Such a simple, gluten-free breakfast that anyone can make!

I am feeling WAY better and in control today about my eating! It’s a good feeling!

I’m building my “strong-muscle!” How are you guys doing so far?

This breakfast has 2 whole eggs, one white, and 3 corn tortillas… and of course, Pepper Plant hot sauce, too!

I used to make these with cheese, and I honestly didn’t miss it at all! Going to stick with these being cheese-free!
