Quitting Sugar 2013

If you’re like me and indulged during the Holidays, you’re probably ready to give your body a break.

Starting January 1st, I’m quitting sugar for 8 weeks. Instead of doing it alone, I am following one of IIN’s graduates, Sarah Wilson. In her book, “I Quit Sugar” she offers some great information. I’m not going to offer much information about the book, because it’s really not mine to share. But, I will tell you a few things that I find helpful in her eBook, which by the way is $15 (*thought* I want to write an eBook someday)

Other than Quitting Sugar…

I’m moving out! Tomorrow! I’ll officially be moved Saturday, but tomorrow in between jobs, I’ll be doing lots of movin. I’m sooo excited! It didn’t really hit me until… actually… just now! As I’m typing this I’m realizing… Wow… tomorrow I will be on my own! For good!

I’ll keep you guys as updated as time allows until the 1st, and then I’ll really be back here. This is an exciting time! I hope you all enjoy the rest of your 2012! I’m ready for 2013!

PS, the goal is to kick sugar to the curb as a way of life. But, since that doesn’t always work out, I am first going to commit myself to 8 weeks, and we will go from there.
