, motivation, and encouragement. Her sweet personality is genuine and she truly wants to make a difference. Signing up for Healthy Hits Coaching was the best thing I could have done for my overall well-being: mental, spiritual, and physical. I look forward to working with Paige in the future."

“I have found a balance between food and exercise which has allowed me to have a social life, improve relationships and find a job that I love.”

"Let's first start by agreeing that Paige is amazing! When I first signed up for health coaching, I was extremely hesitant and nervous. I was always was thinking about food, when I would eat next, if I should eat, when I could work out, how many calories I was eating, etc. I felt uncomfortable in my body, I didn't want to go out with friends, I didn't want to wear my clothes, I felt overwhelmed, I was bingeing, and could not find balance between exercise and eating after I recovered from anorexia. I thought I had tried everything and was nervous to share my problems/experiences with someone, but Paige is wonderful and has helped me find that balance!

Over the last six-months, I have found a balance between food and exercise which has allowed me to have a social life, improve relationships and find a job that I love. Instead of going to the gym for 2 hours a day, Paige has taught me to be more intuitively active. I eat the foods I enjoy without over eating, don't skip meals and I have even shed a few pounds the healthy way. I never get on the scale and no longer feel uncomfortable in my body. I have no desire to binge or over eat and have found foods that keep me satisfied. When food and exercise does not control your life, it is amazing what one can accomplish! I have improved my social life and relationships. I am happy! Paige has helped me prioritize, so I can have quiet time, work, attend school and spend time with friends. I appreciate my body for everything it allows me to do.

Over the past six-months Paige has guided me to make huge improvements in my life. I now know what works for my body and what doesn't. I know how to handle my stress, workload, etc. in a healthy way and not turn to food to control me. Food fuels my body to do what I need it to do and Paige has taught me that!"

“I have so much more energy and feel better overall. I’ve noticed my body needs much less food than I always thought it did.”

"Ever since I can remember, I have always loved science. When I first spoke with Paige, I told her about how much I love learning the reasoning behind why something is better for you and how it will affect your body. She has gone out of her way to always explain why she recommends one product over another and why it is more beneficial. By knowing the exact effect food will have on me, it makes choosing healthier options so much easier. Since I have started working with Paige, I’ve noticed many physical and emotional changes. I have been able to better focus on my schoolwork and feel as if I have more energy than ever before. Striving to be a healthier person has become enjoyable to me and I see it as a part of my daily life now instead of a burden that is constantly weighing me down. I have actually been able to share all of the information with my family, and they are following the healthy habits Paige has taught me!

When I first started working with Paige, my main goal was just to lose weight. I have not only lost weight, but also gained self-confidence. I feel so much better with my body and now understand how the food choices I make truly affect my daily outlook. When I am eating healthier and spending more time planning and cooking my own meals, I have so much more energy and just feel better overall. I have also noticed how my body needs much less food than I always thought it did. One of my major downfalls was eating every meal in front of the television. When I do that, I focus more on the new tv show I’m watching instead of what I’m putting in my mouth. By taking time out and completely focusing on my meal, I eat much less and enjoy every bite.

One of my favorite parts of the program is how open Paige is to discussing anything. When I thought I was having problems with eating gluten foods, Paige spent time researching my symptoms and talked with me about replacing gluten foods with gluten-free and about how to adjust my diet in a healthy manner. She always goes out of her way to make sure the client is comfortable and I never felt embarrassed to talk to her about anything. I am going to be sad to see my program end and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a new and improved lifestyle."
- Kaylen H.

“I now enjoy finding ways to be active in my everyday life. I walk when I can, ask friends to go to yoga classes instead of bars, and I’ve even started weight lifting and exercising daily.”

"My top three goals upon starting the 6-month program were: lose 15 pounds and get back to the weight where I was most comfortable and confident; learn what foods would fuel my body and spirit and learn to have a healthy, loving relationship with food; get moving! I sit at a desk for over ten hours a day and I wanted to learn how to incorporate exercise into my daily life.

Through my conversations with Paige I have been able to move towards all three of these goals! Especially my weight loss. Two years ago I was in a hiking accident and broke my pelvis. I was immobile for over a month and I gained fifteen pounds. This weight gain combined with my weight gain when started college sent me on a downward spiral. I was ashamed of my body and I wanted to get back to the body that I was confident in. I tried everything to lose weight, calorie cutting, weight watchers, and extreme exercise. Though I would lose weight at first I always bounced back and started the cycle all over again. Paige has given me the tools to think about food and my body in a healthy, productive way, and through our conversations and the exercises/readings she gives me I have been able to change my mindset about food and dieting. Our first session Paige said to me “this is an investment in your health.” I have fully realized how truly important my sessions with Paige are. I have embarked on a journey to a healthier, happier lifestyle and I’m never turning back!

My biggest challenge is my battle against binging on sugar, candy, sweets, and all my favorite things! This is a constant problem in my life and Paige has really helped me and given me tangible tools to learn how to battle binge. One thing we always talk about is changing my mindset about “bad” foods. Instead of telling myself what I can’t have I’ve started to tell myself I can have anything I want whenever I want it. I have started to ask myself “Do I really, truly want this? How does it make me feel an hour later?” When I don’t limit my foods and allow myself to make careful choices I find that I am able to overpower my psychological cravings and stop using food as a comfort mechanism.

Besides my significant (and lasting) weight loss the greatest change in my behavior has been adopting a more active lifestyle. Before working with Paige I took cabs, buses, any form of transportation to avoid walking. I now enjoy finding ways to be active in my everyday life. I walk when I can, ask friends to go to yoga classes instead of bars on our outings, and I have even started weight lifting and exercising daily. And I truly love it! I never thought that would happen.

Paige is one of the most special people in the world. She is wise beyond her years and always listens without judgment. The other night when we were talking she told me she “speaks my language” and that really resonated with me. As someone who has struggled with the same issues that I face on a daily basis she is an amazing support system and gives advice from a place of knowledge and kindness.

I would recommend Paige to anyone who feels that they want to improve their relationship with food. I have changed my disordered eating habits through talking with Paige, and by doing so changed my quality of life. If I had not met Paige I would still be stuck in a cycle of deprivation and shame, and I want anyone who has ever felt this way to reach out to her! Get ready to change your life."

“Making that decision to sign up for my first Discovery Session was the best decision I’ve made in a very long time.”

"When I first started working with Paige, I was in an unhappy place. All of my school friends had gone home for the summer, and my job was in a very toxic environment, which caused me to turn to food as comfort. This resulted in more unhappiness, and a huge plummet in my self-confidence. I was very hesitant to tell Paige everything at first. I had told no one what I was struggling with, because I had it in my mind that people would judge me and not understand. Paige is the complete opposite of that. She has never judged me; she has been nothing but supportive of me throughout the entire six months. Paige was the one that helped me see that I was dealing with my emotions through food. She gave me the confidence to quit my job, and has focused on shifting my mindset from a negative to a positive one.

One of my goals was to be a more positive and grateful person, and I have come so far in this area. She has helped me achieve this goal by giving me tons of suggestions that she has applied to her life, giving me weekly goals and checking in with me, and so so much more! Paige is by far one of the most uplifting, positive, happy persons I have met, and I could not have picked anyone better to guide me and help make me a better person. I can relate to her so much, and from our first conversation, she has been such an encouraging person in my life.

I can honestly say that I would recommend Paige to anyone, no matter what their struggles are. I look forward to our phone conversations, and she frequently emails or texts me to check in, which is so great! Really, what more could you ask for in a health coach?

A recent thing that Paige has done is started a Facebook group for all of her clients, which has been so amazing! I love seeing all us girls encouraging one another, swapping tips, and just knowing that I'm not alone. I can be so open to all of them, and know that I won't be judged.

I'm happy to say that I have signed up for another 6 months to work with Paige, without hesitation. Making that decision to sign up for my first health consultation was the best decision I've made in a very long time, and I couldn't be more thankful for all that she has done."

“I don’t eat healthy anymore just to lose weight (which I have!). I do it because it makes me feel good and have more energy. My mindset about healthy eating/living has changed a lot!”

"My top three goals upon starting Paige's 6-month Program were to enjoy eating healthy, help fight cravings, and be less stressed about it all. Paige was able to help me work towards these goals by giving me great tips and advice. With Paige's help, I was able to get rid of those late night craving binges and actually enjoy eating a salad! Each time we spoke we would write down 3 goals to focus on, and that helped me to be less stressed about having a healthier lifestyle.

The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been actually choosing to eat healthier as it makes me feel good. I don't eat healthy anymore just to lose weight (which I have!!). I do it because it makes me feel good and have more energy. My mindset about healthy eating/living has changed a lot!

I would describe Paige as kind, sweet, caring, genuine, and non-judgemental. Paige always has something nice to say and helps you to see the positive in everything. There were so many things that we discussed that I would assume someone would think I was nuts, but Paige never acted that way. She cared to hear what I had to say and I felt very comfortable talking to her about anything.

Paige's Program focuses on being in tune with yourself and knowing what is best for you. That is something I didn't even come into this thinking I needed, but I am so glad that I got that! I am so happy I made the decision to work with Paige. I highly doubt I would be where I am today had I not done this Program with her."

“I am much more relaxed and realize that life isn’t all about working out and eating a certain amount of calories.”

"My goals upon starting my Health Coaching with Paige were: to become more balanced, to become happier, and to stop my eating disorder. I wasn’t very open when I first started working with Paige. I was just going through the motions. It took me a while before I could open up, but as soon as I did my life changed for the better! Paige helped me to reach all of my goals by being there for me every step of the way. There were a million times when she knew something was wrong but never forced me to talk. She let me come to her on my own, and that was exactly what I needed.

Now, I am much more relaxed. I realize that life isn’t all about working out and eating a certain amount of Calories. Paige has helped me welcome balance into my life and I love it!

The best thing that came from my 6-Months with Paige is how much more I love myself. Paige has really, really helped me to love and accept myself so much more! Today, I am more compassionate toward myself, and others.

I would describe Paige as AMAZING! She really is in every sense of the word! She’s so nice, sweet, and down to earth! I can talk to her about absolutely anything and she understands what I am going through. She never judges and is always there for me. Honestly, she’s amazing!

I would recommend her to anyone struggling negatively towards themselves or others. She’s such a positive influence, and can relate in so many areas because she herself has been there.

I have changed so much over the past 6-Months thanks to Paige. I’ve stopped over, and under eating as much, I’ve stopped over exercising, and I’ve started to become closer to myself, and my body. I’m learning to listen to my body with Paige’s help.

I just signed up for another 6-Months and I cannot wait to learn even more about myself!"
- Sarah C.

“I feel positive about food changes, doing things for myself, and trying to achieve a healthy lifestyle.”

"My top three goals upon starting the 6-month program were to lose weight, develop a healthy relationship with food, and become more positive in all aspects of my life. Paige was able to help me work toward these goals by setting small milestones throughout the program. We would talk about all aspects of life, for example: relationships, career, food, and exercise. We would set up new things to try each week to attain my goals. She would also help me by being there to listen about my concerns and success’s, which in itself was such a huge help.

The biggest tangible change I have noticed since starting Paige’s Program has been being aware of how certain foods make me feel and affect my mood. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been being able to feel positive about food changes, doing things for myself, and trying to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

I would describe Paige as a great friend and mentor. She is extremely positive and I look forward to each one of our talks!"
- Megan F.

“I feel set free! I’m no longer worried about going out with friends and feel like food is controlling me.”

"My top three goals upon starting the 6-month program were to stop counting calories, learn how to listen to my body instead of following a meal plan, and to organize/prioritize my time better. Paige was able to help me work toward these goals by allowing me to come up with my own solutions instead of laying out a plan for me to follow. She gave me the extra push/encouragement I needed because I didn't have the confidence in my own abilities.

The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning this program has been that I feel set free! I am no longer worried about going out for a day with friends, or to run errands and feel like food is controlling me. The most significant overall change I have noticed has been confidence. I can actually look in the mirror and smile at myself. I no longer loathe my imperfections!

In one word I would describe Paige as genuine. She has been so easy to open up to about my negative body image and food habits-the same habits that I wouldn't even tell my best friend! I would recommend Paige to everybody! She is amazing!

If you are even considering Health Coaching, do it! Health isn't just health, food, or fitness. It's about a complete balance with friends, family, finances, and many other things that I would have even realized if it weren't for Paige's Coaching!"
- Angie M.

“My skin feels great, my belly is less noticeable and my face is brighter!”

“My top three goals upon starting Paige’s six-month program were: learn my way around the kitchen to eat healthy home-cooked meals; learn to budget and make good financial decisions; become a size 14. Paige was able to help me work toward these goals by providing information and tools to work towards these goals. She would hold me accountable by checking-in during the week and supplementing my program with interesting reputable articles that applied to me individually.

The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been changes in my body. My skin feels great, my belly is less noticeable and my face is brighter!

The most significant overall change I have noticed has been the change in my entire demeanor! I am a happier, more confident person! While completing Paige’s program, I was able to comfortably wean off antidepressant medications. I also met my future husband! Being more confident and active gave me the ability to meet someone that I am able to have a healthy relationship with!

I would describe Paige as a bubbly, passionate, empathetic, knowledgeable, caring, giving woman! I would recommend Paige to anyone! Paige was able to teach me about healthy choices. I feel strongly that even people who believe they make healthy choices daily can benefit from her program, because there are healthier whole foods that belong in everyone’s diet. Paige taught me to veer away from the world of preservatives and convenience to eating habits that bodies deserve and are meant to have. Paige takes her job extremely seriously; she has so much knowledge and so many resources. If she doesn’t know the answer to a question, she makes it her responsibility to find the answer and to follow up.

Integrative nutrition is such an important lifestyle for everyone. While nutrition programs focus on a quick fix in one aspect of our “balanced diet,” integrative nutrition brings light to the whole person. I appreciate Paige’s ability to teach me and hold me accountable while making this lifelong transition!”
