Sometimes you just gotta eat breakfast twice

Good morning girls!

Did you see the rest of the bachelor?

SAD that Kacie went home, but I kind of figured she would because her parents were a little hard on Ben… he didn’t get to enjoy the family time as much!

That’s too bad, I really liked her!

This morning, I woke up and had my quiet time. I lit a new candle, and it smelled so yummy!

It’s called Pink Sands by Yankee Candle, and it smells like the scent “Sweet Pea!”

You all know what I’m talking about, right?

I think Sweet Pea is from Bath & Body Works… am I right?

Anyways, I journaled & had quiet time this morning, and loved it! Such a sweet time 🙂

After having some time to myself, I made a small breakfast

Actually, we will call this a snack, because I had my real breakfast after the gym

I did a Body Works Class right after I finished this, and it kicked my booty!

I am going to be SORE tomorrow! I already am today!

Greek Yogurt (Trader Joe’s)

Clover Honey (Trader Joe’s)

Soy-Nuts Energy Blend (Costco)

After the gym, I had my yummy bowl of Oatmeal

Look how cute this bowl is!

I grew my Oatmeal on my own farm 😉

It had all the same ingredients as yesterday, except for today, I added in the PB after it was in the bowl, then I mixed it all together.

For the yummiest taste you can get- a helpful tip ❤

Add in the peanut butter while it is on the stove, then add your toppings once the oatmeal is in the bowl

Don’t mix the toppings in.

They are better when you get a little bit on top of each bite 🙂
