Hi guys! This is me, right now. Literally, took this photo in order to say HI and tell you that I want to talk with you!

This Saturday, 10am-11am PST.

Sign on to Skype during this time, and I will be there to chat. Type Skype only. No video business for personal safety reasons 🙂

My username is: healthyhitsthespot

I want you to come, so don’t forget. Mark your calendar, set a reminder on your phone, be there!

My intention is to have a Coffee date VIA Skype with all of my readers. I want to hear from you. I want you to say hi, ask questions, ask about me, let me ask about you, etc.

I was thinking about it, and I’m constantly having Coffee dates with my own friends. Well, Saturday I’ll be out and about working away from home, just for fun. And during that time, I thought it would be fun to sign on for 1 hour, and have a Coffee date with all of you.

So, don’t forget. Saturday morning, 10-11am PST. Check your time zone and make sure it correlates 🙂

Okay, now to your favorite part, daily eats!

Tuesday

Green Juice for Breakfast before the Gym. This one had green apple, cucumber, spinach, and grapefruit! Tart, tart, tart, and super refreshing.

Next meal with Brunch… that brunch that I was really looking forward to Monday night!

My Sister & I went to Leo & Lily in LA. Woodland Hills to be exact. I was so cute, and so good!

I got a Soy Capp – that fancy Coffee I was talking about. It came with this cute little treat 🙂

For breakfast, Jinna got the Traditional Eggs Benedict with fruit. Wow, how good does that look?

I got the Egg-White & Veggie Frittata with fruit instead of taters, + the piece of bread it came with. Yum! This was so good. Not that filling, but so good.

Mid-afternoon I made a Chocolate Protein Smoothie. Remember, the Superfood one? 🙂

Dinner was awesome-ness that my Dad made. Chicken and roasted veggies with rice and a salad. Holy yum!

At night, I spotted Marco out of the corner of my eye getting Ice Cream out of the freezer. I peaked over and it was chocolate peanut butter. Oh heck! I had to have it, so I made some for myself Petite Treat style. I took half a homemade cookie, 1/2 a banana, and mixed it all up with the ice cream. Put it in a Petite Treat bowl, and ate it nice and slow. It was so good!

Thursday

Thursday morning I didn’t know what the heck I was craving. I knew I wanted berries, and I knew I wanted cereal, but I didn’t want to eat the junkie cereal that was in the cupboard. So, I took a risk and made my own. It was delicious!

  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Organic shredded coconut
  • A couple tbsp. of Granola
  • 1 tbsp. of dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
  • Organic rice milk

Mix it all together and voila! You have your own berry cereal! Sounds crazy, I know. I thought so too until I tried it.

The almond butter totally made it happen.

Lunch was salad with brown rice and chicken/roasted veggies on top with half an avo. This was a repeat of Tuesday night’s dinner, just all piled on top of each other.

IMG_5962.JPG

My Petite Treat for the day was the last, broken Oatmeal Cookie in the container.

Mid-afternoon I had some cashews and a Chocolate Superfood Smoothie. I love having a smoothie in the afternoon. It’s been such a good pick-me-up.

Dinner was burgers!

It was Marco’s Birthday yesterday (Happy Birthday LOVE!), and the poor guy had to work, so we Celebrated at dinner with his request: homemade burgers. I left off the cheese, and had a few chips on the side from the bowl in the center. That was shared between everyone.

There is something about a really good homemade burger that I love. So good!

So, will I be seeing you this Saturday? Let me know! Sign onto Skype and add me!
