Quick & easy, fluffy gluten-free oatmeal
Now for my breakfast this morning! Mmm-mmm Oatmeal! 🙂
I woke up, and am still feeling a little under the weather. I want to kick this cold in the booty!
It was time for somethin’ healthy! Gluten-Free Oatmeal!
I bought this Oatmeal at Trader Joes, and I cook it in the microwave because it only takes two minutes compared to 20. I know, I’m lazy like that sometimes! 😉
In my Oatmeal: 3/4 cup water, 1/2 cup oats, 1 tsp. chia seeds, 1/2 a chopped banana (this makes it extra fluffy and delicious!)
-Put the Oatmeal in a BIG bowl so it doesn’t flow over. Add in water.
-Cook for about 2 minutes.
-Take out, add in chunks of your 1/2 nana & chia seeds
-Put back in for 30 seconds
-Enjoy! Oh, and don’t forget to add you spoon of Maple Agave Syrup that you bought from Trader Joe’s, because I always use it and love it so much! It beats brown sugar!
