So you wanna drink protein drinks ladies?

Good morning! And Happy Sunday! I hope you all have had a beautiful start to your day!

This morning, before running out the door to the gym, I made a protein shake. I want to add more of these into my diet to help control my appetite I’ll let you know how it goes! I also added a scoop if this berry Green supplement just for the vitamins. I have to make this again to let you know about the taste, because it wasn’t that yummy (okay, but not great) with the two together, but I think that’s because I didn’t fully mix it (see below about Aria review it’s great alone!)

After I made the shake, I ran out the door to make it for a morning Step class. As SOON as I showed up, I got a text from the woman I nanny for asking if I wanted to go to church with her. I instantly left the gym and ran home to get ready. I really wanted to go today! It was really good, and felt more like a little seminar to me ๐Ÿ™‚

When I came home I made an open-faced tuna sandwich, with some yummy carrots on the side. I like onion on my tuna sandwiches, and I also like barely toasted sourdough bread. Ah! Perfect ๐Ÿ™‚

I just had a thought… could I made tuna with greek yogurt and seasoning, instead of mayo? That would be so much healthier! I’ll have to look into it!

After lunch, I really wanted another protein shake because it sounded super vanilla-y and good! This time, I shook it up a ton in that little jar, and mixed in with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Bamb! SO good! This is now going to be a snack for me. Two scoops of the powder only has 80 calories, and ย 8 ozย of unsweetened vanilla almond milk only has 40, that’s a 120 calorie snack that’s going to hold me over for a long time, conquer my sweet tooth, taste like a treat, and make me feel good! I like it ๐Ÿ™‚

See you all back here just a bit later! I’m heading out to Barnes and Nobles to buy a new book that I’ve wanted to read ๐Ÿ™‚
