The Joy of June!
Hello all of my dear readers! First of all, I want to say that I love you all, and I miss you 🙂
So many people have been asking where I have been, and if I’m okay. Well, I’ve been here, and I’m okay 🙂
I haven’t been blogging because I have not been in the mood to sit down at my computer. I have had way too much going on, and right now is just a season for me to be out and about, and not inside blogging away. There’s a time and a season for everything, right? I’ll be back, but I’m not sure when… For now, the break will continue until I’m led back to blogging.
If you want to stay up to date with me (or just some of what I eat hehe), follow me on instagram, twitter, or facebook!

I still post plenty on all three of these because I can do it right from my phone 🙂
Anyways, I wanted to post some pictures of what I have done this month. It’s been the best month all year!
I’ve watched my cousin Holly run a Marathon. We cheered her on through different points of her run!
I’ve spent many hours and days with kido’s babysitting
I’ve hungout with my little cousin Kingston who is now my neighbor!
I’ve Nannied little Griffster
I’ve had friends visit from out of State. This is Violet. She is deaf, and taught me how to sign the entire song “Call Me Maybe.” We danced many nights away while she was here with her sister!
Here is Violet & Lola 🙂
I died their hair blue (not perm!), took them shopping, and took them to Taco Night with my friends
I spent every waking moment with these two girls for the week they were here and loved every second of it
Here is a photo of the huge group of girls we had for Taco Night!
I’ve worn a smile literally everyday
I’ve taken silly quizzes on Violets iPhone that seemed to be accurate 🙂
I’ve taken many happy instagram pictures (haha!)
I’ve packed nearly nothing for Lake Havasu
We lived in bikinis the entire trip! Yes, we are planking off the jacuzzi!
This was a great, relaxing weekend! I got super tan! 😀
We drove the mule to dinner!
I’ve had Fro-Yo with friends
I’ve been silly with my family (this is not rare)
I got my best friend in the whole wide world back (biggest reason for my happiness)
I’ve had wine & dinner nights with my cousin and friends
I’ve read some great books
I’ve enjoyed Coffee Bean Soy Vanilla Lattes with half the Powder (of course this adds joy to life!)
I’ve had my friends express love to me because they’ve seen such a change in me this month
I’ve wished upon dandelions
I’ve opened up a whole box of yogurt from Chobani- thank you Chobani!! (working on my review for the blog now)
And I’ve journaled so much that tomorrow I am starting in this pretty, fresh blue journal!
This month has been sooo beyond good, and I wanted to take a moment to post about it to all of you. Right now I sit in thankfulness thinking about it. Whether I posted about it or not, the first 5 months of this year have been the most challenging months of my life (hence the wide spread blog postings). I’ve had to ask myself the biggest questions, face some of my biggest fears, and get through a lot of hard days. For some reason (only my heart knows this reason) a little light has been turned on this month, and I’ve been able to enjoy all of it. Since there has been such a weight lifted from my heart, I am completely enjoying every moment of happiness that I am given, and that is why I wanted to share it with all of you!
